This place is fantastic! Darlene was wonderful and helped me and my mom out when we needed a climate-controlled storage unit for a few months. She initially gave us one price, which was lower than the actual price, but she called her supervisors to get us the price she initially quoted us once she realized it had gone up.We were able to come and go as we pleased to pick up a few things here and there until we could rent a truck and get all of our things moved into our new apartment. The unit we rented we spacious, and our stuff was always safe and secure. We were recommended this storage facility by a friend of mine and I'll definitely recommend it to everyone I know!Thank you so much, Darlene!

Every month I go to pay my bill it a lady that there every month she very sweet. I love her because always speek and call you by name. I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ the worker in there very helpful.

I've rented here for a while and they constantly increase rent. Started at $135 a couple of years ago, now rents over $200. Office staff has been very nice though.Yes, the manager did call to offer me a discount on my monthly rent, but $6 dollars a month isn't a solution. There is no loyalty towards long-term rentals. The increases come regularly.

False Advertising!!!! First month free is not correct!!!! Instead they charge you on the 1st of every month. So if u get storage on the 14th of the month it’s only free for the remaining days of that month… not until the 14th of the next month. Then they don’t want to refund you if you cancel unit!

Expect the rent to continuously go up after they lure you in with a deal!! they don't take care of long term tenants and continuously gouge us on rent while giving new people cheap deals!! on-site manager is a great guy!!

I'm not sure what Manny's title is, but he treated us like he was the owner, as if our things were his! I've never had service like this! So simple and respectful he just knew everything! Arrived at the storage unit of SROA. Manny and Delories was nice to help out . Asked for water and Sharpie so I could label all of the boxes. Hired those movers to unload the boxes off the Uhaul . Real quick job done!!!

Best storage facility cause their manager that takes care of the place, Manny is always available to help with any questions I may have. The last storage place I was at, I could never find a manager or even get anyone to answer the phone but here the service is spectacular and has a manager that does his job.

Poorly managed storage location. Company raised my storage unit rent without notifying me by phone, mail, or email. Spoke with employee Michael Loy and he lacked knowledge and adequate customer service skills needed to speak with customers. He was very rude. Canceled renting from Storage Rental of America due to their being better prices at surrounding storage places. In addition security is very poor with the front game being left open very often during the day.I called your 800 number you left. Unfortunately it just goes to a corporate call center who knows nothing. You can find my information of you truly care. I'm renting unit B099 until Feb 27th. Regarding your huge unwarranted price increase at Storage Rental of America, I am saving money and will on be paying $40/month switching to Public Storage .

ROACHES. LOTS OF ROACHES. They were EVERYWHERE. Yes, they are the cheapest around but myself and the neighboring unit got roaches from storing here. We got an inside AC unit. The renters from the neighboring storage shed were there same time I was and we were able to let the lady who claimed to be the manager (I don’t think she was cause I’ve only seen her work on sundays). She was African American, I didn’t catch her name. She was VERY rude to me on several occasions. I asked periobuly about renting the truck and her response was “It’s for customers only” which was very rude. She could have asked if I was currently renting from them. The insurance they make you buy doesn’t even cover any sort of pests. Wish we would have rented elsewhere.

I have reserved storage unit 10x30 on 09/25/19, when I about to sign all paperwork this $1 first month is just till end of the month , which is 5.days:)After 5 days they will charge me full amount . Lady who works told me to wait till oct. 1st to get full month benefit. This is total scamDon't waist your time and better go to Cube smart where is honest people and rates ( 1. mile away)
