Pharmacy was awesome had a Walgreens in the villages send a prescription here because the wait was to long there. The first one messed up transferring the prescription so the pharmacist here stayed on hold for 45 minutes and fixed it for me. I'm very grateful!

Had a prescription sent i really needed and the hours say the pharmacy is open until 9pm. At 7:30 it was closed and i was left with no alternative and in pain all night. Please update your hours.

Do NOT waste your time getting your prescriptions here! I am going to copy the last review pretty much word for word...because it's true!!! This Walgreens pharmacy staff is the worst I’ve ever met. So done with this pharmacy, try to give them a chance because maybe they were having a bad day but no every time they are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Wish I would’ve seen the reviews sooner. Extremely sad and disappointed. Tried to also change my address and EVERY time we went...still had 3 different addresses and no update...they just do not listen or care! Will be switching my prescriptions from now on!! Doesn't even deserve a 1!

Worst Walgreens pharmacy staff I’ve ever met. So done with this pharmacy, try to give them a chance because maybe they were having a bad day but no every time they are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Wish I would’ve seen the reviews sooner. Extremely sad and disappointed since I’ve been a Walgreens pharmacy loyal customer for over 10 years. I’ve worked at Walgreens pharmacy before at another location and would not dare treat my customers like this.

Pharmacy needs an entire overhaul of their staff!! Never have I ever been treated so rudely, met with snotty rude conversation, in person and over the phone, nasty glares as they walk by while you are waiting for them to do their job, and that is every time I go to this location!! *Not all locations, I’m not being a Karen, but this Eustis location is bottom of the barrel!I have waited TWENTY ONE days for my medication to come in, having to reach out to them regularly to see if they have in fact received it, only to be treated extremely rudely, as if I’m inconveniencing them! JUST DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE!If you hate your job, go somewhere else and work! Sick people, and hell any normal person in general, doesn’t need or deserve your mouthy and rude customer service! What if every person you talked to like trash decided to move to a competitor’s establishment? When your daily entertainment is the sound of crickets chirping… hopefully then you will appreciate your customers!

The store manager, Heather, went beyond the call of duty helping my wife with her photo album. Heather eased my wife’s mind giving her the options she had to correct the problem she experienced putting the photo album together. Thank you, Heather, you saved the day.

Kind of wish I didn’t even have to leave one star, it’s misleading. The male tech I spoke to about a prescription (I would have been a new customer to this pharmacy) was beyond rude from the first word he said and talked over me at every chance. Don’t bother with these people. After this awful phone call I looked up their reviews. I wish I would have looked before having my rx sent there, apparently I’m not the only person they’re completely, downright rude to. I had my rx sent to Publix, they’re much nicer. Walgreens will never get my business again.

Never again. Had surgery. Doc snet over 3 days of Norco. Go to wallgreens their rude huffing and puffing, it will be a hour wait. Get my meds go home, the tech wrote on the bag insurance only pays for 2 days. So it was only partially filled. Go back in 2 days to get remaining 6 and I'm told it can't be filled and the remaining 6 pills is basically forfeited. I would have paid cash had I been consulted. So now I'm hurting after surgery and there's nothing they can do even tho this was their mistake not mine. Will never use a wallgreens again

Weird experience with pharmacyVITAS called in a script for my husband.When I called to check on it was told they received it and it would be ready in 35 minutes.When I went an hour later to pick it up I was told they never got the script!I showed them my phone and told them I was told by someone there that they did get it and it was being worked on.This is very suspicious to me and I really hope that doesn't mean that an employee has walked off with my husband's meds!I can't leave him alone for long and had someone sitting with him to pic up his meds.No one can explain why I was told they were being worked on and then all of a sudden they never got the order????

have had it with this location. I went to get my sons medication because he was sick and the pharmacy department is rude. I was in the drive through and the lady was unhelpful to me and made me walk in the store to get additional medicine when the sign says they will get any over the counter needed. today I went back to get my wife's medication and the same rep again was there she tells me my insurance information is wrong. when I asked her to repeat it to me she says I don't have it. I gave you the card and if you entered the information you will have it. I read off all the numbers and she tells me she has to process it as cash because the numbers are wrong. I ask her to repeat what she has maybe its a typo she refuses and tells me to call the plan. I leave again and call the plan everything is right. I go to another location no issues. They need to fix this issue at that location. its bad and I will never go back to a Walgreens.

Walgreens should never have associated themselves with a terrible company like Labcorp. Needed blood drawn by labcorp, waited over 2hrs with an appointment at the Apopka location before giving up and leaving. Tried to call this location to find out what the wait time is, no answer. Called Walgreens directly and Nancy was rude on the phone and refused to tell me if there was a long line for labcorp services. You lost a lifelong Walgreens customer to CVS.

They had what I needed that many stores don't carry. The shelves and store were clean and easy to find things. For an in and out trip it was okay. If they had the eye makeup remover I prefer it would have been perfect.

Huge shout out to Tasha at the pharmacy. When faced with an unexpected and very expensive drug cost today. She spent over 2 hours helping me. This was an insurance issue and not her problem and still she went above and beyond. The world needs more people like her. Thank you so much! Walgreens, you are lucky to have her as is our community.

On the website it showed a fragrance I love. Was out of stock online. Said had 1 left at this store. It did not say on the website online offer only. Cashier said the price was higher in store. Wasted trip. Wasted time. This is why I stopped coming to Walgreens. Will never return. Not an honest place of business. Had to go and ask someone to get someone by fragrance. Sad thing is she saw me standing by the counter in the first place. Clueless. Never again.

90% of the pharmacy staff are very rude. I've been on a low dose of xanax for 20 years and they treated me like a junkie. I quickly switched to publix across the street where they actually know your name and care. Corporate needs to be called by numerous people on this Walgreens pharmacy staff. And you only got 1 star because its required!

The pharmacy here is a joke. I have repeated issues, but this is where my grandfather had been going for 10yrs so I can't get him to switch. Today I dropped off a paper prescription at 4pm was told to pick up after 6pm. After waiting 30 min in line to pick it up, so it's now 630pm, they can't find it in the computer. Finally, they find the script and it has not been filled, so I have to wait another 20min to get it filled, and I didn't get a single apology.

Called to inform me my prescriptions were ready. Arrived to find one was not. When I tried to discuss this the pharmacist became very rude and cut me off. In fact the pharmacists here seem quite arrogant in general. Better off going with Publix in my opinion.

Drove in to ask a question about Covid testing for travel purposes. The lady was so incredibly rude. How are we supposed to abide by government rules of traveling and testing for Covid if we can’t ask a simple question and get a simple answer about testing and why is testing for travel so complicated and difficult when it has to be done within 72 hours to enter into any facility? Lift the rules or make it easier for people to do it…😡

The pharmacist chick was very rude. I asked one question on time frame and before I could even ask she says "The more questions you ask the longer it'll take!" It would be one thing if she was smiling but she had a scowl on her face and I clearly annoid her with my one simple question. I wont be coming back.

People that work there obviously hate their job because they - including the pharmacy - are rude as ever to customers and for no reason. I will never go to this Walgreen again after the experience I had. Go over to CVS or Publix across the street.

A product on shelf without price and date of 2008 and manager wants to sell as same price as 2013 model then refuses to sell to me when I complain that price shouldn't be as high as new model!! I advised if product on the shelf that long then her employees are not stocking shelf correct. She advised allot of new employees and basically waisted my time so I went elsewhere!

We've used this pharmacy for the past 8 years the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a very busy pharmacy so sometimes the wait is lengthy. But we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Was over charged for a item because this store did not have a price for it, went to Leesburg walgreens brought the same item for half price, so I went to back to store 2005 in Eustis, Ashley told me they got their prices off Amazon, sorry walgreens you are not Amazon

The pharmacy is usually quite busy and you can expect a wait. Nice variety of seasonal items, grocery items, cosmetics. Vitamins are expensive.

what a joke.. nobody here and no employees to be found.... waiting for 20 mins to find someone, then another 20 for the photo person. Nice people, but no awareness and possibly way under staffed.
