My husband and I just visited the Crocs outlet at the Ellenton Premium Outlets. I am writing this review, not just to recommend the store for its plentiful inventory, but also to talk about the great service that we received from Leah, an employee there. It was like having a personal shopper! She was very patient, helped me find things, suggested, different styles, and checked out back when they didn’t have the color and the size combination that I wanted. She was terrific!

I can't even express how I feel, I felt like I was at home, when I arrived at the store all the employees and the manager Eddie, with a smile attending to the customers who arrived, Eddie, a man who infected you with his joy, attitude, good vibes, he helps you with your doubts and solves them super quickly, he speaks Spanish and English (that helps a lot for people who can't speak English very well), what else can I say, the store, fresh, very clean, good vibes. Eddie if you see this comment, keep it up, you are a great man.I will definitely return to this store 😍

Had an amazing customer service experience tonight from Manny at the Crocs store. I had an issue with sandal and he went above and beyond to make the matter right. Thank you so much for allowing me to enjoy my favorite summer sandal

We came from out of town to get to the store before closing. Online said it closes at 8 pm. There were people walking around the store at 7:10 but they had locked the door and ignored us at the glass without even the decency to explain why they closed early. I tried calling and they picked up then hung up the phone. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have encountered in a long time. I’m disgusted as are my two boys who were excited to get their first pair of crocs. I will never go back and I would suggest no one ever shop there. If they had an option to give negative stars I would.

Great sales going on. I was greeted and the young man told me about the sale on the jibbitz. Every employee was great and nice. Kyle rang me up and he was wonderful. He put the jibitz I bought on the uniquely you card. I had a great experience for the first time going in the store. I will be back.

Oh boy, do we love this store.This is a middle school kids happy place.Been taking my granddaughter, for years. She likes them in all colors. Without fur, or without.The charms, that snaps on them are simply fun and a way to show off their personalities.They are also a great gift to give these fun shoes. Buy a size larger, and use a Mr Clean sponge to keep them clean.Thanks for reading.

I wish I could do 0 stars. I bought a pair of shoes from here that were on clearance. I drove an hour back to this store to return the shoes BRAND NEW and they would not return them even though I had the receipt. They waited until I needed to return the shoes that clearance is final sale. They said, “It says final sale on the receipt,” but I didn’t receive a receipt until after I made the purchase. This store and it’s on duty manager would do absolutely nothing for me and my family. It was terrible customer service and a great example of how not to run a store/business. This was our first experience with Crocs and definitely our last. Here is the return policy that is posted at the register and it says nothing about Final Sale products.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not just say oh go over there for this or that. The staff members would take their time to walk with me and help me find the size I needed. The prices were great as well on the products.

I love shopping here!! Besides the time a male employee with curly hair broke three of my ribs in the parking lot and drenched me in fart spray, I love shopping at this crocs location! The tall young man with the hairy limbs and attractive face gets me giddy 😊

Great products and large selection of crocs. I went to exchange a pair of Crocs that I bought on their Website. They were really nice and helpful and did the exchange without any problem. I went before to the Crocs store in Brandon and store manager over there was really rude, never again going back to Brandon. I'm looking forward to come back here to Ellenton and do business with this specific store

Store was clean and organized, staff were unprofessional and were shouting randomly and laughing. Talking about other staff members, it was like seeing a group of friends hanging out instead of actually working. I have never seen behaviour like this at a retail store before.

I had a great shopping experience today at Crocs in Ellenton! Julianna and Victor both helped me and they both had excellent customer service, especially for two young adults. So much so that I complimented them and their store manager! Very refreshing.

I wasn't impressed... I don't know if it's the lack of selection for guys or how the store was set up. I didn't feel the prices were great for an outlet. I left there and just ordered a pair on Amazon which was half off.

Fella was great! Helpful and caring. Lady was rude. We had $10 coupon and she huffed because we forgot to use it on first sale and she complained so bad we didn't push it. I feel crocs owes us $10 for their ride unhelpful employee. We spent $300, you'd think $10 wouldn't break them. We were the only customers in there, it's not like she couldn't have fixed it and given us our $10 coupon deal!

Worst croc store I have ever gone to I walked in with my son to return these shoes I bought for him and two young woman employees started looking at us bad and they kept talking about us and when we talked to them the disrespect how they talked behind our back and who trains there employees to talk about their customers n talk behind their back while clearly giving them dirty looks horrible service there was only one lady who was nice and helped me buy my som crocs

The staff was very helpful and patient with my multiple questions kids sizes return policies and more. They were attentive even after I left to shop around and came back. The selection was good and the store was neat. These poor folks have to listen to the same songs over and over while working. The same song was playing a week ago when I was in there. I hope corporate at least has a rotation.

What a bad experience again at the Ellenton Florida store.. for some shoes!!For 2/3 weeks I have been there a few times, & I bought 12 pairs of crocs in this time frame.1 bad experience was when I had shoes in my hand and they had jibbitz on it and they wanted to charge me for each one that was already on them. I put those pairs back. And they said they just ran out of the free box of jibbitz with purchase of 2 and I bought 4 pairs.. (12/2022)2 bad experience was over 2 cent. Was told to text number (I did) and then they refused to give me discount over 2 cent!!! And when I said you’re seriously not gonna give me discount over two cents. My total was 58.64 after tax and it was 54.98 before. These works  we’re no help at all. Even when I said, I’ve been here for 2/3 weeks buying 12 pairs of your shoes n didn’t even get the two boxes of gibbets like I was supposed to when I bought the four pairs of shoes. And now you won’t give me my discount because of 2 cents. All these young people looked at me and said oh well . (1/2023)I called corporate as I walked out of their store. And I even put back the pair of shoes my child wanted that were in her hand because of this situation.My brothers family brought the shoes first. That is where the 2 cent problem came in to play.Sad part is we all just started buying crocs in the past two weeks. These were new shoes for my whole family. And now I will never ever return to your store and buy your shoes. You really need to train your people on customer service.

They just open up whenever they want. Store hours mean nothing. On Sundays they’re supposed to open at 11:00 AM, you may just want to figure coming sometime in the afternoon, you won’t get in earlier.

I have been on a mission for a set of matching crocs for my niece and I. Yesterday, I stopped in and immediately fell in love with a cheetah print pair. I wear a size j3 so sometimes its hard to find my size on the floor, Juliana asked if I was finding everything okay and volunteered to look in the back if I couldn't find my size out front. I asked her if they had any more of the cheetah ones in my size, she checked for me but unfortunately they didn't have them. She suggested looking online, and also mentioned that I could call back in a few days to see if they had gotten any more since they get shipments almost every day. I was then looking at a sparkly pair, and another young lady checked in the back for my size. I found a couple more pairs that I really liked, in which Juliana checked the back a few more times for me but unfortunately they did not have my size in any of them. So I decided that I was going to come back another day to try again. As I was about to walk out the door Juliana came running up to me with this beautiful purple sparkly pair!!! She even checked the back one more time for my nieces size and they had one pair left! I have not had this nice and patient of a retail employee in a long time and I shop a lot. 🤣Thank you again for your outstanding customer service !!!
