I can’t say that this place was one of favorite icecream places but it was average. Plenty of space indoors to sit and a few benches outside. They have seasonal flavors they rotate. I don’t think I would go out of my way to come but if I was in the area I would stop again.

The ice cream is delicious, definitely premium grade and a real treat. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every so often, they offer a deal on gift cards which is when I buy presents for family and friends. Everyone loves getting a gift card from The Arctic Alligator. Note: if you are looking for them online, be sure to put the word “The” in the name.

Great selection of home I've cream flavors. Today I had a scoop of Georgia Peach on a eagle cone and it was great. I had the Salted Caramel and Pralines last week and it was also delicious. The waffle cones are wonderful as well.

From the moment we walked through the door, Lily made our visit such a welcoming experience. She was incredibly friendly and VERY patient as our family ordered. She chatted with us, spoke about local places and jobs (4 of us are new to living here) giving us the Southern hospitality we heard about. Hats off to Lily- we will be stopping more often

This place is not only spotless and has great customer service but the ice cream is awesome and they have great fudge and baked goods. I have not had a chance to try the sandwiches yet but I'm looking forward to doing that soon. They also have some no sugar added options that are excellent too. Stopped in yesterday with my daughter. Both the ladies working, were super nice and friendly. After we were done, I cleaned my daughter up in the bathroom. When we came out, my daughter was skipping and fell. She was upset. Ray offered her a small spoon of ice cream. What a kind and humble way to help my daughter calm down. That was a spectacular way to show she cares about her customers. We will definitely be back.

Favorite ice cream in Englewood. Everything is made by them, not purchased through other suppliers. They also have ice cream for my dog and the new bakery is also a huge plus! Will definitely keep coming back. The chocolate Faro (I think this is what it’s called) and the toasted coconut are two of my faves!

This is the place to go for ice cream in Englewood! They offer a variety of flavors that are so delicious. My only recommendation would be to bring back the peach ice cream! My husband and I live in Ohio and would totally pay to ship some to the north! We love visiting this place when we are in the area.

We love this place! While I don’t generally eat ice cream and avoid sugar for the most part I make an exception for their cookies and cream milkshake. We try to go every couple of weeks(I’d like to go more but, sugar). If they had sugar free options we’d be there every couple of days most likely. Their staff has always been pleasant, even when we’ve shown up close to closing because we didn’t know when they closed.

Good ice cream. I've been a customer for few years now. Today I ordered 2 scoops of butterfinger and there was hardly any butterfinger. I went into the store and asked the girl, "Did I get the bottom of the barrel, because there was no butterfinger in mine". She replied with, "I'm scooping it right now just fine". Which I was not expecting. I wanted a scoop with butterfinger in it and she could only reply with "I will let the owners know". Oh well, I won't be back.

Once again, the ice cream does not disappoint. The non dairy peaches and cream will become a new favorite. And the "Brian Faro" satisfies every craving.The staff are always friendly and quick to serve.
