I'm just glad there is a place like this. I've been there about 3 times in the past 30 years and they've always given wonderful advice. It's a lot cheaper than a professional exterminator who basically I think does the same thing with the same kind of products. I paid $55 for two products to use in conjunction to take care of a recent roach problem,. Hey, it happens to everyone occasionally. My neighbor hired an exterminator and all of sudden I've got bugs!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Always answer all the questions I've had to ask about different items. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need and will tell you what will work best for whatever it is that's "Bugging" you..😉.. I highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable staff. The prices seemed a little high. I wish they had smaller options for what I needed, but that's not their fault, exactly. I do like how the gentleman explained what would work, and what wouldn't. They really know their stuff.

He knew exactly what my bug was. He even had some dead ones on his counter. 😂. Cost was high 29.00 for a small tube of gel like stuff. BUT, it worked so it was well worth the $$ to me. I had already tried everything !! This place sold me the right stuff. As soon as I treated I noticed a difference as the bugs subsided I had to retreat and after 3 or 4 applications finally they are gone. So thank you !!!!! They were ghost ants and dang hard to get rid of.

The staff have been so helpful in identifying the appropriate treatment for the ants that were in my kitchen and bathroom. The pest control company I hired had recommended them to me over 2 years ago and I purchased the same phantom insecticide that the professional used. It was inexpensive and effective. I spray only where I need to on the floor near the baseboard and outside by the window and when I need to, which is only about once a year. I am grateful for their expertise and fair prices. I gave my last cannisters to my neighbor for her ants and I had to get a new one for when I eventually need it.

I always do it myself, just need the right stuff. Shy of a hundred dollars, you should be able to treat your home yourself for years and years. ...these last many times I've been in, customer service's been tanking and the prices are rocketing up. So much so, this last trip had me looking online where I could find what I needed for a whole lot less not including the affrontive service.With a little research, the right products, and a little legwork, you can treat your home yourself without shelling out the big bucks for termite or pest control.Was a regular years ago, when their prices were fair here and the older guys really lended their years of experience to help, Not so much now.Should also mention the last product I bought was bad. Was a gel that liquefied. Paid almost $30 for something I could buy online for $10 shipped.

a little overpriced but they'll steer you to the products you need to get the job done. was very effective for heavy german cockroach infestation in a house we rent out. will be buying the same products on amazon, however, for 30% less.
