The staff are always pleasant. However, the number of times I have gotten something that is expired off the shelves is alarming. I can recall at least 3 separate occasions one time it was pepperoni and then when I went to check the whole wall of pepperoni in that aisle was expired. Another time it was ham and then once some prepackaged cookies. I always check the expiration on the packages now. The produce is in bad shape oftentimes as well. Just this week I saw tomatoes shriveled up and apparently the peppers I bought were bad and the potatoes have already gone bad.

Just bought a Sara Lee cheesecake today! And didn’t notice that it had expired last month until my daughter noticed it. Be careful when you buy anything from Winn-Dixie, be sure to look at the expiration date they tend to sell things that have already expired.

I love this Winn Dixie but they really need to fix the self check out machines. Every time I scan an item it always tells me remove item from bagging area. Every item I scan I promise it’s a nightmare. It’s a new security system they have it’s almost impossible to scan your items. I won’t be doing self check out next time too much hassle. and this has been going on for awhile now

Went for a rib roast special and a Caption Morgan deal. The lot was clean with ample parking. The store was clean, and the teller was friendly. Winn-Dixie is a bit expensive, but many of their deals are worth the trip. Not all but many.

Great store to shop at. It's at a nice location, but the entrance to the plaza is very annoying. An extremely huge dip is present at the 17/92 - Lake of the Woods Blvd Light. Anyways, cool experience, and it's not too busy or big.

The bakery at this store is great. Karla, the cake designer in the bakery has been making my cakes since 2015 and they ALWAYS come out perfect. Exactly what we ask for and more. From my baby shower cakes to my kids birthday cakes they can do it all. I will never go anywhere else for cakes/cupcakes.

Ruben went above and beyond to help my cousin and I select wine and spirits as well as fruit and produce for my cousin’s family gathering this past weekend. Surprisingly my first trip ever to a Winn Dixie was a pleasant one.

Great spot to get Kosher items and meats, Chalav Yisroel, challah rolls. They do run out quickly before Shabbos so I would go on Wednesday and buy.

Friendly staff and big BOGO selection( including meats ). Cleanliness permeates this location. Handicap shoppers are treated with respect and are helped almost without asking. I'm an amputee and can attest to all. Blessings...

I always go online and visit their website to check out their weekly ad before visiting the store. It's a great way for me to save my digital coupons to my account so while checking out, I just need to put in my phone number or scan my card. It really only takes a few seconds, most times I just do it really quick in the parking lot before I go into the store.

The hiring process was bad, had to wait over an hour hour-and-a-half due to a scheduling issue... And then Meagan came in late. Then she said she would be giving me a call around 3 and since I didn't want to wait for more than an hour, I called myself and was told she didn't go with me which is fine, but I think that making someone with a disability wait for an hour and a half, and ultimately say you'll consider them while not calling them(or planning to make them wait to 7 to hear a 'no') is highly unprofessional.These may not be your direct superiors but these people are in the chain so if they're willing to put you through that much inconvenience for such a low-paying position, the workplace is probably filled with that level of care, non-existent.Wouldn't recommend working here but I guess the groceries are kind of fresh so that's cool.

Very clean. Nice wide aisles. Well lit. Employees are pleasant and helpful. I've gotten great produce and they have some Specialty cookies called Almond Joy that remind me of 7-layer bars or magic bars we used to make. The prices especially dairy such as milk is very overpriced but get their app and save money with weekly deals.

First time in this Winn Dixie, I was very pleased. Great layout and well stocked. Great deli for a fast lunch or dinner items. I recommend their Chicken Salad they make fresh in the deli. You can pass it off as "your own."

Now when we think of food stores Winn Dixie is one of the TOP 10 in this category. It is amazing to see their layout of food and fresh vegetables that add to the colorful scene. The good thing is that they are not always moving things around and that makes it easy to find things! Helpful staff. Plenty of fresh food. Like their Jingle says "Winn Win"

I enjoyed shopping at this store. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Especially in the produce department. Ruben and his team keep the area clean and well organized. The produce is always fresh, It's easy to find what you need. And if you can't find something, they are there to help with a smile. I always have a good experience at this location.

One of the better locations. Has a surprising amount of ethnic food choices. A bit more variety and selection than I have seen at a few other more expensive markets. This particular store has been my "go to" since Safeway was kicked out...

Have been searching for Sweet Soy Sauce all over for years, without success. Last month I was visiting this store for work, and before leaving I just walked by their soy sauce aisle, thinking "never know". Found it there!! Now, this Winn-Dixie store near my house became my regular grocery shopping store. Very nice store.

I have been to this store twice there Produce department is horrible with cut fruit. They never have the sales items up till the weekend, and when you ask anyone in the store. No one seem to know.

Nice store but didn't have diet pepsi 6 pack even though it was advertised on sale buy two get two, this happens at several Win Dixies in Jacksonville, Yulee, Ocenway and now in Orlando. I think I am done with them, they give you a rain check but when you drive 10 miles one way it gets tiresome. Much better this time had plenty of stock for sale item
