Absolutely Terrible Pharmacy Staff. I work 2 minutes from there and wanted to get my prescription filled so I had my doctor call it in to the pharmacy. When I called to confirm they have my correct insurance I was told they won't fill my prescription because I don't live close enough to the Walgreens. When I explained I work really close and wanted to be able to pick it up each month in the area the lady was extremely rude and told me she doesn't care, there are tons of pharmacies by my house and to send it to one of them because they refuse to fill it. I have never heard of a pharmacy being allowed to pick and choose who they fill medications for and judging from other peoples reviews this one seems to constantly be treating people like crap.

Store Manager is passive aggressive and condescending when you try to get an explanation and help with something, talks like he thinks you’re lying about everything and he’s humoring you like a child. Staff and shift lead were very pleasant to talk to and understanding, definitely think store manager should do a class on customer relations and how to talk to clients before working again, it would benefit him as he seems to have very little idea of how to talk professionally AND kindly.

The store itself is always well stocked and has what I need. The store staff are very helpful, and will offer to help you find anything. I give the actual store a 5⭐ review. I have also used the LabCorp at this location. And the phlebotomist's are really nice, helpful and caring. I would give the LabCorp in this location a 5⭐ review as well. But the 1⭐ I gave is for this locations pharmacy and staff. My story...I have been using this location for about five years and for the first 4 years I had a great experience. But starting in Aug '23 one of my prescriptions was out of stock. I brushed it off thinking it's not the pharmacy's fault. I'm sure it's the manufacturer. The next month I got my medication. (Thank goodness it is not a medication I need to live. But it's not fun automatically coming off of it.) The following month I don't get it. Pharmacy told me the medication was on backorder. So not their fault. I called my physician to see if I could get a different but similar prescription that the pharmacy could fill. About an hour later I get a text from Walgreens saying that my medication is ready to pick up. So I figured my Dr. Sent in a new prescription. I was unable to pick up the medication until the next day. Right after I picked it up my doctor called. She asked me if I would be okay with a certain medication (to replace the medication that the pharmacy was unable to fill). I was a bit perplexed as to why she was asking me this question since I just picked up my medication. We came to the conclusion that the pharmacy must have got my medication in. 2 months go by and I get my medication regularly each month. I know by now some of you guys are thinking "what's wrong with this chick? Why doesn't she just go to another pharmacy." You guys are right. That's what I should have done. But I hate changing stuff🤷♀️ around. So now to this month Jan. '24 I put in a refill for my medication (same one I have been taking for years). The next day the Walgreens app tells me there is a problem filling my medication and I need to call the pharmacy. So I call to fix the problem. The pharmacy staff member that I speak with says she doesn't see anything wrong with my medication & all that needs to be done is it needs to be filled.😆That is what I did but the Walgreen's app is not letting it be filled🤷♀️. I asked for another staff member. She tells me it will be filled at 1:30pm that day. I go up later and am told that my medication is not ready and will not be ready because there is none in the store. I am also told that I spoke with no one earlier that day. The staff tell me I need to call back on Monday at 11:30am & maybe it will be on that truck. So I do as told and wait until Monday at 11:30am. I call them and they do not have my medication or a generic form of it. Okay so now it's time to search around for a pharmacy that does have it. I found one & got my doctor to call the prescription into it. Then about a half hour later Fern Park Walgreens texts me letting me know my medication is ready. Super weird. I thought they didn't have it or a generic form of it and didn't know when it would be coming in. I am really not sure what is going on with this pharmacy🤷♀️but I won't be using this place anymore. And I would never recommend this pharmacy. This location is extremely unreliable.😞

I came here to get blood work done yesterday and I was happy with my experience. No one was really in the store except for people waiting for the pharmacy, but was okay because I don’t like crowded/busy places for at least the time I went. But the lady who did my blood draw for me was very nice and kept making sure I was okay because I was nervous. Overall a good experience.

I have picked up my prescriptions at this location for years but the last few months the pharmacy staff have disappointed me.I was told my medication was being processed and would be ready the next day. Then the technician told me to come back the following day. Finally, on the fourth day, I spoke with Jody and shenow tells me (late Friday afternoon) that the drug was BACKORDERED and they did not know when it may come back in stock! No one bothered to inform me.When I asked if any Walgreens in the area had it in stock, The tech said NO! I called the Walgreens at Lake Howell and the PharmacistDAVID said he would check in the system . He said it was availableat the Winter Springs Walgreens.I called there and the Pharmacist was so professional and filled my prescription while I was on the phone so I could pick it up.Why did the Fern Park location Pharmacy staff not follow up as Dave did?.Why did they keep telling me it would arrive day after day and finally only after I waited twenty minutes on the phone I was toldit was Out of stock from the Manufacture. ( just do your duty and inform a customer when this happens and stop making excuses!( I told Dana, the Pharmacy Manager after she gave me several excuses how Dave managed to locate it for me! Rita who works as a cashier is wonderful and so helpful so it is hard to understand the negative review she was given. She has worked there for many years and is always polite to everyone in the store on my visits.I called Walgreens Corporate Office about this issue and I hope the District Manager addresses these issues with the Pharmacy staff.

I travel across the entire state of Florida for business every day. I've been in dozens, if not almost 100 different Florida locations. From a customer's perspective, this location should serve to be an example of how the rest *should* operate. The store is always clean, and the staff are always extraordinarily pleasant and attentive, whether busy or not. In a crowd of staff that already stands out among other stores, the one that stands out within this store the most is the same one who the negative nelly who gave the 1-star review was complaining about, the older gentleman with the glasses. I have been coming to this location for YEARS. He practically trips over himself to help me and others whenever I am in the store. I have never seen him treat anyone any way other than very helpful and polite. If one person is saying they take issue with him specifically, I am inclined to believe the issue is more likely the negative, nasty disposition of that customer rather than this staff member. I will intentionally drive past 10 or 15 Walgreen's and CVS stores to get to this one. I hope they are being recognized for their exemplary overall performance.

Dealing with Rita in the morning is painful. She is rude, insulting, and all around the worst part of my day for the 3 minutes that we are forced to interact at the check out. If ever I should be forced to purchase goods in the morning, I'll never go to Walgreens again, just to avoid dealing with someone as miserable as Rita.

Poorly managed pharmacy department. Head pharmacist should properly train the pharmacy technician on proper customer service skills. If your system is down, the respectful thing to do is call customers who have appointments and reschedule.

Shoppers beware! This is the LEAST coupon friendly Walgreens in the area. They refused to take their own coupons for items listed in their coupon book and you always have to put up a fight. Like they’re losing money on a coupon they offer! It is embarrassing to always hold up the lines while they fight when no other Walgreens in the area does this over valid coupons. They really need to get their act together! Today for example I had a Walgreens coupon and two manufacturer coupons that were valid PER item. It was ridiculous that I had to fight them to get them to scan the coupons, even tried to scan them, and when they finally did they work. Because they are valid straight out of the newspaper! Sadly I go to this Walgreens because it is close to my house but I wouldn’t otherwise.

This Walgreens always has what I need and if I can’t find it someone is always willing to help me. The cashier at the front knows me by my name and makes it a very nice experience. I come out of the way to shop in this Walgreen’s because of the service I receive. The updated look is very nice and clean. I noticed recently that they now have a LABCORP inside also so it is an overall convenient store to meet all needs. Thank you!

Went in to get a Covid shot, was turned away because I didn't schedule an appointment. There was only one other person waiting. Then went and got one at Walmart -- no issues, even though they were much busier. I wonder what the government would say about people getting turned away for a Covid shot...

Their new manager Jonathan Estrada is super rude and has terrible body language, he is not approachable. As a manager he should lead by example and be friendly with the customers, after all...customers are the reason he has a job. I had a terrible experience in that store and I would never go back. I feel sorry for the employees that will have to work with him daily...

I have been going to this Walgreens for almost 20 years and even though I moved across town, I still go here. Aquil is the absolute best pharmacist and always helps me out even if he's not the one who is checking me out. Thank you so much for your great personality and service.

Poor management of pharmacy. I see others agree. They are very rude (because I made a mistake and apologized) thought I hadn't picked it up. And the phone system is terrible. I'm going to switch pharmacies because of how hard it is to get my one medicine.

I would never, ever go back to this clinic. I specifically asked to NOT have drops for my ear infection 3 times during my visit and was denied oral antibiotics, then told I have to PAY to come back to be re-seen even though my ears are far worse then they were before I went in. The ear drops I was given were more expensive then the office visit!

Once again they have had my prescription since 10:15 am you would think I could get it after waiting an hour up here before pharmacist goes on lunch. But no. This is last time I will be coming here.If you are not a female you will be waiting for your meds to get filled at least 2 hours

Beware when you drop off packages for FedEx here! I dropped off three packages and no movement has been updated since I printed the label. I spoke with an associate about it and they had no information to give me beside apologize for the inconvenience. I lost $300 worth of goods 😡
