This store was great except for the person that was supposed to b cashiering today around 930 am. If u care corporate u will look into this and find out who it was. There was a line forming at the front. Me and the lady in front of me waited and waited for a cashier to come to the register. He didn't for a long time. Then when he finally came up to the register, he grabbed the lady in front of me, her stuff and took it to the self serve register, which neither one of us knew how to use, and rang her stuff up. Then he proceeded to tell her how to put money in the register to pay for her stuff. It was an older woman, like for all that, why wouldn't he just go to his register and ring her up? Made no sense. So, I ask him, how much do u get paid? Because I feel like if I HAVE to do his job, I should get half his pay, at the very least. Then he pro needed to tell me I have demons. I don't think that was necessary. I surely didn't say things about his attitude and how he wasn't being a good Christian man. I don't bring religion into my stuff. I love God so it really hurt me when he said that. I think this man should b fired immediately. I don't think that corporate should condone a person bring in bad religion to their store.

They “revamped “ the check out and made it worse! They only have 2 self checkout and there was no human cashier! 8 people in line like always I someone finally walked out. This is ridiculous they went through the trouble and didn’t even add more self check out. Expect to wait! Ridiculous! Your going to loose more business making people wait so long!

Move this dollar tree!! They have stuff that I can’t find at my old dollar tree. This one is closer to me now. They have placed 2 new self checkouts and is pretty easy to do. It’s always a bit messy but I don’t mind, it’s like finding special treasures everywhere. Lol

Everything was put up well nothing in the isle's all employees were friendly. Only thing that bothered me is I'm on crutches due to a severe car accident and the man on the register literally had zero idea on how to work it and instead of calling for assistance he just kept trying and trying and I was getting very tired my legs were in a large amount of pain and I just wanted to go. I give him props for trying and not giving up but he should've asked for assistance on the register nothing wrong with a little help. Other than that this store is great. Love it.

Always dropping a few bucks here. Springtime always brings some good garden necessities like seeds but they never get a refill shipment. All my seeds and bulbs I get here have grown wonderfully. I never have a problem going here.

Shelves were empty and the floor is always disgusting.... The cashier's and stocker seem friendly and helpful, but the manager seemed rude, like we were bothering her for asking a question. Then told us our item was on the other side of the store..then proceeded to mumble to herself as we walked away ...we'll go to mtdora from now on..

I love this store but today there was 1 cashier and a line to the back of the store, Lady at the back of the line asked the manager why she wasn't stepping in and helping out her cashier. Cashier should not have to ask for help when the manager sees that she needs help and somebody brings it to her attention and she continues to do something other than help. Super disappointed.

Store is pretty dirty and crowded, employees are not very friendly. Though the cashiers were speedy and got people through quickly.Got in and out as quickly as I could.Not very pleasant but it's what you expect from a place where everything is a dollar.

This store is never fully stocked and always looks ransacked. This store is closest to me but I travel 10 miles out of my way to go to the Leesburg store as it is always stocked and organized. Covid can't be blamed any more for supply issues, it is management issues.

This was my first time at Eustis "Dollar Tree" which is visible from 441 which was noticeably busy for a Friday afternoon around 1:45pm.There was one cashier on duty which would explain why everyone was in one aisle as I entered the store.10 minutes has passed...two customers checked out..I'm beginning to 5 wondering why there isn't another cashier or supervisor helping out?!?It took an elderly male to voiced his displeasure of having to wait..which did get the manager's attention to compute there should more than one cashier on duty.There's no reason why customers, especially at Dollar Tree should wait any longer than 5-10 minutes to check out and last time I looked...it ain't holiday season yet.Get it together Eustis Dollar Tree!

Dollar Tree is awesome! However I did recently read that change is on the way to all DT stores. They would no longer be a buck store,they would begin carrying items that are priced over a dollar.Is that actually going to happen?

I've been working in the area for the past month so ive been going in to this dollar tree. Not the best store evertime ive been in thr bathroom has been so nasty. I went in early when they open this morning and the bathrom was still nasty and had NO HAND SOAP.. For the store to just open the door for the day the bathroom should be clean and have all the things a bathroom is supposed to have and be clean. We are in a pandemic right now so the bathroom should always be clean hourly like most businesses

A good place to find the little things for your life. I particularly look for coffee flavorings and puzzle books. The puzzle books are getting more difficult to find, as I like the bigger size ones for crosswords and Sudoku.Store was very busy with people buying Christmas decorations and gift wrap. But attentive cashier's kept us from having to wait too long.

I love the Dollar Tree no matter where I’m at! It’s always easy transactions and awesome customer service! I visited Dollar Tree today in Eustis, Florida 32726 for a couple drinks due to I was already in the plaza.

The manager was very nice hadling my return. Thats such a great Dollar Tree...clean and so much merchandise- very different than the one in Apopka. Keep in mind tho you dont get a refund even with receipt..only exchange. Its always easy to find something else at that store but think they should post that somewhere!

I love going to Dollar Tree because I always find what I need and stay on budget. It's a great place to get what you need when funds are limited. I was able to get cleaning supplies, storage containers, gift bag items, and stocking stuffers.

Went there at about 7:30 pm to get a few things. Had employees that were stocking shelves beimg rude and blocking the whole aisle so my son couldn't pick out a toy. While we were looking at the toys they kept complaining about the cashier, and when theanager asked them to do something they both replied that it was not their job, and proceeded to yell it to the manager when he walked away. Then the lady at the register was impatient and kept talking to herself like she was talking to someone next to her about the ladies in the aisle. She kept dropping f bombs even thoigh my son was standing right in front of her, must have said it 3 or 4 times. I will not be returning. Which is unfortunate cuz I love the dollar store.

Good selection, and mostly nice employees.I prefer DT with frozen and refrigerated items. Today they had the frozen section all cleaned out..they had a few dairy items.Hopefully they're still going to sell frozen items

It's my great grandson's Birthday and I asked him if he would like to go shopping for his birthday gift at Walmart for a big gift and he said , he would like to go to Dollar Tree for his gift. LOL So we did !! 🤗

The 2 girls that worked that day acted like it was a bother to wait on people I spend a great deal of money in there all things time I know they have stock to do and layouts but the money comes from us in order threw store does not close down so be nice

Store is on the small side. Typical array of made in China goods for the home, personal products, cards and party supplies. The helium balloons are a great deal, and if you're having a holiday party or children's birthday party the party supplies and decorations are a bargain.
