Store was well set up and clean. All their product spaces were full and clearly labeled. Staff was the perfect combination of professional and personal! Talked to one of the the staff about my favorite show, turned out to be one of her favorites as well! It definitely brought a smile to my face after having a rough morning! Her demeanor was so calming and chill, it’s so hard to find an easy to talk to person like that! She was the excellent and ideal person for any customer service positions, including but not limited to management quality!!! I personally believe that she deserves a raise for being one of those rare nice people in todays world! It was like finding a long lost unicorn! Most people these days have a chip on their shoulder, but she is proof, there is still hope for humanity to smile.

I love this Dollar Tree! I haven't visit too many Dollar Trees but this one is extremely clean and so well organized. The staff is helpful and quick to respond to long checkout lines forming. I've yet to have a long wait at this location. Oh, lemme just say one last thing. Lately it seems like they are surprising me with new major name brand products. There are products being sold there that I used to buy at Ulta at triple the price or more.

I walked in to the store on January 1st about 6pm. As soon as I opened the front door I was impressed by the way the store was neat, clean, everything in place, floors swept and the store was immaculately prepared for Valentine's. I was a store manager for a dollar general and I am not easily impressed. This store manager should be proud of the job they are doing and the crew.

I go to Dollar Tree for specific items. And of course I always end up with a cart full. You can pick up so many things that you can use for your house. It's quick shopping for the house and whatever else the kids need for school.

The employees were rude when we went and they locked the doors about 20 minutes before they closed and watched us walk up and lock them and say they are closed! We don't live far from it and I understand that there are other stores but still don't have to be rude about it!

Just ok experience. Isles are way too cramped, stores are usually unkempt, but surprisingly today it was mostly neat. But lines are always too long with only one cashier. Kinda like walmart. Lol 💵🌳

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Shelves usually are well stocked and orderly.I've never noticed any detrimental smells. Stores always clean when I've been there.

Found small travel containers, wire baskets, rat tail combs and tooth paste...Always has good selection of inventory...For the most part store well organized...

Located on the west side of 19, just south of 44. In between the Ace Hardware and the Publix plaza.It's a dollar store, so their selection is amazing. You could restock your first aid kit, replace kitchen utensils, avast a mountain of plastic containers with lids, get supplies for your next party, or by simply saving money buying from Dollar Tree.They added a larger wider selection to their frozen foods. One thing to look for is their Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot mix, carrots that actually taste like carrots. YUM!! They also have Sprecher sodas. Another great find is Yardley activated charcoal soap, you will be (refreshingly) cleaner than you've ever been.The staff is friendly and super helpful, the store is very clean. Definitely worth the trip.

Fantastic store. It's smaller than most other DTs. Very clean, orderly, well stocked. No boxes in aisles of stock to be put on shelves. Will DEFINITELY be shopping there!

So Happy to have dollar tree in my City close to my house. When you can't afford the expensive things, you can fine quality products at a lower price. Thank God for that. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍10 thumbs up.

I went here this week to get dog food at 750pm to get dog food door was open went in got the dog food no one around all cashiers in office and I was like it’s wasn’t 8 pm I’ve been waiting to cash out for 10 mins. They wouldn’t cash me out! I was so mad and upset I said please just take my cash for this dog food my dogs are hungry. Two old lady’s said no we’re closed. Ok so now your refuse service and rude as hell! Freck this store , so racist and rude don’t go here!

Great experience everytime I go. Very helpful staff and very nice. They make each time personable. From the greeting when i walk in to helping find merchandise or letting me know when to try back if the are out of stock. Even checking out is enjoyable can definitely feel that they care about each customer and are extremely friendly.

Lots of variety in paper goods,decor,food,chochkies. Low on checkers today. Only 1 person so it got pretty backed up. She did a great job and was efficient and pleasant to reach person.

The manager, Loni, needs a serious attitude adjustment and demotion. She left ONE girl on a checkout, PAST get scheduled work shift, andwho had to page for help twice before Loni decided to grace her with help. When she finally showed up at the front she was extremely rude and didn't even acknowledge the girl who at that point had a line going out and through two isles. No wonder workers are quitting Dollar Tree jobs

I pick up things here when I am in the area. They have a pretty good selection most of the time. Having a party or wanting to decorate for special occasions is much cheaper here than a party store, even when everything is now $1.25 instead of $1.00.

Affordable of course. Sometimes convenient. I only gave 4 stars because of the lack of inventory. I usually end up having to take a trip across town to the other store on 441 to get the majority of the things I need. Customer service has been great so far. The manager is always very helpful.The location is incorrect. This store is located next to Popeye's chicken in Eutsis ;near Publix.

This dollar tree is fine. It’s better than the one next to Walmart. Not sure why people are being so dramatic. It’s a good store. All of the dollar trees and other stores are having a hard time carrying stock and it comes and goes. We are experiencing the effects of a pandemic. If you want a glorified store go shop at Millenia Mall. We had no issues here other than the obvious. Wake up!

This place is disgusting! The store is dirty. I was going to buy a few things but with several people in line and only one (slow) employee checking people out while 2 other employees stood around casually talking and laughing I decided to put the the basket down and use the restroom since it was going to be a while and I needed to go. Restrooms have no soap and no paper towels so obviously employees are not washing their hands... ever. I did not purchase anything. I just left and I will never go back

They're prices are amazing. They have lots of name brand products for 1.25 . You can't beat the price. the employees are very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this establishment to anyone who lives on a budget. They even have food

There is only one cashier working every time I go into that store. No matter how many people are waiting in line they will not open another register even though there are other employees working in the store. Several times I have been waiting in line and the cashier will call for help and no one will ever come. There is a manager there at the store even she does nothing to help.

On Saturday, 1-18-2020, I went to the Dollar Tree in Eustis SR 19 location to buy several items. Upon entering, I didn't receive the normal greeting....WELCOME TO DOLLAR TREE. I did say hello to the cashier....no reply. I figured, he must have not heard me and he is busy. That's ok. As I was shopping, I heard the cashier greeting the customers as well as saying thank you. I picked a basket full of items and proceeded to check out.There is one person in front of me. The same cashier was conversing with a customer about a return and the company's policy. Somehow their conversation turned into animals and how the cashier now adopted several recently kittens and has to bottle feed them, they keep the cashier up at night and so forth. The line by now is getting longer and he asks for back up. In the interim, instead of the cashier showing some urgency, the conversation turns into baby goats. Are you serious? All I want to do is cash out and continue with my day.It is finally is my turn and the cashier starts scanning my items. No greeting again, no...I am sorry for the delay. Nothing. Funny, he had a complete conversation with the person in front of me. She even got a thank you and have a good day!!!!! The next thing I hear is....$25.91. I pay the amount while I am entering the info on the keypad, the customer behind me says....so how many cats do u have? He proceeds to engage in conversation again. States to the other customer, look at my hands they are all scratched up and so forth. I picked up my bags and start walking away. Midway, I turned around and say.....YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY. His reply was.... Oh, THANK YOU. The clerk according to the receipt was Kip.I have some serious concerns that I was not treated like the other customers. There is no reason that he, at bare minimal, did not greet me when checking out or at least say thank you for the purchase. It appeared as though I was not a valued customer. He needs to be re-trained with customer service as well as with working with diversity. This is the second time I have experienced something like this at this location but this time I really felt very uncomfortable. it was not an oversight. When the manager is on the floor, the staff is more attentive and mindful.

Came in to get some bug spray cus ya know all of eustis is one big mosquito swarm. And my luck would be that they dont have any sprays and only carry the bracelets? (Which they were out of) btw the place smells like a bathroom stall. Dont know what they use, but it reeks.
