Wow, I thought the Publix at Ormond Beach Mall had some of the worst grocery baggers in Florida. Boy was I wrong. I went to the Publix at Beach Village because Bush's website said they carried Crowder Peas (and they do). But boy to my surprise was the lack of care in bagging my groceries. There were cans thrown in the bag with the eggs and on top of a package of pasta. I think I will avoid this store and might try the Publix at the Trails next time. Does any Publix train their employees any more?

Very nice. Clean store, large parking lot. Not very many registers, even though there were not long lines, there was a wait to get checked out. I ended up using the self checkout which I don't like. I like to deal with people. I bought some Publix already cooked Cajun shrimp and the pretzel roll Gouda sandwich which is very good. The consistency of quality throughout publix is amazing. I was impressed with the woman doing the grocery baskets in the parking lot who greeted me on my way to my car.

Almost always friendly, helpful service. Wish prices were a bit lower, but when you're the only game in town, you get to rule. Sometimes the " always fresh, never frozen fish" looks like it should be removed from public views. Old looking and shouldn't be displayed.

Their deli workers are horrible.. 3 of them working and it'll take 15 min to complete 1 transaction. They rather talk about not working then actually work. Rest of the workers seem good.

Cashier was too lazy, inept, or spiteful to sign me up for a store card to receive store discounts. Never had this happen at any other grocery store.

Hi to any and all this is one of the best markets in my area.i know I have to travel farther for this Publix market and there is one closer belle terr parkway but Everytime I go there's a server problem mismanagement lack of caring only looking at the bottom line.if that store would straighten out I might reconsider shopping but would take a lot to convince me. from this Publix ordered the same sub I tried at other Publix night before more excuses but this store went above and beyond to make it right.i believe don was his name put my sub personally in my hands said I made this just for you.don it was perfect so perfect other store was never half as good as this one right first time thank you. other stores should take not of customer care this store does a little goes along way. From now on will inconvenience myself longer drive but well worth it Publix should take notice of prefomise and commend this Publix for excellence thank you

Bought my mother a Publix gift card online since I am in another state. I chose the email option to make sure she gets it. She went in to the Flagler Beach store today and when she went to pay they acted like they never seen an e-gift card before and acted as if it was fraudulent. They said maybe she should can print out the paper stub and then they can look at it and verify it. How embarrassing for my mother so she just paid and left. I called the Old Dixie Highway store and they said they know how to process ecards and they couldn't understand why the Flagler Beach store had no idea how to. They said my mom should come up there and do her shopping and she'll have no issues.

Don’t preorder lunch meat from deli, they always slice next amount up. Order 1/2 pound, get 3/4, etc.

This is our go-to Publix location but sometimes you leave disappointed. All I wanted was watermelon so I stopped and paid $10 for the lg size bowl of pre-diced watermelon . I get all the way home and can’t even enjoy it because of how mushy it is. Calling & requesting a different one isn’t an option because there was only 1 left and I’m sure that was soft also. Food is expensive and now I wasted money on food that I can’t even eat. Definitely disappointed.

This is my favorite grocery store. I go here at least once a day. The produce is almost always perfectly fresh and their prices are decent for a big chain. They always have everything I need for my recipes. If you are a chef then this is where you want to go.

This review is specifically for one department only- the bakery and one person only- the manager Bridget. She's unprofessional and rude. I've overheard her yelling at her fellow workers and complaining about customers right behind their back just after they finished speaking with her. I came to pick up a special order cake one time and she straight up lied to my face; said it was ready and waiting for me. The cake was not prepared nor was it ever given to me. It wasn't even done. I asked an employee if the cake was ready, they told me it was never made and that they weren't aware an order had been placed. I've had other issues with this woman before. Trying to communicate with her is like talking to a brick wall, nothing productive happens. I've gotten food under cooked like raw bread dough and she can't keep a clean environment. I'm disgusted with this so-called management. Stay as far away from this bakery as you can. They need to fire her. She is a liar and disrespectful from what I've witnessed while shopping here. I will never step foot inside this store ever again.

The store is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. Their produce is unmatched. The deli area is huge. I recommend you try their subs or you can build your own in their deli. They're delicious! They have a vast array of health food products. The female bathroom is always clean which is a plus for me.

I love their chicken. I try to arrive precisely at noon to get my chicken right out of the fryer, hot!I must say I am very disappointed that Publix will not sell chicken directly from the fryers any longer.They purposely lower the temperature before you can purchase it. It is not the same quality if it sits.Very sad, so no more chicken for me, at least at Publix, that is. Still, Publix is a great place to shop. It's definitely a pricey supermarket.

All Publix in surrounding flagler county are open until 10:00 There is no excuse to have it changed. This is not a neighborhood Mart especially given the fact that all Publix employees in customer service are scheduled until 11:30

Always come here I love it! The staff in the front could be a little more friendly and not so judgmental but the people in the bakery are the best EVER! So kind and light hearted. Love em.
