Super helpful and friendly. Even though they didn’t carry what we were looking for the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way too look for us to make sure then recommend a place that would have exactly what we needed. We left with directions and ended up finding what we were looking for. I’ve experience such horrible customer service recently so this store and our positive experience there was refreshing and should be commended. Thank you!

The people in here are absolutely great, and the prices can't be beat. If there's something your looking for they probably got it. I've gotten a few reels and rods here cheaper than I could have online or at a different store.

These guys are the best! They had everything I needed for my last minute Christmas shopping and were such a great help to me. I had no idea what to get my husband and they hooked me up last minute. Best bait store around! I always find everything I need at Owens. They even had all the parts I needed to repair my boat trailer. Bow fishing supplies, live bait, plastics, rod holders, you name it they probably have it or can get it for you. They sell ammo too!

Fantastic store with pretty much everything you need from amateur to expert fishing. The staff were extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed without pushing me to get unwanted items. I was out the door and on the lake within minutes.

I find reasons to stop by this the shop. I really like shopping local and small for my fishing gear. Owens is busting at the seams with fishing and boating gear. Even unusual stuff. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. I chose to let them order some specific soft plastics I wanted rather get them from Amazon because I could get it just as quick and I could ask questions when I picked it up. Aaron and the rest of the staff are helpful and will guide to the right gear. Just tell them what you need and they will put you on it. I'll be in there again this week, I'm sure.

Been going here for years for plastics and terminal tackle and over a decade ago they helped outfit me for bowfishing. Yesterday out on the lake my favorite reel had the spool seize up on it out of nowhere. I knew Owens repaired reels so stopped in today on my lunch break. He popped off my brake door and slid the spool out a little bit to find I somehow got some line wrapped around behind it. He pulled out the line from behind the spool and snapped it back together and I was on my way in less than 5 mins with no charge. I did run back out to the truck to get my wallet so I could buy some plastics, hooks, and weights from these guys. Great, quick help, friendly, know their stuff, and always have a great selection. Thanks a ton! You guys are awesome and you made my week! Wouldn't be the same fishing without my favorite reel!

I had a trolling motor installed and Owens did a great job, was prompt, did it in a timely manor. They are great people to deal with. I recommend them highly to work on my boat and the bait shop is great also.

This is "THE PLACE" to go for anything fishing. They have the best selection of Lures, worms, hooks, reels, poles, and other supplies. They even have boat and motor stuff.Best of all they have a ton of fishing knowledge to pass on.What to use, how to use it and when and where. Cool thing is they take the time to answer your questions. Oh and the biggest bass I ever caught was using their extra large wild shinners. So they even coach their live bait into producing results.

Wade help me with my first baitcaster and actually took the time to explain and teach me about it and put line on my reel..And as for the store and there products are excellent with a big variety, and they have a a excellent live bait selection they keep clean..

This is a small family-owned bait and tackle shop but they have absolutely everything you will ever need from minnows to marine supplies rods and reels even hunting and snorkeling gear. It is my absolute go to place for anything I need for my boat or fishing! By the way they also have the best priced Costa del Mar sunglasses you'll find anywhere! Also as I've recently discovered, they also do boat motor repair and maintenance... AND they provide honest and good service at very fair prices. That's hard to find these days! I highly recommend!!!

I've been shopping at Owen's for over 20 years I feared for my life guys behind counter were not wearing masks and 3 different customers walked in without masks ignoring the pendemic I couldn't leave fast enough this happened sat afternoon. Just being honest hope I stay covid free
