After being disappointed with a chain grooming service I decided to check out this place after doing a little research. I am SO glad I found them.Not only has Andrea groomed my bichon-poodle puppy perfectly for the past 8 months but the staff is great! I was always asked how I wanted the cut to be, any add on services & trusted her with any tweaks or suggestions for my pups best interest if needed. Each time she never disappointed.I also want to thank & recognize the staff. The nicest people & most willing group to help you! Sebastian in particular has been the biggest help over the past couple of months. Not only did he remember me, but my dogs name & breed after only seeing us maybe 2x within the span of 3 months. He has helped me switch her to adult food, which she loves (grandma Lucy’s 3 bears). He has also sat & explained each food brand, dislikes, customer trends, etc. I have come to him with a couple of questions/issues & he’s always had a suggestion, answer or if he didn’t know he recommended coming to talk to other employees on the store that may know a little more.Overall, I have been so pleased with this store and grooming facility. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. So sad to be relocating, it will be hard to find someone that compares. Thank you all!

I love this place so much!!!! My mom and I brought our 2 golden retrievers here because we are trying to find the best snacks for them and we wanted to find a nice grooming place as well!! When I saw my dogs after their haircuts, I was so satisfied with how my dogs looked. Sebastian helped us out and he was a very kind guy. He found the best treats for my 2 Goldens. Still to this day, I go there to get treats for my lovely retrievers and I get them groomed. You guys should seriously go here. They deserve the 5 stars because they're that amazing.

I’m so happy someone told me to check out Woof Gang because it’s been life-changing! I have three dogs, one with severe allergies, and I tried everything to get her to be well. After expensive tests, prescription food, and injections, nothing worked, and she kept getting sicker.Covid made things worse as our safe food was no longer available, and the current food we used was no good. The staff at Woof Gang helped me figure out the best raw food to try with samples in case we had any reactions. They were so patient and showed they knew their stuff and cared.It’s been over a month, and Jessie is not only eating and putting on weight, but her life long issues are going away! No more itching, no more chronic ear infections, no more oily skin or shedding. She looks and is acting so much better! She’s even starting to play at ten years old. I’m excited to keep Jessie on her new food and see how she keeps improving, and I will begin feeding my other pups some new food to help their quality of life.Also, the grooming is impressive. My little group has never looked so good! If you’re looking for high-quality products or have any questions, check Woof Gang out. You won’t regret it!

Andrea did an excellent job grooming our Standard Poodle. I decided to take a break from self grooming. Our daughter takes her standard size doodle to Andrea and she and the pup are always happy. I’m glad I gave her a try - I have tried other groomers at other places a few times over the years and always went back to self grooming. Andrea is very good with curly coated breeds and as a bonus, even the big anxious pups love her. This little store is clean, neatly organized and stocks a surprising inventory of quality foods and treats. And the staff are so nice and helpful without being pushy salespeople.

****HIGHLY RECOMMEND*****I’ve been bringing my CHOCOLATE Imperial Shih Tzu, MOUSSE to W🐾f Gang for nearly two years now (Mousse is almost two years old).I went my 1st time because of the super cute name, but that isn’t enough to keep me making my 1hour (round trip) drive… why do I do it?⭐️They take such good care of my baby boy!⭐️They are very reasonably priced, excellent daily food, yummy treats that are works of art, safe grooming products in use and for home maintenance, and the toys! I think I buy one for Mousse pretty much every time we go!They’re like family to Mousse and I.Always such a positive experience💕

Great products in this store and super friendly, helpful staff.For bath time they recommended the True Blue line for my 10 & 11 year old labs and I absolutely love it!I purchased a wonderful shampoo, ear wipes and dental wipes. Everything is gentle yet effective and the dental wipes are so cool! You can literally see the plaque come off their teeth onto the wipes. The dogs like the taste so they don’t mind at all. Can’t wait to try the face wipes also! Great product and good prices at this store when comparing to other stores in the area.

I have been taking my dogs here for over a year. They treat Sophie and Nairobi like their own. Everyone is always so caring but today while waiting to pick up my dogs a customer came in and he was so rude to Didi and she handled it like a pro. Thankful for your patience because I'm sure my dogs can be a handful and if keep your cool like you did today I'm sure my dogs are in good hands.

Was In “Woof Gang Bakery” Wednesday February 28th, was looking to start a new diet and grab a few things for my cat. Elizabeth was able to help and give me great recommendations for my cat. My cat loves his new food and the food is healthier for him. The yeowww fish toy is awesome, my cat can’t get enough. Awesome store, will definitely come back in the future.

Amber had such a wonderful time for her first experience. She’s extremely shy and anxious. However, she warmed up and gave kisses to the staff. The staff is courteous and made sure she had a wonderful time there. Thank you Woof Gang for making Amber’s first trip to the spa a core memory unlocked. For sure we will be back for more spa days!

This was my first time here... DeeDee and Bash knew Nala by name the second they saw her and were so excited to see her.... They were so friendly and genuine. I wish my dog needed grooming services, so I had a reason to stop in! I will be back anyway because the store had some really cool dog toys and snacks I know my dog would love. Nala looks beautiful and feels great 👍

My dog had a bad experience at Petco and was kicked out. When I took him to Woofgang he wasn’t the most cooperative. But after about 4 times of going, the staff has worked with him and he is much more comfortable now. We will be customers for a long time!

What a pleasant discovery Woof Gang has been. We’ve used several other groomers in the area, but this place is now our official home. From the front desk, to the groomer herself, extremely friendly and professional.The finished cut on Larry ‘Maltipoo’ was perfect. All the fine details met or exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be returning monthly during our stay over the winter.

Bad business decision, I’ve been paying 100.00 for grooming for a small dog. (Including tip). Once I forgot the appointment and was charged 50.00 fee for not showing up. I asked for 1 time exception and they said no. I guess is better to make 50.00 today and loose the future revenue. It’s up to you how you run your business. I will not be coming back!

This place is AMAZING! Not only did they give my mini labradoodle puppy a great first haircut (pictured) and experience, they took the care and safety of my 1 year old standard goldendoodle into account when deciding today wasn't the day for him to be groomed. He is an over reactive dog and recently had a terrible boarding experience elsewhere. He was shy and uncooperative when we arrived, but instead of writing him off, this team comforted me and Oakley and helped us create a plan of action to get him in there when he was more comfortable. I truly value these people for being so kind and really caring about the well being of my dog. We'll be Woof Gang lifers!

What a wonderful shop! The staff is Very knowledgeable about the inventory, especially the food. I like to work with Sebastian. He knows about the various food products & has helped us determine what is best for our dog. What is good for my dog may not work for yours. I was just in the shop & the holiday decorations & cute bakery treats are fantastic.

We are very unhappy to leave this review because we have been customers of the Woof Gang chain (a different location) for almost three years. We moved to this area in September 2022 and took our sheepdog for a mini groom twice. The first time, the mini grooming was generally okay, but they trimmed our dog’s tail with a straight cut, which is incredibly awkward-looking for this breed (imagine a fox tail but abruptly cut short). I mentioned this the second time and was confident our dog would be in good hands because our groomer said she knew the breed, but this time, her bottom half was trimmed with one even straight cut along her stomach, which made her fur look parallel to the ground instead of the shape of an actual dog. It’s as if they trimmed her in one swift linear motion without an actual attempt to groom. We did not explicitly ask her to avoid cutting her belly hair, but we also never had any prior groomer (at Woof Gang or local businesses, even those that were full of breeds different than our dog) ever do that and did not expect it to happen. In addition, the mini groom does not mention anything about trimming the body; it says “Includes luxury bath, blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning and trimming of the sanitary area, face and paw pads and finishing spritz.”It honestly would have been fine, given that the hair would grow back soon and we could further clarify what the breed should look like during our third attempt. However, my wife called to complain about the quality of the haircut, and the response from the staff was apparently very dismissive (saying something along the lines of “it’s not like we shaved her”). If we choose to go back and have a better experience, I’m happy to update the rating, but we’re really disappointed by the poor quality of the grooming and unprofessional customer support, so we may opt for a local groomer/small business from now on.

We took Theo, our 8 week cavalier, in for a first grooming. They were very sweet. Mary, the groomer, gave us a quick summary of the puppy cut. The store manager was very knowledgeable about items that might be helpful and fun for Theo. He came out fresh and relaxed, looking cute as ever. We will Def go back!

Buzz had his first puppy cut today he looks great! Mini golden doodle red. Pricing was very reasonable and staff was knowledgeable and very kind! I love my groomer named Penny. She takes such good care of me. I am blind and only have one eye, but I still love my haircuts. When I feel scared, Penny always stops and gives me hugs. I can’t see how handsome I am, but I know I must look pretty spiffy due to all the happy comments people say about me. I especially love the homemade treats I get for being such a good boy 🐶

July 24th update:OMG are these people awesome!!!! So not only were they able to turn my little girl into a nearly mythical punk-rock David Bowie/Joan Jett, but they even got our little princess to look like a wild Cheetah!!!They had to special order the dye, but it was SOOOO worth it because she looks AMAZING!, especially when she's running or sprinting she seriously looks like a wild animal! It's SO cool!!!Cannot recommend this Groomer highly enough, and also Annissa!!! She is SO good with our girls and we wouldn't switch groomers now even if we move to Naples. It'd always be worth the drive for how good they are!LOVE this Groomer!!! Took my little girl here for the first time a couple weeks ago (sorry for the delayed post!) for a cut and color and they did an AMAZING job!!!They did the perfect cut for her and gave her hair the perfect punk-rocker look to match her s-punky personality! She did great with them and for once she wasn't shaking when I got her!The manager that was there was so cool (feel so bad but I'm horrific with names, started with P though I think, lol). She knew exactly what I was looking for and how to make the look for her. Immediately scheduled a follow-up as soon as I picked her up.Would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be adding the names of both the groomer and manager after I'm there next time!There's a before (scruffy AF), and after!

We took our three dogs to wolf gang and we couldn’t be happier. They were so kind, gentle and loving. Very professional. They did an amazing job on all three of them. My dogs not only looked beautiful and smelled great but they were relaxed and happy. I’m extremely picky as my dogs are my life and my babies. I totally recommend them. This was our first experience at wolf gang bakery and We picked up our pet Maya & she had 3 bald spots on her body & her cut wasn’t even, she also had nicks on her ear & above her pelvis area. Maya was cut by Penny before at a different place but this time we had a horrible experience. I would not recommend taking your pet here. We finally spoke to a manger after a few hours of trying to get ahold of someone and when they said they ‘couldn’t refund us the money’ since there is ‘no refund policy’ i never been to a place who doesn’t offer a refund back when one of there customers weren’t happy with the cut. They even over charge you for the service that was only 1 hour. The lack of customer service even at their front staff were horrible. They didn’t even know how to approach the situation I’m super disappointed on how poorly this place manages & I won’t be taking my pet there any longer.

My two puppies have been through a few different groomers and I must say we won’t be leaving Wolf Gang Bakery unless they leave us.It’s not only that cutest little bakery but also has the best customer service and groomers in SWFL!!!I happened to get Liz our first time and when I tell you she gave our Mini Golden Doodle the best cut anyone has ever given her she DID!!!I’ve never gotten anyone to give her the cut I wanted that makes her look doodleish and Liz gave her the perfect cut even my kids told me how cute she looked and how cute she looked everyday!!I highly recommend Wolf Gang to anyone that is looking for the best grooming services you will not be disappointed!!Love it there!!❤️

I could not recommend this place enough!! I’ve been struggling to find my dog a food his sensitive stomach and high activity level can handle, and DeeDee and Seb have been so supportive and helpful! DeeDee has so much knowledge on nutrition and I’m so grateful for all her help.Side note: my dog (who’s normally very shy & skittish) IMMEDIATELY loved her, and we all know that’s the best judge of character!
