Do not attempt to work here!! The owner Mike Q. Will yell at you for getting over time and make you pay it back. He took my last pay check to pay for the over time I worked. He likes to try to pay you over time if you get it in cash so he doesn't have to pay time & a half. He is the worst part of the store. Hope it will be better with the new owners.

Wow is all I can say! I get an Xtra large coffee everyday and it's $3. I go in today and the pos owner goes to the register I'm getting checked out at and double charges me,claiming it's 2 iced coffees when the barcode on the cup literally says iced coffee so it makes no sense at all to charge me twice. I immediately walked out and I won't be back. I work at a gas station and this is ridiculous. The CSR even explained to the owner that it was in fact one Xtra large iced coffee. I guess Mike the POS owner has his head so far up his own as** he has lost sight of how to treat his customers and his employees. It will be a great day when this pos finally sells this store. He has no clue wth he is doing! Good riddance!

Didn't go to 7/11 today but I had three fraudulent charges from this 7/11. Last year y'all's manager was arrested for theft. Don't recommend stopping here...if I didn't give my card to them or stop by 7/11 today that means someone is saving card details that isnt theirs shake my head

Store is in horrible shape . Owners mental might not be on right line. I honestly feel bad for the employees working under Mikes ownership. Employees are harassed multiple times a shift leading to poor customer service. Owner practically begged me to apply and work . Meaning help is needed with short staff. But also owner is more interested on making sure he gets paid for every slice of pizza even if it’s time for the garbage . That being said , since the owner is working over time to save extra Pennys, he’s making his employees work over time with minimal pay. I would not support this 7-Eleven if it means I have to watch the employees suffer due to horrible ownership. When big boss knows the situations of his employees they will use it for their own benefits. If we must use big companies , we must use the ones that support their workers

Great gas station with quick service. It can get a little busy around lunch time but the line typically moves pretty fast. This store always has food ready and if they don't have what you want they will make it for you. Never had a bad experience here.

I don't know what's going on at this location but it's the only 7/11 that can't ever seem to load money on my cash app. Without fail I always have to drive to my Dora or Tavares where they never have any problem. I actually had one employee tell me that they can only load one customer per hour. The other employees at the other location have no idea what that is even about. It's not like it's hard to do. Get it together people.

They need to shut this place down already. The whole store is Gross and dirty, never clean . Mold was all over my ice and so called "manager" laughed at me and walked away with them long ugly nails. They need to get an health inspector to shut this place down and I will make a call for them. Not sure if they care about cleaning or doing any work besides standing on the phone with a line of people out the door. I'm sure everyone can't wait until the New 711 opens on 44. This place went to hell since earlier this year, it was in good shape, not sure what happened but hope they shut this place down

Had a VERY RUDE girl tell us today that we could not load our Chime card, when we’ve done so every week for over a year. Yelled at us that we could go across the street and that they are under “new management” and don’t do that “here”, after we explained to her that we just did it three days ago. Customers could hear her yelling in the back of the store. Apparently to her “It’s a new year!” I’m assuming she’s an employee though she wasn’t in uniform and was very unkempt. She was unprofessional and beyond rude. I don’t suggest going in there unless the guys are working or the older woman. They’ve always be courteous.

Don't usually do this, but my issue is with the elderly gentleman who stands around by the cash registers, today after waiting in an empty line for several minutes and having him look at me at least two times without so much as a "someone will be right with you" I walked out of the store and don't plan on returning. Not sure what his responsibilities are there all he does is stand around and flirt with girls half his age. Anyway, he needs to work on his professionalism, all he had to say was someone will be right with me, wasn't expecting him to actually ring me up.

Stood by the bathroom waiting because I believed someone was using the bathroom. However it required a key from the cashier. There was no sign posted anywhere informing customers that a key was needed to use the restroom. The employee's were rude and the establishment was dirty and overall in a disorganized lay out. Worst 7/11 I have ever visited.

Rude lady I went into the story so I can go pay for gas I told her pump 7 twice she didn't hear me I went in the second time I said pump 7 my sister went in she was just being completely rude to my sister oh that pregnancy brain what kind of lady would say that to pregnant women idk what was going on with that lady she was just completely rude to my sister and me I didn't like how she treated both of us

Stopped for gas and bathroom. Bathroom was open and obviously unlocked. As I continued, someone yelled to me that "next time I need to stop to request a key instead of just going in"! There are NO signs stating such and again, the door was already open.Signs are helpful to keep frustration down. There is NO need for rudeness!

This store and very well managed and clean. Lori is phenomenal and the 7-Eleven organization should be grateful to have her representing them. Every time I visit the store she is cleaning, organizing and serving customers more than any other team member I've seen! Her work ethic and the value she contributes to the store is outstanding. Thank you all you do Lori!

Update: Part of being on the road all day results in having to make stops for restroom breaks. Sadly this one has been “ Out of Service” for months now. So I’ll have to find a new place to stop and spend my money at.Use to have a positive review on here.

This used to be a really nice gas station. I moved away years ago and just moved back. Upon stopping there to use the bathroom, I noticed they removed the public use of one bathroom and turned it into an employee only restroom, which is fine. However, the other restroom, which is now to be shared by both males and females, is neglected and disgusting and dirty. How can a person even feel comfortable using it, let a lone bring a child in there to use it? They need to desperately implement an hourly bathroom check, you know, clean the toilet and mop the floor and while the door handles!

Plenty of pumps. I don't think I've ever seen someone waiting. The staff is always nice and helpful. They never seem to be understaffed. They have a good selection of food and snacks and anything you might need for the road. There is two redbox's. The best automatic air pump in this area. It's at a large intersection, but access is easy to both entrances.

Its the owners fault this place is so bad, they dont care. They only want the money. I used to work here for, there is so much expectation from customers and manager. Most employee at this location work long hours with no break. If you put your input on how things should be as an employee thats in the store more then owners then it is a problem. There is no structure, No superior on board. Just employee with no training trying to get through a 9 hour shift.

I went out of my way to rate this, I have never thought to rate a gas station before but this place is horribly unmaintained. Pumps break, don’t dispense the proper amount you pay inside, store is unkempt, and the pumps are so worn out they can barely pump a gallon per minute, horribly slow.

I'd give 5 stars except they prepare food and for the last 10 years, there has been no hot water in the rest room. I just think perhaps a little hot water for handwashing might aid in preventing the spread of disease such as Hepatitis. But the owners are too cheap to worry about proper hygiene.

Five star customer service, selection and price...not to mention the rewards app. The more you scan and buy, the greater the rewards...and have i failed to mention that their coffee is to die for ??!! Kudos MANY times over across the board !! You guys have quickly become my mandatory twice a day stop !!
