The staff are friendly and helpful, but, on a more corporate side I have issues with the fish. I got a couple panda corys put them in my well established and cycled tank that is in perfect parameters for these fish and the fish died within 24 hours due to swim bladder disease. When I got the fish they were in cold water and the associate said they were having trouble with the water heater. I believe this was the ultimate cause of death. PetSmart please do something before more fish die.

I highly suggest you take your dog to a private groomer instead of a chain like this. My dog is completely traumatized from this place, and he never had a single issue before. I picked him up with 2 bloody nails, I could've done better myself. Other groomers are in the business to groom and care for dogs, this place hires people as if it's as easy as frying mcdonald's fries. I'm not speaking for all of the groomers there, but this is based on my experience with them. Not enough training. Just like I told them, it's not about the money it's about my dog. It doesn't matter that you give refunds if you're out here traumatizing dogs.

Truly unhappy with this location. The second I walked in the first girl greeted me, next the second one I asked her opinion if they had something to help my dog and she pointed me in the direction but never once tried to help me or give me advance, or another alternative. Just wasn’t to happy with this location compared to the one in Cape Coral where I live.

So my (step)Daughter loves lizards, like over the moon and back type loves them. She's been asking for a while now if she could get a leopard gecko with her Christmas money and her Mother and I thought it would be a good responsibility building project. From the moment we arrived at Petsmart we were greeted by smiling faces with helpful attitudes and ideas. When we figured out which gecko we were going with the staff we're very helpful and attentive with getting everything else we needed. Thanks again Ms. Randi and Ms. Jen!

I genuinely NEVER write reviews, but I don't appreciate walking in to pick up my dog from his nail trim (after walking out to pay and walking right back in after 5 minutes) and overhear the girl working on him talking negatively about me as a dog owner with her coworkers. My dog is literally my life, so hearing her talk about me as if I was wronging him in some way genuinely hurt my feelings. I have brought my dog to PetSmart for years for his nail trimming and always had a great experience, but I had never been to this location. First and last time, I guess. If you're going to talk poorly about your customers, at least wait until they've paid and left and can't walk-in on your conversation while your back is turned.

Nice place to get pet food but not to get the animal you're better off going to petco for that because when I got my guinea pig here he was alone and looked very depressed and they never feed them vegetables with mine go psycho for nice staff would recommend.

We have gotten our dog groomed here a few times. After this time, I don’t know if we want to go back. We agreed on a #4 before we left and picked up a bald dog. No communication whatsoever. Our groomer didn’t even check us out, it was another girl. Our groomer ignored us at pick-up. Terrible.

I've only received good service from this PetSmart. I've adopted two kittens from here and continue to order all the pet food from the store. Orders are always ready to collect on time. Conveniently located in Coconut Point Mall.

I really want to share this ( even as a PetSmart member ) that the grooming team were absolutely pathetic today with my pup’s groom . Not only did they take 3.5 plus hours for the groom but also they shaved my puppy to naked !!! They were disrespectful of the trust I entrusted in them and not charged full price for what ….?! …no haircut , just all body shave !! …that comes easy to them as it would not take that much effort …moreover it is the groomers job to style and demat hair wherever required …( he had only 3 mats ) …and they shaved him head to toe ! They also had the audacity to to not show me my pup without paying even though I have been a member and regular customer and I always see my dog first and then pay … was pathetic and deeply poor , rude and insensitive service …please beware !!!( specially Maddie and team ) at PetSmart . Do not take membership as there are plenty other thoughtful and sensitive saloons that would really care for your dog ) . I would give a negative rating if there ever was one here !! Please do NOT ever choose PetSmart grooming !!!

My dogs love the treats here. They used to have the Banfield clinic here but it's not here anymore which was very convenient at the time. They don't have the full line of Hill's science diet food here either now.

Excellent store, helpful staff! Have been enrolled in the Puppy Training Class and now the Intermediate Class. Finn is an excellent instructor, she patiently trained ME how to be a good Dog Mom, and my dog has really benefited from the classes. He is a good boy now with some skills! If you can’t decided whether to take your dog to training at this Petsmart , I say just do it, you won’t regret it!!!

I have bought guppies, tetras, and mollies from here over the course of two separate visits a few months apart. The first time, the new fish showed signs of ick within a day or so of bringing them home, which ended up killing a majority of the fish in our cycled tank (we don't have the space for a quarantine tank and I understand that is risky). The second time, one fish died on the way home, another the same night, one the next day, and another a few days after. Once again, I brought home ick. I would strongly advise against buying fish from this location, as they are certainly not in good health and will not last long even with proper care and a healthy tank.

This is a really good place to get prescription dog food if you need it. They also have a great assortment of food and accessories for your dog or cat, Fish, etc.
