Had my pictures of a dog my parents had to put down for 7 days and couldn’t cut them properly. Rep started cutting them and decided that they didn’t want to finish. Left half of them with a half cut line and the rest not even attempted being cut. Had to go back and spoke to a manager, offered to continue cut them in the wrong spot for me or reprint them but they no longer have my photo file. They want me to sift through 30,000 photos to find them again. UPDATE: Manager gave me a refund and says she’ll handle the employee that didn’t give two craps about A GIFT FOR MY FATHER who just lost his dog!!! I am so glad my dad didn’t come get these before I did.

I've been coming to this Walgreens for years now, and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. There is one woman though that pretty much has a bad attitude every time. I'll have to get her name the next time I'm there, and add it to my review. She's short, average build, and has blondish brown hair. Anyway, if it wasn't for her, I'd give this walgreens 5 stars because I really like everyone else. The store is usually well-stocked, it's clean, and the lines move fast.

I sent 5 pictures to have 5x7's made. The pictures that appeared on my phone were fine. I picked up the pictures and 2 of them had the top of my great grandson cut off. Nothing even close to what was on my phone! I told the guy that I was unhappy with the pictures and he said there was nothing he could do about them. I could resubmit them and see if they were any better. Never again will I use Walgreen's for pictures!!

Nice. Just needed to pick up some Advil cold and sinus. It’s ok that I couldn’t get it. They’re remodeling. I’ll go to another one. What wasn’t ok was when I stepped up to what I thought was an open register because there was an employee behind the counter instead of him telling me I had to go to the other register where an employee was standing behind something so I couldn’t have possibly seen him this guy glares at me until I look around trying to figure out the glare. I thought oh they’re remodeling maybe they aren’t actually open. He could have said Next register please or ANYTHING other than the worst customer service ever. Thank you have a nice day. (See, easy) 🙄

Way to go Marek. Its been awhile since ive visited this location. You made the drop in better, Your politeness and personality are a win, win in customer service. Especially in this day and age. I have been coming to this location for years for my prescriptions but since they have hired the two women in there it's horrible. They are rude first of all then they have missed my prescriptions over and over then they make us wait in the line while they help people inside first I just waited in line 30 minutes and watched her take 3 people who walked up after me. The pharmacist himself is nice but those women are horrible so now I have to change pharmacies because I can't take it anymore.

Got to the register with my friend.i realized I forgot my wallet the car. I ran get it and apologized. as I stood ready to pay. The cashier continued to be rude and disrespectful saying nasty comments to my friend and i. It was uncalled for unperfessional. You should never be rude to a customer. Just flat out rude

Came to buy shampoo with a 4$ off coupon and cashier had trouble with the account/coupon , so I asked to speak to manager. Manager did not do anything about it and said " If I would help you with the problem I would lose money " basically saying I'm not doing anything to help you because I'd have to pay for you to use your coupon. He was very rude about the situation and I don't recommend couponing at this Walgreens. The managers name is Russ.

Use more than one refill when they messed up and gave me the wrong product, then insurance wouldn't pay saying it was too soon to get meds now. Over charging insurance for their mess up

Bradin the pharmacy is great! He was very helpful to correct a clerical error (Drs mistake) and at no time made me feel rushed or as if I was inconveniencing him. He was very polite. He made a big enough impression that after one visit I felt the need to leave a review! Thank you Brad!

My medicines are always out of stock. It does not matter which one I need. Today when I was going to take my medicine I noticed I received the wrong prescription and instead of them correcting it I was told I would have to get a new prescription written. I am definitely going to a different pharmacy. If I could rate this pharmacy a zero I would.

The lady at the register is so rude, I believe her name is joy. Every time I come to this Walgreens she’s in a bad mood. Honestly if you’re that miserable and upset at your job and lack customer service just do everyone a favor and quit.

I use this Walgreens for all my prescriptions and I have had nothing but professional and friendly service from the Pharmacy staff including the Pharmacists who have many times answered questions I had about my RX's.
