Very disrespectful staff - I am in the process of scheduling a attic insulation project. It’s requires me to hire and schedule 2 handymen for the job. Lowe’s says we don’t reserve the blower, you have to show up on the day and if it isn’t available you are out of luck. As it there is a shortage of labor and labor is extremely expensive so the labor will not wait around and will want to be paid for showing up whether or not the blower is available. The guy on the ProADesk by the name of Georgie kept cutting me of when I tried to explain. When I asked for a supervisor, he said one is not available or and started disrespecting me.Very unprofessional people. Also a message to Lowe’s - we thank you for making the tools available. That’s also the reason you are able to sell your materials inside the stores as it encourages people to venture into doing these projects. Please have a system for your customers to plan and execute their home projects in advance and not wait and hope if the bulky/heavy duty blower will be available. In this case it’s a 90lbs and 4’x3’x3’ machine that will need proper handling.At the very least, train your staff to be professional and respectful and not say to the customer that “you don’t make any sense”.

There is a guy that works back In the door depart name is Mike (don’t know his last name) he is really tall) That guy is just super helpful! He knows pretty much everything. I was doing a lot of little projects around my house. I would tell him what I was doing and he gave me tips on how to do it and told me things I should buy to do it right. Definitely would have had to make more trips to buy more stuff if it was not for his advice! Most knowledgeable guy I have dealt with in a hardware store!

04-16-24 updateOrdered two motion sensor lights via the website and used the curbside feature, which was absolutely wonderful! Via my cellphone, I put in the parking slot for curbside, and the employee quickly brought out the items._______Picked up some key identifier as a gift for my boss ($2). I was in and out quickly with the gift onhand.

It's a store where we can find a variety of things, sometimes it has gone very well for us because we have found very attentive and helpful staff, but other times not so well,Even so, we like to shop there because we always find what we need,and a like for all those people who are always there to help us!! A customer service person demanded me to go back home to get the umbrella sleeve that came with the umbrella I was returning. I purchased the item 2 days prior. She didn’t bother to look at my receipt. When asked why, she told me the manufacturer requires all parts when they receive returns from Lowe’s. What could she have done instead? Suggested one of their higher quality versions of umbrellas. I would have spent more rather than leaving annoyed. So I drove 15 min home and back to complete the return. Then the store manager told me they don’t return stuff to the manufacturers but rather throw away the returns. This was a terrible inconvenience, besides the fact that the store employee made up an outrageous lie to justify this obnoxious request. Out of principle, if I could return all the wood trim, KitchenAid appliances, light fixtures, electrical outlets worth over $17,000 and more I would. I will NEVER shop there again as everything sold there can found either at Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Wayfair or Amazon.

I would give them zero star if i could. 1_They barely have any staff and 2_ very poor customer service starting from management.I was in the store for about an hour and needed help in the lumber section, the employees from that department refused to come helping after multiple attempts to get them.Thankfully there were 1 gentleman nice enough to help us, and i overheard the manager calling him on the phone upset because he was helping us and stating that the customer (me) has been on the store for over an hour and that they need to find somebody else to help them.From that conversation i can now understand why the employees are not willing to help the customers because management set that example.And that let us know lowes mission statement to deliver the best customer service and value across every channel and community is a complete joke because your management don't even respect that. 1_ I didn't know there were an amount time to be in the store and not needing help. 2_ it is interesting to know you prioritize certain customers over others. 3_ you have enough time to call your employee assisting a customer but you can't bare yourself helping as manager when help is needed. Way to go Lowesi wonder how many customer you lost and will lose with such treatment.Never going back.

Went to Lowes 3x today and the crew here are PHENOMENAL!! My last stop was 12 mins before closing, in desperate need to buy 7 flower arrangements for a friends bridal shower and Danny Ortiz, Outdoor Garden Manager, helped me find everything I needed, got me a cart and didn't make me feel terrible (even tho I did bc it was closing time)!! Now that's customer service!! It's ppl like Danny who create raving fans and brand loyalty. I will never shop at another home improvement store. Love this location and the team! A huge shout-out and thank you!!!

Jeremiah at Lowes 6537 South US 17-92 gave may family and I great to start the Holiday season. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect Christmas tree. So many times people brush you off as if they are to busy. He was actually busy, stopped and gave us great customer service. Thanks for being awesome sir.

Placed an order for 4 closer doors on Jan 4th. Received a notification that order was ready to pick up on Jan 23rd. I curbside pick up the order on Jan 28th. Went with my teenage son. When employee comes with my order, tells me that only 3 doors arrived. He said he will make note on my account and would have the manager contact me on how to proceed. My mistake was to believe him. He never notated the account. No one ever called. I called a few weeks later to follow up and they did not know what I was talking about. I was told a note this time will be placed on my account. A few weeks passed (now basically 2 months in this game) and the same issue: no one had taken the 5 seconds that would take to make a note on my account. This time the “manager” mentioned he had to contact Jwelden to find out IF they sent out the 4 doors that I ordered. He said he will also have to pull up the camera tapes and find out what happened. Obviously doubting my statement. I asked to speak to the store manager and he said I could speak to anyone I wanted it was still going back to him because he is the department manager. When I mentioned to him that it is unreasonable the amount of time I’ve been waiting for someone to work on this matter he responded that it was also unreasonable for me to contact them a couple months after. TOTALLY UNAWARE of all these attempts on my part to find a solution to the problem. Lowe’s can’t handle special order requests for 4 closet doors much less any contractors more complex orders. As a business owner in the home remodeling industry I will stay away from Lowes in general and Lowes at Fern Park.

DJ helped me mix some paint for my front door and it was an honor. He is a great man and rumors of his greatness have spread far throughout the land. Horrible customer service…tried to return some white candle lights 12/27 …no returns after actual holiday….first of all: Christmas isn’t over until 9th night….(they are not aware of Christmas holiday-only in it fir $$$-No sign indicated this return policy at time of purchase!Never buy anyone Christmas decor as a gift…no way to return the item….per return policy!Customer service staff member Brittany very rude!Plenty of other places to shop!

Went to look at a washer and dryer set. I did research before I chose Lowes. I am glad I did. I got excellent, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. I got the delivery service as well and it was excellent service as well.

Worst experience here ever! I was checking out on self checkout and felt very uncomfortable by the little red-headed lady. She literally stood like 3 feet away from me and watched everything I was doing. Really felt like she was racially profiling me. I spoke to a supervisor and was told this wasn't the first complaint about the same thing with her. Very embarrassing that I served this country and got treated like this at a company that cares about their veterans ! RidiculousUPDATE: It's such a shame you still have the same racist lady working for your company. Goes to show you don't care about you veterans.

I must say I am impressed. This is a beautiful store, the staff is friendly and educated. I have to recommend this store. I was not a big fan of Lowe's but from now on, I will start to go to this particular one. I picked up my order without complications and I could find better prices than other stores. My opinion about this store has completely changed. 👌

This Lowe’s has really gone down hill, and I’m not sure if I’ll shop here again. Parking lot is a mess, because the store barely has enough staff to support its inside operations. The battery I needed to buy was in a locked case, why that brand but not the more expensive Craftsman batteries I have no idea. I waited for 30 minutes while the few employees who were there frantically tried to help all the customers with the self checkout lanes and online orders, all the while this woman was doing her best to try and call for a manager with a key to show up…but the manager never came. I just walked out of the store after 30 minutes of waiting and bought the battery online from Amazon, and it’ll be at my house tomorrow.Giving this 2 stars because the employees are really doing their best, but when the MOD can’t be bothered to show up after being called and goes for 30Minutes and the store isn’t given enough staff to take care of the customer needs…this turns me off from going here anymore.

Beatriz was so helpful in the hardware section when I was needing to figure out what to replace a sheered off bolt with.I have definitely seen a positive shift in management over the last year or so. The employees at that store are now so helpful and greet customers with such a positive attitude.

I brought in my expired smoke alarm. I had to ask 3 different people where the alarms were and then when I tried to get someone to help determine which was the correct one to buy no one knew anything. I left. I'll just take my chances with Amazon.

This Lowe's is awesome. I recently moved and have been trying to do a lot of DIY work. The staff here is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to help explain things and find the parts I need. They also frequently encourage me to try things myself. On several occasions they have also made recommendations on how to save money on certain supplies. Would highly recommend. This is my go to score for DIY supplies.

I had to return an item that was too small and pick up a small spring to fix a tool. I was struggling to find the receipt for the return in the Lowe’s app, and she helped and found it quickly. Then I was off to the springs. The selection was small, but luckily they did have one of the right size package of springs that I needed. There were quite a few empty bins, so I was lucky to find the right size.

Lowes sold a new refrigerator that was damaged when we unboxed it and refused to refund our money or replace it. Customer service was rude, uncaring and had no interest in resolving the issue. Don't do business with this company.

Went to buy gravel ( fern park , Fla )bought at. 8:05 and returned at 8: 37 . No one available to load until 10:00 am . didn't wait . had other things to do . would give zero if available . sorry state of affairs . waste of time and energy . seems to be a problem with staffing at this store .
