No long waits. They are quick, thorough and do a fabulous job on my Wheaton’s. They don’t keep them all day long which makes us all happy. A bit more $$ than some others Ive tried but they give us exactly what we ask for so it’s well worth it.

My dog, a shih tzu, was accidently nicked when being groomed. She apparently jumped while being clipped on her leg. They called me and offered to take her to the vet or I could. I picked her up and took her to Robinson 24 ER. The owner had already called and told them she would take care of any charges. I feel the owner went out of her way helping to take care of this problem. I really like the staff and the work they do. Accidents happen and I understand that. It's how they handle it that counts. I gave them a 5 for being very professional.

I have used the services of the groomers here for almost 2 years. I have 2 goldens with lots of long fur! They do a great job with baths, brushouts and grooming when needed. I took my 15-year-old terrier mix in for a full groom. This past year, he's lost some of his sight and hearing. He's gotten more anxious and started nipping if you touch his mouth. This is hands down the best place I've ever taken my dog to have his nails trimmed. He is a chihuahua with high anxiety who does NOT like nail trims, and it becomes stressful for me watch him go through the perceived torture. The staff at Poop Deck have been amazing since the first time I've taken him, so calming and sweet; they just have the most wonderful approach of any groomer we've been to for nail trims (at least 4 different places in various cities I've lived in). I am so grateful I found this place after moving here; they are the best for dogs with anxiety. The prices are also very reasonable. Can't recommend enough.

We are new to the area and one of my greatest challenges was finding a reliable groomer for my 17 year old shih tzu. Niki was recommended to me as someone who specializes in creating a calm and caring atmosphere for the dogs she grooms. Niki spent so much time with me talking through her detailed and skillful recommendations for Max. She blocks out each grooming session to be able to focus on one dog at a time which was ideal for my senior guy. Max looked like a new man when I picked him up. I’m so relieved to know he was in such good hands and he looks fantastic to boot. My quirky rescue, Nora, also did great at her appointment and looked gorgeous after her much needed haircut. We are so fortunate to have found this gem of an establishment. Thank you so much Niki!

Niki is an amazing groomer. She's patient and gentle with my big boy who hates having his nails clipped, and because she went slow and gained his trust, he’ll now let her clip them. She was patient and gentle with my dog who is terrified of most people. He spent the first two years of his life being abused and was never socialized, but Niki won him over. My two small dogs love seeing Niki because she shows them so much love and attention. I believe 100% that dogs pick up on the energy of humans around them, and Niki always has positive energy and is welcoming to my dogs. I’ve tried several groomers, and Niki is by far the best. I completely trust her with my dogs’ wellbeing while they’re in her care.

my Ziva's groomer for 2 1/2 years moved away, and i was nervous about finding a new groomer. i read reviews here and on neighbors, and decided upon The Poop Deck. i phoned and asked if i could come in person to schedule an appointment and asked if could so she could get the smell of the place, and hopefully would not be nervous/anxious with a new groomer.as i was completing paperwork, Nikki came from behind the counter to greet Ziva, and told me Ziva needed to be groomed immediately and she would squeeze her in today, if that was ok with me. immediately i agreed! when i picked Ziva up, for a nanosecond i thought she was someone else's beautiful baby.Nikki explained exactly how she groomed Ziva, and took her valuable time to recommend things i could do at home to maintain my Zive's grooming. i immediately asked to book Ziva's next appointment.i was very fortunate to find such a gifted, talented and compassionate groomer, and a wonderful person - Nikki.colleen fida foster
