Dropped off FedEx package at the store at 3701 SR-44 in Eustis, FL, 9/29 since it’s a designated pickup. Today, 10/8 I found out they never gave it to FedEx. It’s been sitting on the floor behind the register. This cost me to lose $55 because they chose not to do their job. They were rude and flippant about it and blamed it 100% on the FedEx drivers. They didn’t even apologize for their obvious part in it. They didn’t do their job, and I have to take food money from my kids’ mouths to cover it. Much of the problem likely has to do with how dirty and overpacked that store is. Sometimes you can hardly move in it. There is stuff everywhere. They are costing customers money (I bet there are others) and it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt by tripping over the overstock or something falling on their head, I will be reporting this to FedEx and the local word of mouth online groups as well.

When you need to be depressed and treated like your a nuisance , this is the place for you. Not sure what the problem is. It’s like every employee is on forced work release! Think Walmart on steroids.

Employees are standing around, not doing nothing while you’re waiting to be checked out. Outside looks horrible no landscaping maintenance and smells like dog poo

If you are open till 10pm then why tell my wife around 9:30 you already closed the drawers for returns. Might want to talk to corporate and change the hours of operation then. With gas at an increasing daily high the last thing I wanted to hear was " I can take care of it tomorrow" point made dollar general "Do NOT Shop here". Heard you loud and clear!

I get that there’s not enough help, but if you’re going to close early at least post a sign on the front door or update the hours of operation. Posted hours on the front door say open 8am - 10pm. I tried to shop at this location at 9:15pm and the doors were locked.Another tip, turn off some of the lights so the building looks closed.

It's your typical Dollar General store, i.e. a lot of items are stocked and on the shelves but also has random amounts of products still in shipping boxes scattered throughout the store... However, this location also sells beer and wine at a reasonably good price! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Literally the worst dollar general. Always closing early and missing staples. Better off saving the hassle and go to Winn Dixie or Publix just down the road

Worst Dollar General ever in Eustis store #13776.The customer sales didn't know how to blow helium balon !!!!She was rude unpleasant and unprofessional!WORST DOLLAR GENERAL EVER,THEY CHARGED FOR HELIUM EVEN IF YOU BUY NEW BALLON AT THEIR STORE.NO SIGN THAT THEY CHARGED...I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN WORST OF THE WORSTTHEY SHOULD TRAINED PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE BETTER!!

Stopped in for a couple of items on our way home. It's nice not to have to go to a grocery store for quick trips like sour cream or cheese. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. I wish it was closer so that I could go there more often.

Surprisingly affordable items although very few items are the same product you buy in the big box stores essentially smaller items for all descriptive purposes. Overall if you need cleaning supplies or snacks for the work week I recommend going to Dollar General to save some money

I'm a regular, or WAS anyways. Until I met the manager. Not sure if hes a new manager because I've been in there many times and never saw him before but he insulted my intelligence while I was trying to check out because I didn't tell him I was paying with ebt before I swipped the card. Never going in there again. I'd rather drive to the next nearest store than spend my money in there again.

It's greatly improved but the employees should really stop leaving out sodas, gum & smokes. Bc you can't, I came home without some of my things I paid for. That's not my fault that's your employees not doing their damn job.

Rude Manager, if you don't ask him any questions he's fine but you ask him a question or slide your card to quick... He gets all angry! Nasim is not a trained, customer friendly Manager!

I don't understand Y a hug company like Dollar General can not hire more people or get the 5 that are there to work so the costumer doesn't start growing roots waiting in line it blow's my mind come on DG get with it

Nice place. It was very clean, only one isle blocked with supplies to stock the shelves. Used the self serve as there wasn't anyone at the front. It was nice.

Too many customers not wearing masks. None of the employees wearing a mask. Can't socially distance aisles to narrow. Dollar General is a petri dish for virus transmission.

Friday night when I went into The Dollar General both employee's were very nice and working really hard the store look very nice and clean.

Just hard to find products I need for work, I understand they're low due to Covid, but they usually have boxes and boxes of what I need and they are slowly unpacked and put on the shelves.
