The store seemed nice, but I didn't find many options when I walked in. I was looking to buy some treats for my dog's birthday, but I couldn't find any pig ears, chicken feet, or single-ingredient treats for my dog. Everything seemed to be processed treats. Additionally, the baked goods selection was disappointing; I didn't see any cute-shaped baked goods like the ones I saw in the review photos.

I couldn't have done a worse job if I had groomed my puppy myself! I explained what I wanted in great detail (ie., just a light shaping, leaving her legs full and her face round and cutting off no more than 3//4 inch from her body. I even provided a picture of what I had in mind - see images below. I thought I had made my wishes perfectly clear. The puppy who was returned to me was shaved down to her skin with clear markings where the razor began and ended; her face and tail were left longer but chopped up unevenly; her nails were still long and there was no scent of her having been shampooed. Moreover, she is now suffering from razor burn and trying to relieve the pain by rubbing herself against walls and biting her skin. The grooming fee was waived but it will take months before my sweet Molly resembles what she looked like when I brought her in!

Brand new to this groomer and thrilled that I was able to get online and schedule an appointment within 48 hours!! Everyone there was super nice and great with my dog. When I came to get her, it was a delight to see her so adorable 💕 What a wonderful job the groomer did with this little fluff ball. ❤ So cute! I was also able to find a super cute harness that is handmade and so well done. I Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

I just moved to Estero and stumbled upon this wonderful boutique! My spoiled shih-tzu is allergic to chicken, which makes meal planning tough. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with advice and suggestions on what to add to my baby's meals. I am excited to have found this gem!

Having just recently moved to the Fort Myers area, I had not yet found a groomer. I finally took a chance and cannot say enough about DipidyDawg. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours and most important, the groomers were so kind and treated my furbaby with great care. Highly recommend.

We first brought our older dog to DipidyDawg to get a bath and the first thing I noticed walking back into the store to pick him up was silence. At other places we brought him, you could hear him whining/barking from the front desk. I could tell he was so much calmer when I picked him up from DipidyDawg. He also has skin issues so frequent baths are a must and we noticed he smelled so nice for multiple days after. The next time we brought our puppy as well and they were just as kind and friendly as the first time. They are fast and very reasonably priced and it’s so convenient to be able to book online. We will definitely be back!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I felt that in this case it was necessary. exceptional customer service is the most important thing a business can provide for someone willing to spend their money with them, especially with something so delicate as a grooming salon but in this case customer service was nonexistent. From the beginning, there was no one at the front desk and then the lady who came out to greet us named Gina had zero manners, it was my first time in this place and this lady even lacked the ability to introduce herself properly. Her demeanor was horrible, definitely did not look happy to be there at all. The first face that you see when walking into an establishment is so important and it was just disappointing that it was her who greeted me. Next, just as I was about to leave her with my pup she informed me that the service was going to be starting at $125??? When the day prior I had called and given the size and breed of my dog and whoever I talked to said it would be starting at $75, where’s the organization in this place? Perhaps if they had been upfront about their prices I wouldn’t have driven 40 minutes to get to them for no reason. Maybe $125 would have been worth it if the customer service had been there but since it was nonexistent I left. When asked to speak to the owner she simply said she was in the back! This place is not it.Update: Never stated that I was unwilling to pay $85.00 dollars as at my usual groomer I pay up to $100. Your employee stated that because of his current size at 8 months it would be starting at $125.00. You guys should get your facts together before responding back to reviews.

We had been taking Elvis to Dippity Dawg for 6 years and everything was great but the last two times have been horrible. They have burned his skin terribly.After the first skin burning incident I went in this past Saturday to take him for his appointment and spoke to the person in charge and explained my concerns about how badly his skin was burned 8 weeks before when they cut his hair.She said she is so sorry and that is not acceptable and looked up who did his grooming. Then she said that groomer had moved to another state.So I said I would give them another chance. The two groomers that were there came out and I expressed my concerns about burning his skin and they assured me it would be ok. Well, he has burns on his face, under his chin and a very bad spot on his belly.I will never take him there again and now have to find a new groomer. It is a shame because the location was very convenient but Elvis can't be getting burned everytime he gets groomed.I have been putting salve on his burns so they don't get infected.Elvis is 11 years old and I feel bad for taking him there again and giving them a second chance because now he is dealing with the pain and discomfort of the burns a second time.

New customer to DipidyDawg 5 stars all around. Brooklyn my golden doddle looked amazing! Kristen was excellent she understood exactly what I wanted for my puppies grooming. I can tell she has lots of experience which shows in her work. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Bedsides the service the store is wonderful and very clean. I also appreciated the time frame in which the service was done and great communication .

I brought my 105 lb Golden doodle to this establishment in February of 2022. It was $90. I returned to Florida in April 3023. I made an appointment. Took him in and the groomer asked me if I was told the prices went up. I said I was not told that and it would have been nice to have been told on the phone when I made the appt. She said it went up to $130. With groomers waiting lists so long I said ok. Came back to pick him up and the lady at the front desk asked if I was told of the price increase. I told her that the groomer had told me when I dropped him off, not before. She says ok. It's $150. I said no, grommet told me $130. She says it starts at $130. I said no, that is what I was quoted when dropping him off. She said well he's a big dog. I said he was a big dog when I dropped him off also. She said well he is a senior dog. My dog wasn't quite 5 yrs old but didn't matter. I was told $130. She goes to the grooming room, calls out the groomer that groomed my dog and said will you come and talk to this woman. Who does that. I was livid. I don't know who owns this place but I have told several people and will never go back there again. You don't treat people this way. "The world we live in today".

We have used this groomer for a little over a year. The haircuts for our three dogs were always just OK. Not great, not terrible.Last time we used them I asked if I could drop the dogs off early when I was making the appointment, I was told that was fine. When my wife arrived, maybe 60 minutes after the phone call saying the dogs were finished, the lady who “helped” her was so rude to my wife that we will never go back. We were told that we were taking advantage of the groomer, using them to babysit our dogs, and the next time we would be charged if we left them there for such a long time. We have been getting dogs groomed for 20 years, I have never heard of such a thing, and certainly have never been yelled at about it. If these people are willing to treat their human customers like this, I do not have any confidence they would treat the dogs any better. Both my wife and I requested a phone call from the ownership of the business, that was two weeks ago. No phone call. But they did have the audacity to send a link requesting a review.

My dog Sophia went there twice, the first time job was excellent, and price is reasonable! the second time price was rised up with no reason and after took grooming my dog still stinky~ do you really think is that worth $125? I have to say, we will not back anymore! Different groomer really different experience~

The staff is SO loving and caring! I took my Maltese in for her first grooming. She has some very bad tear stains and I got her the deluxe treatment to include the blueberry facial, nail filing, and aroma therapy. (Yes I spoil her silly)She looks AMAZING!!!Her tear stains and the hardened spots were completely cleaned up and just fluffy fur. The groomer (I forget her name but she did SUCH an excellent job) was able to give her a great half and half. Teddy bear face with a Japanese shaved style on her body!SO very highly recommend this place!!! They really take great care of your animals and they are super cautious and careful to keep them stress free.The other review about the shop being quiet, ABSOLUTELY TRUE! I dropped her off and picked her up and you would have thought it was just some shop. You couldn't hear a single dog barking or whining or anything!!! I was floored! Again, HIGHLY recommend this groomer!

Several months ago, I gave this business a good review. Last weekend my Yorkie received a horrible cut. A week later they have made no effort to refund my payment of 80.00. My poor little girl has ears that will take a few more weeks to look good. Her body has several areas that look like the hair is just chopped out. Her left front paw is so short it looks awful and her right front paw is full and fluffy. When I got there to check on her she was sitting in the pile of hair that was buzzed of her. She was covered with hair when I got to my car. My husband and I are absolutely still so furious. Be careful if they tell you they have the notes to look at from a previous appointment. The woman who did our Yorkies cut has no idea what a Yorkie cut should look like and nothing on the whole cut blends. It is really such a shame. I have referred many of the residents in the community where I work, and I will be sure to warn anyone to not return.

Sorry to say they did a terrible job brushing my dog. I paid extra for a deep dehairing and I had to take him back in to finish the job. The attendant must have been new and blamed it on the fact that he wouldn’t stand up so his back legs an all surrounding area looked like it was never done. I could have done better myself.

Had appointment confirmed but somehow there was a mistake with 2 appointments made for 2 days. When I showed up with my dog, the staff was busy & all stressed up, told me I had no appointment and I should have called first. Why would I call when I had already received a text confirmation of appointment. Good thing one of the groomers agreed to take my dog. Not impressed :/

This was my Archie’s second grooming at Dippity Dogs. Jazz gave him a beautiful groom both times. She contacted me during his grooming to let me know he was very matted and would need to be cut short. Best part she the groom one dog at a time and he was ready to be picked up in 2 hours.
