I was in your store today and had the best experience ever. I was lucky to have Deanna help me today. She is the Assistant Manager.She took time with me to answer all of my questions and in the process taught me a few things. She made great suggestions and really took care of me in a way that I have not been in your store before. Deanna blew me away with her concise and informative answers to my questions. I am not use to being taken care of like this in this kind of store, or anywhere actually.Store manager please thank her for me (my last name is different). Trulieve by far has the best selection combined with quality of products and pricing hands down!! My man, the budtender with the sunglasses, is on point and brings a awesome vibe to the dispensary! All the budtenders are great but he is my favorite!

Long wait times. The express needs to be done away with. Hard to check in when you are driving. You can literally wait 40 minutes while all the express people come and go. Why even place an order? Good products and great sales… but lack of staff and the express situation is too much

Trulieve has gone downhill in the last month or so!!!! Their website is all but useless now, been hearing they will fix it tomorrow for a month now!!!!! Now try to place ground order, informed they changed policy back a week ago, can only get on Wednesdays again. Usually Out of stock on most every flower you try to order, would bring u in high THC on website but not the THC you'd get in your bag, getting rid of low THC, bait and switch😳😩 now,Englewood changed to an open door policy, no one hardly in the store, this way can have 1 employee less, they can get by paying 1 person to greet you from behind sales counter as you walk in, then wait on you as they finish with customer on hand.ALL ABOUT THEIR PROFIT AND BOTTOM LINENOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THAT BROUGHT THEM TO THE TOP DISPENSARYHOPE YOUR EX CUSTOMERS, LIKE ME, NOTICEAND YOUR BOTTOM LINE FORCES YOU TO "NOTICE.". TOOHOPE TRULIEVE IS THE NEXT BUD LIGHT!!!!WAKE UP, GREEDY TRULIEVE EXEC'S!!!!!!

I see this is the only negative review so I guess I am alone. I had an awful experience. I made an order that wasn't confirmed until Friday. When I went to pick it up Saturday I was treated quite rudely. I waited 45 mins before they took me back. Once seen I was told I didn't pick it up in time to get the discount. Furthermore the manager took it upon herself to lecture me about not following pickup rules. Once home The customer service rep. on the website was also very disappointing especially because they cut me off while I was chatting about this. I will take my money elsewhere

My first time in Trulieve was good vibes thanks to Jerrad and Christians' help! They were so knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. I definitely will keep coming back thanks to the commodity and friendliness. Also when I came in with a broken tank it was replaced no questions asked! This is the type of service I want to receive as a customer. Kudos Trulievers!

I have been a medical marijuana patient since late July, and so far Trulieve is the ONLY dispensary I've been a patron of for several reasons. Firstly the products. The range of products is awesome. They carry a very wide variety of options to choose from in both strains and delivery options. Next is the staff. These people go above and beyond to help you. From the time you walk, or in my case roll, in the door the staff will greet you by name, then treat you as if you're a good friend and not simply a customer. It feels to me like entering "Cheers" from TV, "Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name." That's the atmosphere. Even the other customers who are waiting are friendly and chat with you. I've been to the Venice, Florida location twice because my local location didn't have the particular product I needed. My regular location is the Englewood store, and I cannot speak highly enough of these people. If you have any doubts or questions about Trulieve, don't worry about a thing. They even take returns, which was a bit of a shock; but that's how determined they are to help you with whatever your needs are. So, stop wondering and get on down to your local Trulieve! They'll help you feel better!

I’ve been very happy with the Trulieve here In Englewood primarily due to the service of Rosalyn. She is fabulous, knowledgeable, professional and was a great deal of help. She knows the products and knows what to recommend for your particular situation. All the staff has been wonderful, but Rosalyn has really been to go to girl for me.

Big Shake ups at this dispensary. Slow service because they have fired the most competent. Long wait times even when you order a- head .They do not do delivery from the store that services an area/ The company posts bogus THC values on the Flower and then doesn't put any on the vapes and concentrates that are listed on line. The flower tends to be overly dry. I have pretty much stopped using this dispensary though I will order for delivery from a place an hour away just to here the delivery person complain. I give it an extra star because they are 1 mile from me.

I really do feel that the quality of your visit depends on the quality of your interaction with the employee you are paired with at the time you're in the store. That being said I had the best visit ever yesterday with my budtender Rosalyn.Rosalyn has the most inviting and warm personality with an equally great education on product and inventory.Thank you to Rosalyn for making my experience a great one yesterday. One of my eights had absolutely nothing in it, brought it back on labor day weekend, and they took care of it right away. Understanding it wasn't my fault they jumped me in line for waiting all day the prior day. The manager has red died hair she was awesome. I just waited 55 min for a pick up, several people were sent ahead of me because they were having trouble finding my order, they said. I ordered two eighths and two carts. When they finally called me back they said they only had one of the items I ordered. Said their website wasn't working correctly. They didn't have three of the four items I ordered. They weren't out, they never had it. What a joke. Waiting more than twenty minutes for a pick up anywhere is too long, but to wait an hour only to be told they can't fill your order is absurd. Will not be back to this store again.

This might be my new favorite location. Very clean store, everyone was super friendly and it was probably the fastest(Less than 10 minutes in the building) Trulieve experience I’ve had. Can’t wait to go back. Shout out to Charles on Security, made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and talked with me for the few moments I waited in the lobby. If I could have this experience at every Trulieve, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Love coming in and bringing our dog. Everyone love when the doggy comes! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Update: hadn't been back in year as we moved into town and went back tonight to visit and the vibe and atmosphere was completely different not as friendly and didn't feel welcomed unfortunately.
