Store actually locks it doors because of trucks arriving and they say they cannot put a note on the door. The store aisles are always blocked with carts and shelves sit empty but the items are on the carts. I understand stores being short handed but if you cannot provide service close the doors and allow another business to operate. You are the only store in a small town and customers should be a priority.

Seemed better,I visited the (eagle lake store) I was starting to worry because all the dollar general's started looking bare and the stock carts were full of product but seemed to never make it to the selves. Looks like they've done a lot of hard work and seemed a little bit organized.

I go there because it is a mile from my home. They are always out of whatever I am looking for. The shelves are bare. There is always stock in the isles that you have to maneuver around. Most of the employees are too busy to help you if you ask for assistance. And when I went in today the manager looked like she was wearing her pjs. Oh but I give it 2 star because it is a mile away from my house.

been coming here since it opened and its hands down my favorite dollar general. anyone who has been to eagle lake knows there isn't much there to actually stop at and buy odds and ends. this location is charming and its in the perfect spot for such a small city.

Alot of shelves are always empty. Store is always a mess and dirty. Outside store literally trash everywhere along edges of parking lot. Someone should clean it up, makes store look bad

WOW.......the remodel of this store is great. They have so much more inventory. The addition of fresh fruit and vegetables is wonderful.The employees were very nice and friendly. The only drawback I have is the way the checkout is set up, standing is a challenge for me and having to walk all the way around only to stand and wait for check out is sometimes tough.

It's Dollar General, their prices are good, my wife and I can usually find what we're after. The people are usually very nice. Only issues we have with them, Any Dollar General, they always have restock carts sitting all over the store making it Very hard to get around or get what you're after.

This store is one of my favorites. I go here several times a week. My dogs only eat the food from here. The prices are great and the store os well stocked.i love the decorations section and i like the girls that work in this store. They are always very helpful.

The renovation looks wonderful but the aisles are now always cluttered with cars and you have to move them yourself to get to items. The employees are always friendly but there's only ever just one person cashing out.

Drive thru employee was intentionally holding up the line. She refused to acknowledge the customer at the window forcing another employee to have to stop the food line to go back to cash out the waiting customers. She may have made her point of needing assistance at the window but had I been eating the food from yesterday I would have asked for hot food replaced and even the whipped cream was melted on the frappé. Very poor customer awareness of drive thru employee. Pick your battles, make sure you treat customers the way you would expect for your money and time.

Went a couple of times doors was locked during store hours for some reason but when I finally was able to go in store was a mess stuff blocking most of the isles and cashier was rude as can be I go else where next time

Stuff was literally everywhere!!! You couldn't walk in the aisles and the employees were extremely unhelpful and carry extreme attitudes. It's best if this store seeks new management or even ownership. I've been in some really nice ones but this want one

Way too much stuff in aisles. Can not get to things you want. Like the dollar store better the way it was, because you could get to things. Last visit, 6 aisles blocked by unstocked merchandise. This is for EVERY new dollar store I have been too in last 3 months.

In Eagle Lake, the new floor plan is absolutely better then the plan before. It also offers less clutter and more room.. I also like the new items provided such as fruits and veggies.The employees were absolutely pleasant, patient and helpful.I also liked this weekend's astronomical sales.

I love the remodel they did with more frozen/refrigerator items, produce etc, and the review would have been a 5 but although the cashier was excellent the other young lady had ear buds in so she couldn't hear us trying to get her attention or when the cashier hollared her name when it got busy and she needed change. She literally had to call her on the phone.

This is the cleanest dollar general around by far! And it has the nicest people working at this location! I will drive past all the other ones to come just to this one! Love this store! And I always do my surveys!

Isles always filled with carts of frieght doesn't ever have what I'm looking for lately and on top you can't even consider it a dollar store anymore when half of the stock is $3 and up

Okay so I do quite a bit of my shopping here and I was on my way home from a long day at work at I come in at like 9:50 pm to ask to use the restroom and the girl answered "I don't know" and asked her other employee if it was okay and then the girl replied back "we just cleaned it" and I just replied " well I don't know I guess I can't?" I just kind of stood there and after like 20 seconds the girl kind of handed me the bathroom key with an attitude. Very disappointed. The girl had like red hair, younger girl, didn't quite catch her name but very rude.

This Dollar general is the worst store there's never anything on the shelves the floors are dirty and unorganized . The store gets closed early on some occasions . Bad management only a few employees actually do their jobs the rest hang out in the office .

Fairly typical Dollar General visit if you're familiar with the area. If you're just passing through it might not be what you're used to but it's still not a bad place to grab a few necessities.

Most of the staff is friendly. One or two need more training in customer service and communication skills.
