For years my doctor has called in my monthly prescription. However, for the past year, 70% of the time it is out of stock, & I am forced to go without it for days, sometimes even weeks. My doctor has even called in prescriptions for different mg & even a different type of medication. None of which have produced favorable &/or consistent outcomes. Last month I called for an update, since I had again been forced to be without my medication for a few days. Although when I called, I was told that it would be filled within a few hours of my call, an hour later I was sent a text that said it was "out of stock", & I ended up without it for 2 weeks.Currently, I have been without my prescription for 3 days; despite my doctor calling it in 7 days ago. Which is odd considering other pharmacies claim to have it in stock. Less than an hour ago, I called to get an update on the status of my "out of stock" prescription. I was put on hold, with 1 caller ahead. I waited aprox 5 min before being hung up on. I immediately called back, & was put on hold again, but this time with "more than 3 callers ahead". As I'm writing this review, I have been on hold for 49 min (20 min with no callers ahead).Actually, they literally just hung up on me.They have absolutely no decency or respect.Despicable customer service.

I would have given a zero but thats not an option. This Walgreens pharmacy is very rude and condescending. They will tell you your rx will be ready at a certain time then change it 3 more times only to say the doctor has to review it! Some of us have chronic illnesses and terminal illnesses and the last thing we want is to be giving the around about our medicine from average people with less education than we have. It's very insulting!

I would give this Walgreens store a 5 for all the employees that work there with the exception of the manager. All the workers have always been very kind , patient and helpful. The manager is probably one of the rudest people have ever dealt with. I do a lot of business there but have thought about finding another drugstore because of him.

This Walgreens is so busy they do the best they can and have to deal with unthankful people all day. The customers that are complaining are rude and think they are the only ones existing on earth, get a life and try working behind the counter and deal with people like yourselves. I go after dark when they are less busy and I have never had a problem. Thank you to the hard workers and for those of you complaining go back to your cold states. By the way I am from out of state and appreciate their hard work. With love from New Mexico.

Made an appointment online for free PCR Covid test. I have done those tests in the past in Colorado five times. It was very easy, fast drive-through experience with results known within 24 hours.Here I drove to Walgreens, didn’t find any directions to the test site. There was a long line of cars, so I decided to confirm in store. Had to ask two people before finding a line of approx. 15 people in the back of the store. Not a single person ( including those doing the tests) was wearing a mask.i was feeling really bad. It took them over 10 min to serve 3 people.Finally when I got to the counter I was told that I’d have to pay $150 for PCR test or to reschedule an appointment for another time for a rapid test for $20. “There is no such thing as a free test” I was told. Went back home, ordered a $6 test on Amazon for the next day. Tested positive.

I'm not sure why, but the pharmacy is SO slow sometimes. Some medicines get refilled in no time, and others you have to call and they have them in stock and they magically get refilled after calling.Majority of the employees are also not very friendly, which is a bummer.

I ordered the nature Made calcium vitamins and they were buy 1 get one free. When i got my order i only got 1 bottle. The called the store and gentleman that i talked to was very rude. He told me they having nothing to do with the online orderes. But, when i looked at the bag it came in it said pick up at south mcall rd

I had coupons that were set on the display with the items but when I when to check out, they said the coupons didn't work. This was my second trip to Walgreens today but they were out of items needed at both stores and because they weren't stocked properly, I was expected to come back or pay full price. That would equal 3 trips to Walgreens and still wasn't able to get the items I needed. I have cancer and am healing from a broken hip. I am just recently able to even go to the store for myself but I'm not able to go multiple times. I can't remember the last time I went to any Walgreens and didn't have issues to make simple purchases. I had stopped going there for a while and I'm going to stop shopping there again. Not worth the headache.

Worst Walgreens ever! They said they would be open until 1PM on 9/27. A hurricane is scheduled to arrive in Florida mid-day 9/28 and I have no medications!! I just got out of surgery and went to pick up pain medication. Arrived at 12:20, both the pharmacy and store were closed! No answer, recording said they were answering calls and then just kept saying they would be closing at 1PM that day.It's criminal! All Walgreens has now lost mine and my families business. Manager should be fired. Shame!!!!Shop CVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment for the flu, Covid Booster, pneumonia & shingles shots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given my shots on my scheduled time and the whole process was very convenient and quickly done. Thank you Walgreens staff.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with!!! They are highly rude people that work there. Take forever to fill a prescription and then tell you it will be ready at a certain time then never fill it. Then you call and they treat you horrible please do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy you will regret it!

Slowest walgreens I've ever stepped foot in.DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS.Filled with snot nose brats. I was discharged from their service because they stole 55 dollars from me and refused to refund me.All because I gave a little attitude back to a childish "adult" who has done the same to me everytime I go there because none of them have a clue what they are doing.

Every damned month there's some 3 hour delay with my prescription. Every single month I've gotta jump through hoops. I bet if I was 70 and not 40 I'd get better service, your pharmacy is a joke and service is disappointing on your best days.

I went to the pharmacy to get a covid test done and they were rude. Didn't want to help me and made me wait an additional 30 minutes. Once I waited 30 they stated they need more time to put the test in the system. I've experienced thus at walgreens before. I'll be doing my test at CVS from now on.

Do not book your ID-NOW covid tests here unless you want to delay your travel plans. Tests do not come back within the 1-8 hour time frame. We had to reschedule our flight once already because we didn’t get the test back in time and may have to do so again. It is impossible to get on the phone with someone for assistance. We have spent a rough total of 4 hours trying to get through to a pharmacist to have results sent to us, only to either not get through or to get hung up on while on hold. Please heed our warning!!

I would give Zero Stars.I have had a prescription refill denied twice by the incompetent Walgreens Pharmacist on the alleged basis that they did not receive approval from the prescriber. In the last email I received from this Walgreens I was told to contact my specific prescriber. A telephone number was provided. The problem is that the telephone number provided was for a medical clinic in Ft. Myers and my prescriber is in Wisconsin. Total incompetence.

Horrible customer service from pharmacy;they have a policy not to take care of disabled elderly people;based on profiling .I was told up to pharmacists to fill scripts n based on what one ☝️ woman wrote they are not filling a script with a doctor of 12 years. I will never shop at store again.Very rude n lack of customer service.

I’m so glad I made the switch from Walmart to Walgreens! The staff is efficient and most importantly FRIENDLY! I do miss the male pharmacist,I called Dr. Drew. haha. The new female pharmacist, Aimee is awesome! Non judgmental and so friendly! I’m confident the current staff will continue to be efficient with busy season almost here! Thank you Walgreens! Keep up the good work!

This was my first time going to this Walgreens. We just moved to Florida 2 months ago. I had to pick up a perscription. Beth was so helpful. I appreciate the time she took to check on my perscription costs. I do wish the drive up window was cleaner. Bugs and other krud hanging from the windows. Big turn off.

This walgreens pharmacy is just fantastic. Barbara is one of the most amazing pharmacists I've had the pleasure of dealing with. All of the staff is wonderful, don't get me wrong .... Barbara stands out because she truly cares and takes time with each customer to make sure of your understanding of product, how to use it, what to expect, etc.

The phone is never answered at the pharmacy. I mean never, you sit on hold for as long as humanly possible and the message always say " there are 3 or more ahead of you". Its pretty important for people to have someone to talk to at their phamacy. You need to figure this out Wal-greens.

Very helpful staff. The pharmacy does a great job. Though it can get backed up. But thats how pharmacies are when most of the US population is on meds and insurance companies purposely make things harder with all the red tape and unintelligible misguided drug laws. But their staff does everything they can do within the law to explain and help things move along with the insurance companies, doctors, and patients.Ive never been disappointed with the service.

I just spent 37 minutes on hold, got to the head of the queue, and got DISCONNECTED!! IF your location cannot handle the phone calls, DO NOT keep people on hold for extended amounts of time only to hang up on them; OR you could PROVIDE THE ABILITY TO LEAVE A NUMBER in the hopes that someone would have the common courtesy to CALL BACK. I won't be wasting my time with you again.

The pharmacy needs to be managed so much better. There is no reason anyone should be in line for over an hour and in the background hear the phone ring and ring that no one bothers to answer. Doesn't matter the time of year it's always this way. Something needs to be done. The people working there seem to never be happy and take it out on everyone else. The store is for the community and should service the community properly.

This Walgreens is horrible. The pharmacy is consistently understaffed. Whether you go inside or attempt the drive thru there is always long lines and ridiculous wait times. They almost always take longer to fill your prescriptions then the time they give you. Overall bad experience every time I have had to go there.

We dropped off our prescription around noon. They said it would be 1 1/2 hours. We went back and they said they don't have that in Stock, and they wanted to call the doctor to get a change in prescription and it should be another hour and a half. I called an hour and a half later and the automated service said it is still being processed and they were sorry it was taking so long. I called again and the automated service said it was still being processed and they were sorry it was taking so long. After a third call to the automated service, I asked for a person. The person got on the phone and said the prescription is not ready yet. I asked why and the person said let me connect you with the pharmacy. I said you mean I'm not speaking with the pharmacy? I finally reached a pharmacist and they said they are still waiting for the doctor to ok the new script. I said the automated service said it was still being processed. I waited all those hours for nothing, thinking it was just taking long to fill. That is different than still waiting for the doctor to call back. I then said just give me my script back and I would go to Walmart. They said they no longer have the physical script that all I have to do is call walmart and ask them to call walgreens. I said oh yeah that sounds like it will be easy. I called walmart and they said I have to know the name of the medication and the milligrams. I then called back to walgreens to ask the name and milligrams of the script and then called walmart back to tell them. Walmart said I have to know how many. I called walgreens back and they said 90. I called wal mart back and told them 90. By this time it is 5:00 pm and we started at noon. So walmart said they will call when it's ready. I waited and waited and finally went down there and guess what they say? We have to call walgreens. I said you mean you haven't even called them yet? So I waited and waited again. Finally I asked again if it was ready and the pharmacist said "oh, I didn't know you were waiting. " they said "have a seat and we will fill it now." I said no I will stand here and wait. Now both the cashier and pharmacist know what's going on and when the pharmacist looked at me and said it's ready now and handed it to the cashier, she actually said name and date if birth. That was the 75th time I said my name and birthrate. And the pharmacist said and by the way it was 20 pills not 90 and looked at me like I was trying to pull a fast one. Your system sucks and so does walmart.
