The woman at sign No. 2 at 8pm last night was really rude. When you see people being indifferent, do you think the customers have a grudge against you? Recommend firing this woman!

I went there today 01/06/24It was 10:40 pm and I know they close at 11. I was the only costumer and as soon as I got in, the lady starting talking at the radio “ we are closing” I just put 1 foot inside the store 🤣🤣🤣 grabbed my things and paid writhing 4 minutes. She closed the door 15 minutes before closing time. 😒😒

The place is ran well enough. Store's clean and well stocked at least 99% of the time.Just be wary, fellow customer: Their clock is 5 minutes ahead, so they actually close at 8:55pm/9:55pm instead of 9pm/10pm.

The employees here are nice instead there's a heavy set spanish woman that works here that has a very nasty attitude and she looks at you like she better than you. She doesn't speak or greet you when you come in and when she's at the register she'll snatch the money out your hands. Please fire her! She doesn't deserve to work with people unless it's her own! She needs to work at home and not around people with her snotty attitude!

AWFUL customer service. Sonia the "Manager" verbally went after me in front of other customers for utilizing the public restroom saying it was for employees only. One: there is absolutely NO SIGN saying as much and 2: the key I was given worked on that door! Apparently the presence of boxes should have alerted me to this but it is a Dollar Tree, random boxes of paper towels don't phase me as odd in a bathroom.After we checked out, I walked right up to her and more or less gave her the same tone in front of the store she gave me so she could be treated like she treats others and she sure didn't like it. I told her to make signs and make 2 keys as well.If you want to be treated like a human, stay far away from this store unless your cashier is Arlene. She is awesome. :)

We love $1.25 tree they need to change the name they need to change your name the store is great but don't cheat it's not a dollar store anymore it's not Dollar Tree anymore it's $1.25 store plus tax so change the name if you get this message stop lying stop lying Tony out it's 1:25 for everything it's still a good store but keep it at a dollar don't lie you make enough money and multi-billionaires

I know many people have given 5 stars, I don't l like giving less than 5 stars UNLESS it's like this situation. I love dollar tree. It is my go to place for so many things. I was so excited to find another dollar tree, I walked in and out was horrific. Empty boxes thrown all over, packaging tossed everywhere, half the aisles were blocked off and the smell of urine towards the back of the store was so bad I had to leave. I will go again and give them another chance, but I can't take the urine smell.

There was one cashier for the whole store at the time and the line extended from the front of the store all the way to about 5 ft before the very back of the store. I asked the cashier ift anyone else could go on a register and I was told the other girl stayed an hour past her time and they don't have anyone else. I asked how I could give my feedback to management and the lady there said she did not know how to get in touch with them, only knew the first name! I know that she would appreciate help, as would the customers. They know they have you over a barrel because of the usefulness of that store, but I resent being taken advantage of. God forbid they pay an extra $8 or $9 an hour!

The most organized dollar tree I think I’ve ever stepped foot in. Everything is so nicely placed on the shelves. The cashier that checked us out was super sweet and quick. The variety of items found here is also great compared to other dt’s!

Generally speaking, I've always had positive experiences when shopping at this location, however, today I was completely put off by the amount of customers inside the store NOT wearing masks and not being asked to. There are clear signs, both inside and out "requiring" a face covering, that were completely ignored and no one seemed to care, in fact, 2 of the 3 employees I saw were not even wearing masks! I understand it's a free county, etc etc..I don't understand how a very simple requirement can not be enforced. No shirts, no shoes, no mask = NO service!

The place needs to be deep cleaned. The cashier I had wasn't pleasant. If you are just going in and not worried about these things it's fine. All the shelves were stocked from what I saw. I would visit again if I had to.

Normally have a great experience here but today an employee verbally attacked my partner and I. He yelled at him randomly and out of the blue not to mess with him, as my partner was talking to me. When I stepped around the corner from where I was standing and asked what problem was he first ignored me and then when asked a second time what was going on I was told to leave. I went up and reported to manager what happened but this is not ok. My concern is this behavior could easily escalate.

It is a dollar store. Name implies it all. Tons of Christmas stuff out from small festive jewelry boxes to small/med/lrg bags or boxes. Many festive decorations for the tree, doors, mantle, or anywhere else you want to stick stuff. And as always the store is full of normal every day buys on the cheap. Party supplies, household goods, cards, candy, and personal care. You can find almost anything here, check this place out when you have a minute. You will not be disappointed.

Nice workers and great selection. Yes there are some homeless in the area sometimes but they dont bother. Also aldi and other stores in the same plaza is awesome

Dollar tree is awesome to go to. Sometimes it be alot of people in there and it makes the lines long. Most of the employees are great but there are some employees who have a problems​. Some employees need classes on race relations and customer service.

I usually have a good experience here but after today i will reconsider spending my money here... Cashier was a Jerk FOR NO REASON. Heavy set sloppy blk fella... When he rang me up he looked like we were bothering him ( Isn't that your job?) ..... Killing him with kindness i said hello twice. Of couse no response. He put my kids things in a bag and FLUNG OUR STUFF TO THE SIDE.... Whyy???? Whats your problem??? This store might need to have a class on good customer service and just being polite as well as looking presentable in uniform..

The staff is what makes this place. People are alway nice and respectful. Is a bit of a mess but they are trying to clean up a renovated Deal's. They are under staffed in the stocker position. So it is slow to get product out.

Short lighter skin complexion lady with black hair got into an argument suddenly with the customers. Yelled at them as they were purchasing and told them to leave HER country. I left unfortunately I didn’t record that part but I do have a video

this store is small and the cashiers and managers are so non customer service! they have out dated items mold on there bread, they have too much of the same items in different places they call over stock and a flex shelfs items, they do not clean the bathroom,they stock is thrown up onto shelfs wrong prices mark on stuff, if you asked any ?? ast manager larry is rude he smells and has no idea why customers could not find anything they found in another deals store a few miles south of his store, they need to hire more cashiers who knows customer service and not say its done there and point to a area of the store

This dollar tree is one of the cleaner ones I have been too. My only issue is the fact that they never have enough registers open and the lines can get pretty long.

On the larger side, a lot of selection. Although it seems to be not a lot of things but a lot of selection of the same products. However, any time I go here everyone is incredibly rude and nasty. Employees and (most) regular customers.

I was in and out which is unusual for a Dollar Tree. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. This store is pretty organized compared to some I have been in.
