I love this shop and I wish more people would come here instead of some of the other shops around. It was an all too common occurrence that I would get lectured on why I shouldn't be consuming a product THAT THE STORE ITSELF SELLS. If I wanted a lecture I'd talk to my mother. These guys are ALWAYS super nice, helpful, and get you what you need.

This place has the best of everything vape. The best mods, the best juice, and the best people. The owners Aaron and Kylie are kind, inviting and knowledgeable. But they never will be rude to a customer they're with in order to talk to someone who just came in, so be patient and wait your turn and you'll have a great experience.

My husband is the shopper, I'm just along for the ride. But judging as a backseat driver I have to say the owners really know how to treat their customers right. In the two or more years my husband has frequented TNA i've never seen a single dissatisfied customer. Everyone walks away happy and well taken care of. The owners have managed to create a welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel like hanging out and socializing.

Friendly staff, all the best name brands, and huge selection of juice, mods. They even had a T12 Prince Max carto with mesh coil, I haven't found those anywhere but online until now. Best part is the price, below average prices in the area for the real name brand stuff! Highly recommend.

Just don't take anything back for warranty replacement. It will go in a box and sit there for months, then some BS excuse will be given for refusal. Only if you keep asking over and over, though, they won't bother calling you with any info. If you buy something to give as a gift, don't let them know who it's for. If they have a problem with that person, the problem will immediately be transferred to you. It won't matter how long you've been a customer or how much business you've done with them, they could not care less. Any previous pretense of friendship will be replaced with terse incivility at the drop of a hat.

The guys down at TNA are great they will answer any question with respect and enthusiasm no matter how silly or small, they know the devices and even more so the flavors, while trying a few he asked what I thought and I vaguely described wanting a brighter flavor and he hit it right on the money, great guy and a great place me and my friends are all regular shoppers and we couldn't be happier
