This Publix ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! On top of that, they are a bunch of liars. Go online to order a pressed Cuban sandwich and the idiot in the deli says, “We can’t press your sandwich because we don’t have a press”. Wrong, they have one, it was just busy. So that’s ok, just warm it up in the oven. “Sorry, can’t do that, the oven is broken”. Well, hate to call you a liar again but the oven is still warm but as I said, it’s 8 pm and it’s busy in there with people waiting to get waited on. Not to mention it’s like this every time I go in the place. I’m sick of it, just to let everyone know…. WINN DIXIE IS JUST RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! In this economy, get the most for your money, go somewhere else than Publix!

I always deal with bad customer service at this location! The younger people (and I am a "younger" person as well) working are never trained properly and don't know the stores policies or how to even provide customer service! I always rated Publix higher than Winn Dixie but this Publix is a joke! The Winn Dixie across the street has way better trained staff with good customer service compared to this Publix.I was so happy to have moved so close to a Publix but this one is just a disappointment.Tonight took the cake when my cashier could not even greet me after smiling and greeting her she still gave me a dirty look because I was having some issues getting money transferred through my bank account on my phone note you there was no one in line behind me the customer service girl was also very unprofessional they proceeded to talk about friend things and nails ignoring me the customer and my questions! So sad this is even called a Publix!

Stopped at Publix to play my numbers. I love the Publix store but I can't afford to shop there for all my groceries. It is very expensive for me to live on 1 check a month. It's always very clean, bright and the staff is always there to help you if needed. I'm sure that's why the food cost is a bit higher than other grocery stores. All and all it's the number 1 store in my book for grocery shopping, if you can afford it. I wish I could. I go into the store for just a few things I can't get in other stores. It's bc of this I just can't shop there for everything! Thank you!

Well...i went today over there for a sandwich...and it was great...i had the bacon ranch tender sub...and man...it was huge...delicious...made from scratch...all things fresh...the server was very polite and courteous...great service with a smile on her face all the time...next I'm trying the philly cheese steak sub...it also looked very good! And for the price it would feed 2...it's always a good experience going there...thank you!

I start with the bakery. Cup cakes, red velvet slice, cookies , breakfast pastry and pie. You gotta have deserts on hand, when you go MARS. The rest, go til the carts full. Everything is there. Finding out it's best to wait for one of the "little carts", did you know about the little carts? Oh, and the most important thing...step on the scale. Happy trails....AND PUBLIX SELLS A DOZEN ROSES EVERYDAY FOR 15.99, OR SO...RED, PINK, WHITE......ROSES, AT PUBLIX...TURN THE LOVE LIGHT ON!!!!

This Publix Bakery created a full-size sheet cake, feeding 75-80, for my dad's 90th birthday last weekend. To my delight, they were able to use gold and black icing to decorate the cake. I was told that gold was not an option, but they provided it!

Publix is Publix! Quality! . I returned Hellmans Mayo because it expires next month.No recipe. No questions asked .Right there on the shelve was Hellmans Mayo expiration August 2024 . Come on folks it's a Quart & 4 months to use it .Before No good . I didnt get it as I was given a 8.79 gift certificate.On way home stopped at Aldis they had it 5.49 expirationFeb 2025. Now that's more like it . I can use a quart in about a Yr. Watch those Expiration Dates .Since Covid I've noticed you only have 2 to 3 months on condiments. Yes Even at my beloved Publix .. Try returning anything to Aldis with no recipeDoesn't work. But Publix is Publix and no one can beat there buy one get one prices

This Publix is old, small, always out of product, and closes an hour earlier than other Publix stores. Maybe it was great in the days when everyone in Eustis was over the age of 80, but that time is past. I hope corporate can get with the times and build a Publix that the people of Eustis want. I plan my shopping at the Walmart in Mt. Dora now. Wonder how many more shoppers Publix will lose before addressing this long overdue problem store.

This store has outgrown this location a long time ago. Customer service is not a priority, as Mr. Jenkins would have wanted it to be. Winn Dixie, across the street, has better customer service.

It feels a bit claustrophobic in this store. Aisles are close together, shelves are high, and a lot of displays on the floor. I always feel like I'm in someone's way or someone is in my way. Publix needs a bigger store in this area.

💝The associates always stop what they are doing and walk you to the desired isle of the item you are inquiring about, always. One of the reasons why the extra bucks 💵for groceries doesn't matter because of the level of customer service they bring to the table.

We are here visiting my mother in law and noticed a wonderful cashier. Haven F saw a customer that she knew. She called on the intercom for an associate to come to she station to assist that customer with getting to his car. We were very impressed, she is phenomenal. Thank her for us she went above and beyond. This shows you have a great working relationship with your employees. Haven F. Five stars.

Ridiculously long waits for the hot food section. Also poor training/position placement from the management. They had a woman not in that department making food who admitted she didn’t know what she was doing. Food came out mediocre and I couldn’t bring myself to spend money on it, I just chose subway instead.
