The staff gave excellent service however I must've bought the wrong hay. I didn't realize cow hay was so rancid and full of mold. At least a quarter of it was heavy mold. I wish I had rejected it and got something else.

I’ve always had a positive experience there. Front desk girls are always friendly, and the guys who load the trucks are very courteous! I just wish they’d carry the mini pig Mazuri brand food, and offer more variety big breed dog toys. Other than that, l also love the location of the store, which is very close to me!😄

It's a small and limited space for accessories. The staff can be more welcoming and polite. They are not real outgoing and do not say hello when you walk in. There is a lot of room for improvement.It is a clean store and they do have cute things.

Just a question, never been there before, but do they sell baby chicks? I didn't know they'd be closed today, but drove from Mt. Dora. I hope to see them on Monday. Update: 7/14/2021: No, they don't have chicks as someone had told me they did. But it was nice to go there and the store is well stocked and I enjoyed walking through, seeing all the merchandise and medicines and such for the animals that we may have: cows horses, chickens and such.

I have been shopping at many different Central Florida feed/hay stores since Year 2010 when I established my horse and sheep farm, mobile petting zoo business and animal party and barn wedding venue (WoodStock Stables in Apopka, FL). Most feed stores don't have the dedication to buy the best overall hay at the best price like Martin's Larsen Farms. If you buy their bundle (21 bales) of coastal hay, you save almost $2 per bale as compared to their competition. Makes a huge difference when you have multiple livestock to care for and vet bills to cover. The consistent high quality of the orchard grass, orchard/alfalfa, alfalfa, coastal and other types of hay keeps me coming back and their great prices allow me to feed my livestock the best hay at the best price. Nice amount of great feed and basic store items, as well. Staff is experienced and highly efficient!
