Went in to dress shop for my elopement, found a $100 evening gown that could work, but because they deemed it a wedding dress, I would have to pay $50 non-refundable deposit and make an appointment just to try it on. Great way to lose a potential customer. Who pays 50% to try on 1 dress?!? Amazon at least has free returns!!! 😲

Sue was SUCH a great help. All the dresses are in protective bags which is a little overwhelming at first glance but as soon as we asked for help we were met with great hospitality! The first one she helped me pick out was the one I ended up choosing for my senior prom! I had to have an alteration on one of the straps and she did it right there and then for me. 100% recommended this shop and I would love to come here again for my next big event!!

My friend and i went there looking for prom dresses. when we first walked in we weren’t greeted and when they finally noticed that we were there they told us we couldn’t shop even though we were 18. she told us we had to be 21 to make sure we aren’t going to be playing around. i told the lady that we drove 2 hours to get to that store and that it wasn’t fair that she thought we would basically be playing dress up. she finally agreed to letting us stay and only said we were allowed to try on 3 dresses and only if we were going to buy any of them . this wasn’t my first time going there but every time the service isn’t good the dresses are gorgeous and affordable but i don’t think it’s worth it if your your not up to dealing with them.

I bought my homecoming dress there so I went back to try on prom dresses. No one greeted my friend and I at the door. We started grabbing dresses to try on and that was when an employee finally came to us. The first question she asked was what was my budget, nothing else. Ive never been asked that before. I said I’m not sure and gave her a random number. She said what I was holding was out of budget and took the dresses from me. She said that the dresses in my budget would be somewhere in the far corner of the store. She then said that there had to be an adult with us. I told her I was 18 and she said that it had to be someone 19 or older to “assume responsibility” for the dress if it was damaged. I told her I would assume responsibility. She walked away to put the dresses I wanted to try on away and didn’t help us after that. There was no one else in the store. There is never anyone else in the store. My friend and I just left. I’ve never seen a business push away customers so quickly, especially during peak prom season. The older woman is amazing, but the younger one was extremely rude.

No ew this place is horrendous all they do is ask about your age even if your 18 you can’t even be there like hello and the lady’s that help there is this one girl that’s like 17 she is soooo rude and like not helpful at all she will lit snatch dresses off your hand and it’s juts so disrespectful imagine that you were 19 and were going to get married like you can’t because an “adult” has to be with you over the age of 21 like I thought 18 was when your an adult and to drink and stuff that’s 21 I don’t think they are selling licor or something that is actually ridiculous when there is girls not even over the age of 21 working honestly I’m never going back it’s juts horrendous..

The young ladies that work there are lovely, PATIENT (Thank You!!), & so helpful. We have a family of five daughters and me, the mother, needing fancy bridesmaid like dresses for one of their brothers' wedding!Not that easy of a task! And a fancy dress for my 7 mos. For the dresses 5 stars, They have a huge selection of gowns, both for quinceanera or party. So much that it is kind of hard to see every one!! My dress was too long, good thing they also offer hemming wich took one thing off of my to-do list! I Spent $700 on 2 dresses, 2 pairs of heels, a crown, the petticoat and the hemming, then went back and purchased my son's outfit $100 , we were very happy with the selections but after research I found the petticoat and crown cheaper at Amazon, overall, I would purchase a dress from this store again 😀

Great selection. Went in and said, I need a dress in a specific color in this size. They were very accommodating by searching the store and bringing each one they had to the dressing room. By dress #6 we had a winner. They did a very nice job shortening it to the length o asked for. Prices are more than reasonable for special occasion dresses.

I went to this shop because my daughter needed three dresses for three upcoming events she has.Nobody greeted us at the entrance and nobody helped us to find anything. The worst was when the most rude assistant, the less tall one, who hadn’t said a word to us till that moment told us: "those are the last dresses you are trying today because we only allow to try 5 dresses a day "…oh yeah, so we are telling you we need three dresses and are tourists and can't come eveyday and you are so lazy that instead of trying to sell 3 dresses, shoes and accessories to the only customers at the shop, the one prefers sitting on the floor and eat and the other one comes to us and tries we go at last. I shouln't had bought anything to these rude lazy people but we needed the clothes, so we bought one 200-dollar dress and looked for the two remaining dresses, shoes and accessories somewhere else

So many dresses… yes, it’s a bit hard to navigate BUT the sales associate we had today when shopping for a prom dress for my daughter was a delight. She got her preferences and sizing and was quickly helping us find something great. There was a 5 dress/day limit to try on, but luckily with the help we got we were in and out after trying on 2 dresses there. The prices were very reasonable considering they are much higher quality than the dresses at Macys and Dillards for about the same cost. We’ll be back next year for her senior prom!

They said we had to be 19 to go into the store but the way the women there were speaking to us was absolutely rude and disrespectful but this isn’t the first time where they made up an age we’ve gone in before and they said you’ve had to be 21 then another time where you have to be 18 but it was me and two other ladies that went in there that were 18,and yet still refused to help.

The staff was very rude. We were not welcomed as we walked in nor asked if we needed any type of help. I understand appointments were required, but with 2 personnel’s in the store a greeting could go a long way. They continued to tell us the dress size would not fit only by looking at the girl. Yet we have tried this same size in every other quince shop we have gone to. Please do not body shame my child or make her feel bad about looking at a dress.

I gave 5 stars because I never had a dress shop like this with such a huge selections of the dresses and also offer for alterations to make it fit just for me. All of the employees were so kind and very patient assisting me to make a good selections. I am glad I Iistend to my friend's recommendation who was a long time customer of this shop. Same way, I highly recommend this shop to everyone, especially, if you had hard time looking for the right dress shop from anywhere elase. This is a very special place which you never want to miss!!!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the start ladies we’re rude when I tried to find my size, a large, and we’re unhelpful when trying to look through different styles. Tried on 3 dresses and needed a smaller size, I go out and when I grab a smaller size she stops me to say since it’s not for prom I’m not allowed to try it on! This is after trying on three dresses, not to mention they have a maximum of five dresses that you’re allowed to try on. Dresses were jammed packed and crowded but overall not nice people, very judgmental. Spend your money with people who are kind.

My family and I went to this store in Ellenton to shop for my senior prom, when we walked it in seemed like there was no space to get around and see any dresses due to the racks being so close together and unorganized. We looked at dresses to see what type of dress my bestfriend and I wanted and the lady in the store named Myra who claimed to be the store manager was very rude to me and my family. She stated “It’s too many people some people need to leave out” when it was only about 7 of us in there and just another family of 5 already trying on dressses. We asked about dresses in a specific color and there was not a very good selection of the specific color we wanted. When we asked about trying on dresses she became very rude and told us we’d have to make an appointment and come back to try on dresses. There are no signs anywhere that say there has to be an appointment to try on clothes. She claimed there were signs outside but the only signs outside are the ones that have the store hours. My family nor myself will be going to this boutique again and I don’t recommend going to this boutique unless you want to deal with a clustered store and very rude retail workers.

The worst place to go for your bridal needs.I was walking around the outlet mall with my sister today when we came across this store (not labeled on google maps) and I had never heard of it before. I am engaged and my wedding is in 9 months. I walked in to see if they had any wedding dresses that caught my eye.Immediately after walking into the store it not only looked quite disorganized, but I was shocked nobody offered to help or greeted us. (Especially considering we were the ONLY customers in the entire store the whole time we were there.)We were watched by 1-2 people for 15+ minutes before we chose 4 dresses and I struggled to carry them up to the counter to ask for a fitting room.The woman at the counter looked me up and down and said “you’re getting married? When? What’s the date of your wedding?” I gave her my date and she proceeded to look at me and say “you can’t try those on you need to make an appointment” but didn’t tell me how to do so or offer to help put the dresses back.The worst customer service ever. I walked the dresses back, walked outside and looked around for signs, a website to make an appointment, or SOME kind of information considering I found 4 beautiful dresses I would’ve loved to try on for my wedding.I will be sticking to another bridal store in the Bradenton area. Do not waste your time or money here.

Went here to get a prom dress for my daughter and niece they lady at the front was rude and nasty and stated we could not try dresses on unless we had an appointment and she said it was post in the front window so we went outside and looked and no signs posted we went back into the store and the lady then states she don't do business with my kind. (African Americans) manager is extremely unprofessional and i asked here to show we the policy that states we have to have an appt she continued to state it posted on the front window. She refused to let us look at gowns "DO NOT SHOP HERE AVOID IF YOU CAN" this store is a disgrace to say the least.

Bought 2gowns for my daughters here. They're both extremely happy and excited. The gowns are beautiful. The store is packed with beautiful gowns. However the place is a little too packed and a little unorganized. They should store gowns elsewhere and have a sample of each out. They have accessories, shoes and tiaras. Love it. One stop shopping for your affair.

This shop has a very great variety of dresses for sweet 16, prom or other formal events. They also have a variety of kids dresses, as well have a men's and boys suit collection. No reservation is needed and I went on a super busy day and i was still able to get a dress and try it on in 30 minutes not bad at all. Dressed are good quality and there is also a large selection of sizes.

The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because the dresses ate everywhere, to the point it can be difficult to navigate and shop. Nonetheless the options are beautiful and reasonably priced. We went to find a dress for our little angels baptism, and I couldn't be happier with what we selected!

Went to this store and found a cute dress for my 6 year old only problem was it was $100! I can see a child's dress being $60 but $100 dollars is too much for a child's dress! Will be going to David's Bridal they are much more affordable. But I did buy shoes there and the clerk told me after I swipe my card as she was giving me my receipt that they don't do refunds only store credit, I feel like that should have been told to me before I paid for my merchandise.
