We are impressed! We took our 150 lb Newfoundland and 65 lb Belgian Shepherd for grooming. The entire staff was amazing, courteous, understanding and all with a smile! The young lady barista has the best attitude and makes fantastic hot beverages! The grooming was perfection and to top it off, met the owner who was extremely knowledgeable about human grade dog food and has an obvious passion for what he’s doing! I normally don’t do reviews but this place is going above and beyond and it shines through in every single employee we interacted with! We are now loyal customers! Thank you!

My dog and I absolutely love Pawradise! It’s so convenient to be able to have an indoor park, especially when it’s too hot or rainy out. The extra perks of having the cafe, wifi, TVs, and being able to buy dog food/treats there are all so appreciated. I spend hours here every week - it’s such a great community and the staff are just as invested in your dog as you are.

We have taken our Himalayan Persian Cats to Benjamin for the past 3 years. He does an amazing lion cut and my cats are always so calm and relaxed when we leave. He even called me to confirm the type of grooming I wanted after my 19 year old son dropped them off. This groomer is hands down the only place I would send my pets to. We also have a Shih Zhu elderly dog that we take in for grooming and always top notch grooming and service. If you’re looking for a talented groomer and professional establishment with great customer service. This is the place!

We had a great experience at Pawradise! My dog loved running around in their clean indoor playground, while I enjoyed a drink from the cafe! She's a lab with a lot of energy and this spot is perfect during summer to entertain her indoors.

Great local pet specialty store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have an amazing play area for dogs to run around and it's only $5 for all day. There's a cute little cafe inside as well and they have a surprisingly diverse menu with great baked goods and savory options as well. Grooming is available here as well and they do an amazing job

I’ve always had good luck the past couple of years, but this year I’m done with them. she has multiple sores on her back. They have now scabbed, but they are very itchy. Fortunately they’re in a spot that she cannot get. I took her to the vet. She is now on antibiotics and an anti-itch cream. I think the dryers are on spots for way too long.Pawradise, I think you better make some changes in your drying system.

I brought my three dogs in on a Saturday for a nail trim, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Benjamin was incredibly kind and took great care of my pups. They were treated with patience and care, and I left knowing that my dogs were in good hands. I highly recommend Paw-ridise for their excellent service and friendly staff!

Amazing customer service! They really go way above and beyond anything you'd expect from a big box store. The team really cares about solving customer problems and went out for their way to help me with shipping issue I faced. We had our sweet dogs nails trimmed a couple of days ago there and then I called them this morning to see if they could bathe our girl. The charge was going to be $55 including trimming her nails. When I asked whether they could give us a little break on the price because they had just trimmed her nails a couple of days ago they refused. So we had just spent $25 plus tip about 3 days ago on her nails and they would not give us any consideration. We are in business as well and our motto is that flexible is too rigid, we must be fluid, especially when it comes to making a customer happy. We won't be going back there... ST

My two dogs (Golden Retriever and German Shephard Mix), my husband, and I had such a great time at their indoor play park. The staff were super friendly and really engaging with our dogs. We live in the Tampa Bay Area but visit Naples several times a year, and this place is now a must-stop for us every time we’re here. It’s a very clean place and a great alternative to an outdoor dog park. I (and pretty sure my dogs too) prefer coming here over the outdoor parks!

Paw-radise is a hidden gem! My 10 month old Cavapoo absolutely loves it there. When we pull into the parking lot she is so excited to go inside and see her friends. We also use the groomers. I’ve always been very satisfied with her grooming. They do exactly what I asked them to do and she always looks great. I could easily take her to a much closer groomer, but I’m so happy with their work that I am willing to drive the 40 minutes to get there.

Pawradise is Amazing!! I gi w/ my 4 small breed puppies on Tues. & Thurs. 9-10 a.m. Pups can run & play w/ other small breed pups, I get an Awesome Iced Latte & a Delicious Egg & Cheese Sandwich! Pawradise also has a store with Unique Pet Products & Grooming! Large Breed Dog Day is Monday & Wednesday 9-10a.m. Check out 🐾 Pawradise!!!

Very cute place. 4 stars because the cafe has been closed a couple of times we’ve gone in when it was meant to be open. Coffee is wonderful when it’s open though! Fun to shop around too.

We have been buying our little pups food from Pawadise for four years. I believe the food we have purchased is of excellent quailty and the added assortment of chewy items keeps the little guy happy. Jester is a hairless breed so we dont need to use the added shampoo and clip services. They have recently moved to another location in the same strip mall that is double in size. With added space patrons can bring their dogs to play with other pups in the store. There is a large pen where pups can run and enjoy playtime. There is also a bar for the parents so they can enjoy a cup of coffee or something a little bit more mature.I believe they are a great business that can serve pet owners for years to come.

Paw-radise is the best!! Ben is amazing with people and pets!! I have a fussy cat and he has always taken the time in dealing with her 'anxiety' when coming in to be groomed. He thoroughly and patiently explains how to care for her grooming needs at home in between visits. The new store location is great! Always improving to better the experience for pets and owners! Top notch! 5+ stars HIGHLY recommend!!

This place is amazing! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Miss Annie was very kind and opened the doors before 8am to let me get my dog in early after seeing me waiting with my children. Then the gentleman grooming him called me to better understand the haircut for my dog, and he did an amazing job. I will recommend Paw-Radise to everyone I know! I’ve been taking my mini Goldendoodle, Benji, to Paw-Radise for almost a year and they always take such great care of him; it’s so comforting to know he is in good hands when I drop him off. His groomer, Ben, is extremely talented and very personable.They have a great variety of high-quality food and treats, as well. I highly recommend Paw-Radise if you own a pet!
