Publix Super Market at Eustis Village

Publix at Eustis Village is the second location that I will visit usually when I am near David Walker like today when I went to Great Clips. When Publix Shoppes of Lake Village was being renovated for one year not that long ago, I went to Eustis Village.When I compare Eustis Village to Shoppes of Lake Village, there are some differences in the layout ... which makes me kind of like Eustis Village more. Today, I saw several associates that were familiar and made me smile to think they are surely long-term employees. I am certainly glad to have these two Publix stores so near to me ... they have surely spoiled me and other customers over the years. Clean and neat, friendly associates, good prices, and wonderful products.

This is my favorite Publix by my house. It is really never super crowded, Tony is my favorite Pharmacist however some of the previous pharmacy tech staff were rude but that was a while ago and had since improved with a change in staffing. They could improve the deli at times I feel like I am being ignored while I am standing there four to five employees are walking around behind the counter without anyone helping me. The only time I purchased crab legs I asked to have them cooked for me. When I brought them home and opened the bag the smell and taste were both terrible. I think the seafood staff should have known they were bad prior to my purchase. That was a huge waste of money. Everything else has always been a great experience.

Very clean, shelves well stocked. Staff accessible to questions about location of grocery/produce items. Always an offer from staff to help you out with your purchases to your car.

It's only 530. I waited 15 minutes at the sub sandwich counter. When it got to my turn I ordered and was told they don't have any white rolls. Wait, don't you have a bakery. How is this possible. Can't you grab rolls off the bakery shelves. Wasted trip. Publix will be my last sandwich option next time.

Publix is always great. This trip I was visiting my mom who lives in Mount Dora. I just went there to buy some lottery tickets. No matter which Publix you go to the employees are always very friendly and professional.

You've got to love the handmade Pub subs! Create your sub with fresh toppings, your choice of meat and cheese. You can create a sub with (any selections sold in deli, as well they have )! You can also get toppings in the grocery section, have them add it, and pay for with sub at front. They have hot soup too!

I had the worst experience today. I am doing a little joyful event for my hospital staff tomorrow. I went to this publix to purchase some cookies. There was a fresh rack of cookies behind the associate, I asked her if I can purchased some from it. She directed me to the ones on the table, I explained to her I don’t need them for today I want them to stay as fresh as possible since publix close tomorrow. She then said it will be a 30 mins wait, I told her that’s fine. Then she said well two pans of the cookies are for the children, I told her I’ll take which ever amount is available. When I realized she was just being difficult and did not want to sell them to me I left. I was at the checkout counter and see one of the person from customer service, I explained what happened. She said, I’ll try to help.She came back saying she spoke with the lady at the bakery station and there are no cookies available. Which have me wonder if I was from a different race my request would be taking into more consideration. I can tell the lady did not want to serve me and had a kick from denying me the service. The inconvenience she caused me now having me drive 30 mins from my house.

The deli here is the WORST and SLOWEST deli in all of lake county. It’s truly horrendous. You would also think if they’re so slow that they’re get every order right; false. Publix needs to fix this problem.

Spacious, clean, and organized. Love the deli and produce sections. Friendly and helpful staff. This Publix is less crowded than the Loch Leven Publix, which is appealing to me. Will return many times. Highly recommend!

Scrambled eggs had brown on them. Grill was too hot or butter burned. Rest of meal was just okay. Server was nice.

Great place to buy your groceries...always well sorted,clean and all employees always with a smile on their faces...the deli and "cafeteria" are great...sandwiches and chicken always good...also has a ATM machine at the front of the store..nd nice clean parking lot with parking lots for the disable...the produce dept...always has fresh fruit and vegetables...and they display them beautifully...for me is the best place to get all you need! Thanks Publix!!

Some guy with black hair, piercings and a beanie was behind the deli talking about doing "booger sugar" loudly to a customer. I don't care about what people do at home but talking about this while preparing someone's food is unacceptable and I could clearly see the old woman working the counter with him was extremely uncomfortable. (Booger sugar means cocane)

I love Publix and the quality food it offers , but the prices are higher in Publix than other supermarkets, so I go to Walmart more frequently than Publix, Publix is good but Walmart is cheaper

The sushi at this store has gone from descent to awful, having a metallic aftertaste. This is the case every single time I buy it. There is no way the fish is fresh and I'm shocked that a publix would serve rotten sushi

Kat and Annie were awesome!! Both super friendly and helpful. Kat offered to get me another vitamin water as they were buy one get one and I hadn’t noticed. Annie was cheerful and kind. Both of them are people you’d want on your team!!! Excellent customer service and extremely clean and pleasant location.

This Publix is a large store with a familiar layout and lots of stock on the shelves. The store as most Publix stores I’ve been in, was very clean and very easy to navigate. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and there was plenty of stock on the shelves. There was zero clutter around the store, the bathroom was clean inside this store. This store has the bathroom in the rear of the store behind aisle 2. A staff member clearly saw us looking for something and caught us asking if he could help us find something; when I advised him we were looking for a bathroom, he was quick to respond in a polite professional and courteous manner. I always will and always have loved shopping at Publix, where they have quality food and quality employees.

What can I not say what about Publix.? Nothing the foods are always good prices are fair considering the times and if they sold clothes they probably turn into Walmart which I don't go to.
