Recently Today on 3/25/24, there was an older black woman working the register that was extremely rude to me while checking me out. She made comments on the items I bought and tried to shame me about purchasing them by saying "I don't know why you buy these." I said nothing, to my knowledge, to upset her but she still treated me awfully. I don't know if that's okay for customer service at Dollar Tree but that has never been okay at any store I have worked at in my 5 years of customer service experience or been to just as a customer. Please do better.

This location is always super clean, well stocked, and has everything in place. Most Dollar Trees are a complete mess but this one has been very organized since it opened. Not much else to say since obviously the prices are the same everywhere but they are also ones to have new things available early so I go to this location more often than others.

opening new store. Boxes. Boxes. Only one person is happy to tell customers where products are located. Other stockers and management look through you as if you aren't there or impatient for you to get out of their way. I accidentally nudged a stock clerk with the cart and said "excuse me" and she said "don't ask me where anything is I only know to put this box up". I said I'm sorry I bumped you. She said nothing. The brightest spark was a talented cashier. Fast efficient friendly ... no name tag so idk who he was but he was good and good to the customers. Great location on 17-92 but another store 2.5 ish miles down the road.

The Fern Park Dollar Tree is definitely one of the better-kept and better-stocked DTs in the Orlando area. I’ve found good variety and a lot of fun finds for craft projects.

This specific Dollar Tree exceeded my expectations, when we arrived, I looked small on the outside, but I found everything I was looking for. The store was clean and well stocked. Top it off, the staff was courteous and pleasant. I would recommend this location.

Hello hello we love $1.25 tree they need to change the names they need to change your name the star was great great prices but change your name or go back to a dollar stop being cheap the parking lot was dirty clean your parking lot after your trash can clean your Park a lot please have a great day

I am giving this store a 3 stars, only because of my experience with the cashier John. He was the most grumpy and rudest cashier I have ever experienced. I feel like he probably hates his job and takes it out on the customers. Other than a unhappy cashier, this store is great. It's a smaller store, but it's always clean and well stocked for being a small store.

Oh my god… the brown haired lady with good makeup and nice voice is the reason i’m writing this review she was so sweet to my friend complimenting her nails and how pretty she is when she was ringing me and my friend out she made both of us cry because of how unexpected that was for us! she made our day.

At approx 11:59 am today Assoc. Robert[base on ticket name] old man, glasses, was very rude harsh and hostile towards my daughter at the cashier who was paying. She went with my mom; Because of him[she my daughter]came home crying. She couldn't defend herself since her English is limited. You are definitely a despicable person you shouldn't be working with clients.

This store has a decent amount of things at good prices. There are a few problems though:1- The store is not cooled enough. I was told by an employee the Family Dollar does not allow the employees to lower the a/c. This makes shopping there at times very uncomfortable.2- The aisle are so close together, two people can barely fit back to back in one aisle, much less if the have a basket or cart.3- Most of the staff could car a less about the customers or the appearance of the store.Other than that one can find good deals here.

There is a great variety of cleaning products at this dollar tree! Brands like ajax, comet and scrubbing bubbles can be found there at such an inexpensive price. It is a clean kept store as well!

Arrived at 8:20 pm mind you 30-40 min to closing and about 8:40 pm they start to Announced that they’re going to close on the loudspeaker mind you they were already approaching customers telling the customers that they close in five minutes OK cool not only did I come to purchase something but I asked one of the employees For a object that I was looking for which not only was she not helpful but didn’t know what I was trying to ask her so then I asked the cashier where can I find the object that I was looking for and she told me it could be in aisle So-and-so mind you she didn’t give me any aisle number she pointed with her finger like if I knew what aisle she was pointing at but also had no clue if she had anything in stock . Definitely was trying to get rid of me to close the store .

The stars because manager is very friendly. Employee was apathetic to our presence as she was on a lengthy personal call, hanging out, via her air pods. She chatted away about Game Stop and such… but no time for customer greeting. Store was messy. But hey, who’s got time to clean when personal calls need tending.

This place has gone downhill, I used to love shopping here because it is so close to my home, but everything is just a mess now. Nothing seems organized and today there were carts full of boxes all along the entire isle that I needed to look at.

The best people in the business, Mary, Donna are always on the ball, very helpful, I go there even if prices can be a little cheaper elsewhere, I usually spend 30 to 40 dollars every other day, but they make create a friendly atmosphere, I like people that smile when I'm spending my money, that's customer service and a great experience
