It was a great experience! Very friendly guys at the desk, the kids got a little gift. Captain Web was a lot of fun with the kids and told us a lot of funny stories. The boat was very fast and Web glided confidently at full speed through the narrow passage in the mangroves.The counter and entrance area is very attractively designed. Affordable prices for drinks and souvenirs. Definitely a recommendation and a must do on you Florida bucket list!

Took a truly incredible day trip to Everglades City yesterday. Just a couple of hours south of us - it was worth every minute of the drive! Huge thanks to Everglades City Airboat Tours for the thrill of a lifetime.Pros: smooth booking process. Affordable for larger groups. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Snacks available while you wait. Knowledgeable and friendly driver. Safety a priority.Cons: only that I wanted it to never end! :)

We saw the good reviews and gave this one a shot. It did not disappoint. We had an absolute blast, and our captain Steve was amazing. He had us going through the mangroves at blazing speeds, and then cruised slowly and told us some things about the areas which was interesting as well. I wished we had seen some alligators but it wasn’t in the cards for us. This trip is definitely well worth it and everybody should give it a try.

My family and I will definitely be making a return trip. The air boats are amazing. The whole family loved it. It's definitely a great place to take the kids. The drive out there was great for those of you who like just raw Land. Great memories 👌🏿 ❤️

To know: this tour is of brackish mangrove forests, not the grasslands; no guarantee that you will see gators or snakes; you’ll be asked to arrive 30 minutes before your departure time to meet your Captain.Our experience: fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fun; Everglades City Airboat Tours was a top family experience on our holiday. We didn’t see reptiles, but not for a lack of trying by our captain. We did see a large number of wild boars/pigs.The dock/facility is clean and offers nice restrooms and relatively inexpensive snacks and souvenirs. From the outside, this would be unique to Everglades City.The actual boat ride was incredible and the skill of the captain was evident.Bottom line: Go! Go knowing that you’re spending money on a fantastic boat ride with nice people—you’ll likely see some gators but you may be unlucky, however even if this happens you’ll still feel like you got a bargain for this adventure.

Captain Brian was terrific. He provided us with information about the area, its history and about the wildlife. He also gave us some thrilling rides through the mangrove tunnels.

Had a great time. Ronnie was an excellent tour guide and although we did not see any alligators, we did learn about the history of the area and the airboat industry. As a bonus, we were given a keepsake Christmas ornament. I would definitely do the tour again.

If you are looking for a good time, here it is. Blake or Garold are the best there is. We had a knowledgeable ride learning about the Everglades along with a fast but safe ride. What an experience we had great place. Thank you guys for the great time!

Picked this place because they have some respect for wildlife and don't feel the need for the 'pet an alligator' gimmick (many of those places have reviews for terrible living conditions for those exploited animals too). Tour was great! As vegan friendly as an airboat ride can be. Paired this trip w/ a TerraPass to offset emissions too! You can be responsible and respectful in your travels.We didn't feel crowded on the boat, only 1 other couple on board with us for a total of 4 people + the captain. Saw gators and lots of birds. Seeing the mangroves so close was great!

Much more exciting than other airboat tours we’ve done in the past. Saw several alligators, raccoons, and a manatee, but the highlight was our driver Steven navigating the narrow waterways. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience!!! Our Airboat Captain was Ronnie. He had the best personality and local knowledge to match. What a fun time we had cruising thru the mangroves and enjoying scenery. 1 hour tour was all we needed!!!!

Sustainable company which provides a fun airboat ride through this part of the Glades. Had a good time seeing the gators, the birds and all the other animals from a comfy seat. I liked very much that they don’t have a petting zoo with locked up animals as opposed to another Everglades park I visited close to Miami. Keep up the great work!

We went down on a slow afternoon and they were very happy to accommodate us without a reservation. I loved talking to the guy at the desk about how family oriented their business was. We own a business back home so I love supporting others in there endeavors. They were very professional and our driver couldn't have been better at his job. Best thing my family has done on this vacation. Highly recommend.

Really awesome tour! Never been on an airboat before and that was really fun. Plenty of wildlife and Capt Web was great! Funny and had lots of knowledge about the area and it’s history. Just wish the tour was longer.

We had a great ride with them even if the weather was rainy. Our captain explained a lot and we had a lot of fun despite not seeing an alligator.I recommend using insect repellent.

Awesome tour! Highly recommend. Small groups of 6 with a smaller air boat making you able to get through tighter spaces and enjoy a truly unique experience of going through the mangroves. We were fortunate enough to see raccoons, pigs, alligators, and fish. Bryan was a great guide!

Doesn’t disappoint! We drove by several other companies on the main stretch and this one by far offered the best packages and was professional. My only regret was not having more cash on hand. Our driver made the ride special and spent extra time making sure we had the best chance to see a manatee. And we did!! Unfortunately, I don’t carry cash - he deserved a great tip for an unforgettable experience! The animal exhibit was also wonderful. The chance to be educated on alligators and to hold one was pretty awesome. If you’re deciding what company to pick..you can’t go wrong with this one!

If you are looking for something fun and unique to do then this is it. It was so beautiful yet thrilling at the same time. The boats were fun and the instructor/driver made it amazing. Our driver, Web, was not only knowledgeable but had a great sense of humor and was a fantastic driver. These guys know these Waters like the back of their hand and you will be well taken care of.

We had a great experience on our airboat ride with Everglades City Air Boat Tours. It was fun learning about the local area and the family run company. Steven was it awesome driver and great guide as we zoomed through the mangroves. We saw an alligator on our tour and he gave us plenty of time to stop and take pictures and experience wild Florida.The boat was clean, and the headsets provided for communication were good quality!Location seems far away but it’s right close to the Everglades National Park so you can easily make a full day of experience exploring southern Florida.

Can't say enough about how good their tours are. We had Capt. Ronnie this trip and he was amazing. He even let us get into the Captains seat to take some pictures. We got up close and personal to some gators that actually came up to the boat. He was also very knowledgeable about the area.

A highlight of America! This will be a lasting memory for our family. Our guide, Blake, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We called the morning of and ended up being the only ones on the boat. Our 18m old fell asleep and 4yo had a blast, kept asking when we were going to go fast again. Flying through the mangrove tunnels at good speed was so much fun I can see why they go on their boats on their days off!

This place was super fun! The boats were small and fast! Captain Blake was super friendly and knew a lot about wild life, we saw all kinds of unexpected animals! You’ll have a chance to see dolphins manatees crocs and even wild pigs! It was awesome! 🤩💯

What an experience! We were a group of 14 and we got there later in the day close to closing but they accommodated us anyway! We had a blast. The tour guys are absolutely awesome and made it so much fun. This is something that you should experience if going to Florida. It made my vacation a time we will not forget!
