Awesome, easy to use, cart combined with professional and caring staff, earn high praise from me! K9 Carts brand is the 2nd Cart we purchased for our PWCs with DM. The first one was challenging to put on and their front legs would come out of the harness. So, after doing more research, I decided to give the K9 built cart a try. My first thought was, Wow! This is much easier to place and strap my dog into. Plus, its lightweight construction seems to help my boy move around with ease. He’s also stayed in the cart, as the unique girth strap design allows his front legs to remain free. Our dog has a special medical need requiring a modification, add Glenn was quick to offer an accommodation at no extra cost. We have had to make some adjustments to the cart’s fitting, but that is due to the challenge it was to measure our dog for sizing. Again, Glenn has been there to trouble-shoot with me. We share photos and videos, and he leads us in the right direction. If you want a quality cart backed up by excellent customer service, K9 Carts is the one to choose for your fur-baby with mobility issues.

The Wheelchair was a life changing experiencing for our little guy. Max took to the Wheelchair right away, charging off after the other dogs to play with. K9 Carts team gave us the best recommendation and helped us through every single step, from adjustments to time of use and so on. I was surprised how sturdy the cart was, but extremely light at the same time. It's worth the money. Thank you guys, you're awesome. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dog Wheelchair.

We hesitated ordering a wheelchair for our 12 1/2 year old Corgi, Mr. Kidd, because he had a fast-growing tumor and we weren’t sure how long he would live. When he could no longer use his rear legs and was dragging himself around we knew we had to give a wheelchair a try. K-9 carts stood out because of their veterinary background and we were pleased with their phone and e-mail support. Mr. Kidd adapted easily to his new wheels and what a joy to see him walk again! He and we enjoyed the last 3 months of his life with his K-9 cart and it helped tremendously with his peeing/pooping and hygiene.We are very thankful we found K-9 carts!

I can't say enough nice things about this company! The cart itself is simple, lightweight, and easy for our dog to use. The company had us send pictures and videos of our dog in the cart to make sure the fit was perfect. Their customer service is outstanding! Thank you for giving my dog his life back!

After two prior wheelchairs and feelings that our corgi will not ever be Mobil again we discovered k9 carts! They custom designed and built a chair that would accommodate our extra long corgi! What a blessing it has been for corgi Truman and parents. It took many times for him to to adapt, but once he got it, it stuck . He’s ready for chariot races. A happy dog family again till MD takes its toll.🤗

Our dog, Rango, is now able to get up and down by himself again ….also walking on his own!!! The k9 cart really strengthened his front leg muscles and gave him the confidence to stand and eventually walk!Can’t say enough good things about k9 carts and the technical support Glenn gave us from their company. He also helped us to help size him to his cart when he needed it 👍

Our experience with K9 Carts from beginning to end was amazing. After following the measurement process, the cart arrived quickly and was well made. K9 Carts helped with final adjustments based on photos and videos we sent. Their communication was great and their staff is very friendly and helpful. The cart worked great and gave our dog (who suffered from DM) his mobility back for the final months of his life. They also have a donation process for when you no longer need the cart where it goes to a rescue dog in need. Thank you K9 Carts for everything.

K9 Cart arrived, cannot get a return phone call. Fitting emails taking 24hours or more, cart is not fitted yet, following instructions seems to make it worse. My dog is more devastated to have wheels he cannot use than he was when he could no longer walk as of last month. He'd wanted to run off in it before I even got his back legs in... And I still don't know how to safely lift him into it, we both got injured yesterday. Our primary care vet doesn't have answers to questions about the cart; K9 Carts certainly should. Spending my morning calling vets to find a rehab center who will do the fitting and answer questions, which would involve hours drive for old dog.My call was returned before the sale, the pitch for which included 'unlimited support.' The old dog needed support two days ago, not next year. Unprofessional and outright awful to get ignored while trying to get this to actually fit so we can use it. Maybe all the other dogs only need slight adjustments, but all the more reason to not abandon my dog.

After doing exhaustive research, I decided to go with K9 carts for my Pomeranian. The staff was very experienced and answered all my numerous questions. The custom fit cart arrived on time and instructions were extremely easy to follow. My timid dog took to it immediately. This product is engineered beautifully. I still don't know how they do it. This is first time in a year that my doggie's tale went up. So happy. It has changed her life. And made mine considerably easier. I HIGHLY recommend it. Especially because the experienced staff guides you and is very compassionate.

I had a wonderful experience with K9 Carts. I ordered the rear support wheelchair for my cockapoo, who has partial hind leg paralysis from a herniated disc. From assisting me with ordering the correctly-sized cart to evaluating proper fit once received, customer service was outstanding. Even though my dog is only 22 lbs, Jorg and Krys recommended the medium-sized cart with the dobby 10” wheels to facilitate his navigating tree roots, rocks, and high curbs when we are hiking or otherwise out and about. My dog loves them. The cart has returned his quality of life. Rather than dragging his hind end around, he can do all the things he used to. The K9 Cart may be a little more expensive than some others, but it is well worth it. The metal cart material is strong but so light weight, and customer service is exceptional. Glenn reviewed photos and videos of my pup walking and running in his cart and provided expert recommendations on adjustments I could make to the metal and strap parts to improve the fit. K9 Carts assists you until the fit is right and anytime afterwards. Glenn observed that, while running in the cart, my pup stretches out his spine which helps to decompress his bad disc. So therapeutic benefits too! Many thanks to K9 Carts for their help and expertise.

I like to shop around, and so I wasted money buying another (cheaper) harness before going to K9 Carts. I urge everyone to go straight to this company for devices for your loving animals. Their designs are like nothing else on the market. I bought an EZ lift harness for my 15 -year-old beagle/coonhound. It is simply brilliant. This device has no straps - you just slip it on and go. My dog barely notices it (a previous harness clearly irritated her) and it's a joy to give her the ability to keep doing her favorite thing - walking. The other unmatched aspect of this company is the customer experience. They are responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. They treat people like we treat our pets - with respect and care. Thank you, folks, for helping me and my ailing dog find our fun again.

These are really kind and understanding people. My dog suffered a ruptured disc, leaving him partially paralyzed. I was heartbroken. Their staff talked to me about how to live with a handicapped dog, and they helped me measure and prepare him for a cart.I would have loved to be able to use it, but unfortunately my dog then stopped eating and required hospitalization. It turned out that he also had cancer, and I reluctantly decided that euthanasia was the humane thing. The K-9 Cart people were so understanding and helpful. I returned the unused cart in the hopes that it could be repurposed for another dog that needs it.This is a quality company helping people and dogs when they need it most. I was referred to K9 Carts by my vet's office to provide assistance to my dog after loosing ability to walk with her back legs. I first called to inquire and was greeted by a happy employee who had been with the company for many years. She told me she just loves what she does and finds it rewarding to help animals become mobile again. Once we decided the cart was a good option for us I placed my order. From there I received a follow up from Krys to confirm my dogs front legs strength to ensure what we were ordering would be the right fit. Krys moved our order into production and we anxiously awaited our cart so our 17 year old could continue to have quality of life. Sadly between the time our order was processed and we recieved the cart our girl fell ill. We had to put her to sleep the day after her cart arrived so we never got to unpack it. I reached out to Krys who allowed us to return it. They processed the return in just a few days and then I received the sweetest sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire team at K9 Carts. I wanted to share the positivie experience I had with K9 Carts. They truely strive to bring quality of life to our animal children and they have a superior customer service. You can tell they care about your experience and that the product you purchase meets the needs of you and your pet. Thanks to everyone at K9 Carts for going above and beyond in customer care.

My English Bulldog, Deacon, lost use of his back left leg due to osteosarcoma in his hip. He is 10 years old and a little fluffy, so it was difficult for him to compensate with his right leg. We decided to order a K9 Cart in effort to restore his mobility and improve his quality of life. I chose to use the rental program. After the cart arrived, we adjusted it as instructed, but he didn’t really seem to like it. When the first two-week period was over, I emailed the company to ask about how to renew for another two-weeks. In my email, I mentioned that Deacon didn’t seem to like the cart, but I wanted more time to work with him. Glenn responded to my email. I expected payment information, but instead his email addressed the statement I had made about Deacon not liking the cart. He was concerned that the cart wasn’t fitted properly. Glenn and I proceeded to email back and forth for a few days. I sent him pictures and video, and he responded with the necessary fit adjustments. Deacon became more and more comfortable with the cart. I will forever be grateful for K9 Carts for the time and effort spent ensuring that the cart was perfect for my Deacon.

Five star rating! We are thrilled with our purchase from K9carts! What a difference the cart wheels have made in our French Bull dog Lyla’s life after she became paralyzed from IVDD in her hind legs. Barbara and Krys are like angels and were beyond patient and helpful – we are so grateful! Krys helped us measure our dog Lyla so we could create a custom wheel cart especially designed for her and Barbara answered all the questions we had – supporting us all along the way. ​We said goodbye to the love of our life, Luke Back, two weeks ago today -- our hearts are broken. We miss him so much. He was such a good boy and a happy boy too.On January 17th Luke's back legs stopped working. While determining the cause of the loss of use of his legs, we purchased a Full Support Dog Wheelchair from K9 Carts. We then did an MRI to see what was going on and nothing was determined. Tried water therapy but that did not help. For five months, Luke was in his wheelchair and he loved it because he was still able to take walks. The wheelchair was expertly designed and made with quality material which allowed for ease of use and adaptability.We highly recommend K9 Carts and their products as they were compassionate and professional throughout the purchase, fitting and even after we said goodbye to Luke.Now he is running and playing and using those legs again!Thank you again Barbara, Glenn and the entire staff for your kindness.Candice Back

We recently got our dog a wheelchair from K9 Carts. She went from being barely able to walk after surgery to racing around like her sister! She can go with us to the beach, chase balls and run around now! We could not be happier and neither could she!
