The only employee on duty was an absolute creep to my wife, making inappropriate comments about her being “a beautiful woman all alone” in his store. This is completely unacceptable and we will not be returning to this location.

The customer service is very rude and disrespectful when asking for assistance they talk to you so rude and act as if they don't want to hear anything you have to say and walk away going outside to visit with friends even the manager was very rude one cashier a male older guy was so rude to me when I pointed out that the stuff was ringing up the wrong price and I had my grandson! Son with me he started yelling at my grandson saying what are you looking at me like that and the manager was standing right next to him and said nothing so is said to him how dare you talk to a child like that which he shouldn't have been saying anything to him at all . I really think that they need to be fired they're is no respect for customers there at all

I want to buy schools supplies. I was nicely greeted when I entered. The store has a vast variety of all kinds of items, from food to house hold. It is clean and organized. It looks well maintained.I found the school supplies I needed at a more affordable price. Quality for the notebooks and binders seem exactly the same. I will be returning those items that I bought at Target.Even the can foods are cheaper here, pretty much the same quality.I will be back to this store, I highly recommend it as an alternative to the big stores in the cases where the brand does not matter much.To my surprised I found Folgers decaf, which I have been looking for a while. I'm going to try to leave as many reviews until I feel like I have vented enough. Yes I am the same person that was refused a return with a valid receipt with a purchase list in an hour of being purchased. So I asked myself if I would have been a white woman would I be refuse a Return with A valid receipt on a brand-new item I purchased less than an hour ago?? What I have been giving a reason of a refuel because an electric heater falls under the same guidelines as an TV antenna. I would understand if item was purchased more than a month ago and you can see the items have been severely used. I would understand if there was no receipt. I would really understand if it really was a electric heater being returned. I was refused a richer and I'm disappointed in the family dollar chain all because one cashier by the name of Angela 886108.. why me Angela with this experience been different if I was the same color as you?????

Bad impression they do not open at the right time in the morning on schedule and customer have to leave the store early morning. Corporate should note that if store schedules 9am opening time, workers should comply with schedule/ just another bad impression, 5 customers left on May 9th 2022 - store closed at 9:45am doors locked with a sign BE RIGHT BACK, wow really!!!

This place has really gone downhill. It's hardly ever open supposedly due to staffing issues. Also when you have a big display that says 50% off you should make sure your staff can ring it in instead of having them say "I don't know why they say it's %50 off". 😂 The display is literally across from the counter with a big sign and it's only two types of candy on sale on the display.🤣

So my girlfriend is so disappointed with Family Dollar she told me to leave a review on her store experience, she has also told all of her friends and family to do the same because she want their three stars to represent what the store really deserve. No one should be treated with disrespect or should be refused service. If she had a receipt on a purchase less than an hour ago there should not have been any issues whatsoever. I see different disrespectful things on Facebook dealing with race issues why can't we get past this. We're never stopping a family dollar again we would not contribute to racist Acts I rather spend more money at Walmart or any other respectful retail chain

If you want to be totally humiliated go to the Family Dollar in Eustis and deal with someone by the name of Angela.. yesterday I went into the Family Dollar to return to antennas that I purchase less than an hour ago at a different Family Dollar nearby. I was excited in getting my son TVs to work in his new apartment and when one of the TV did not I decided to go to the nearest Family Dollar to get the old school bunny ear antenna,, ""so I thought I was"" so this horrible experience that has totally embarrass me and belittled my character can absolutely ruin the rest of my evening. What if this happened to you. I went with my receipt and my two antennas. I told the cashiers I need to get antennas that work for my son's televisions she told me at first I have to take one of them back to where I got them from I said why I have a receipt she told me they have some new policy on electronics I asked where is this policy I see nothing in your store I see nothing on my receipt about a policy on electronics Angela dingles behind a wall and show me some paper that has a policy that clearly states anything purchased from any Family Dollar can be returned to any Family Dollar. I read this aloud to her She said that's different when it comes to electronics and then she had me read a policy on electric heaters and told me that my TV antenna falls under that policy with the electric heaters. whattttttttt!!!! How can a policy that's meant for electric heaters mean the same thing for a TV antenna??? So then I said okay at the beginning of this conversation you said you can return one I will take the other item back to the store I got it from and deal with it then because I really want to get my TV son working tonight she looked at me and she said I'm just not returning any of them. whattttttttt. I ask why not, she said because what is stated on the electronic return policy.. I'm not sure how much education Angela but I did not see a electronic return policy I seen it electric heater return policy, for conversation purposes let's say my antenna is also an electric heater the policy read with a receipt and purchase less than 30 days you may have a return on unopened item, open item can be exchanged. Remember all I wanted to do was upgrade the antenna to bunny ears which was an additional $3.. the question is why did this happen to me?? is it because I have such beautiful dark skin I hate to pull the race card but I need someone else's interpretation of this.

Cashier rude and unprofessional. On several occasions I've had the same miserable lady who obviously doesn't know how her pos system works anytime I've had a partial ebt payment its declined because the way the system is set up you have to know you balance and enter that exact amount or you will be declined she insist everytime I have insufficient funds or must have entered the wrong pin as she announces this loudly everytime I explain to her it's a partial payment and the uneducated ignorant lady always responds" no its declined no funds see" pointing to the receipt from the declined partial payment. Of course when she enters the amount I tell her it always works after going through this process EVERYTIME. Sad part shes been at this location for quite sometime and still can get it right. And the attitude twords ebt customers disgusting how dare she look down on me when she not even competent to do a basic entry level job like I said ignorant and unprofessional.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I actually live closer to another Family Dollar, but travel the extra little bit because of the staff. Comparable prices and products to other retailers. They had everything I needed and I was in and out in no time.

Im so disappointed family Dollar has the same things as dollar general an the prices are twice as much as dollar general I seen somethings for ten or 15 bucks in family Dollar an I go to Dollar general right after to see the same exact things an brand for about ten bucks less then family Dollar I will never go back to family Dollar very expensive supposed to be family Dollar not family ten dollars

I was in the store and the associate Barb gave horrible service she was very disrespectful and I will be contacting the corporate office I have never been treated like this in any family dollar I believe further action should be taken with this so again corporate will be notified today I am a paying customer and to be talked to like I am garbage is very unacceptable
