I visited Winn-Dixie a couple of times with my husband to buy Polony and Cheese. The service is great, they actually advise on how they can cut it for you, package it so it doesn’t stick together. Been served by at least 3 different people and all of them amazing. It store is amazing, large packing lot, environment safe and easy to access.

I've been shopping here for a little over 8 years and my experience is for the most part wonderful at this location. However there are a few employees that leave a bad taste in my mouth. Mary, Lisa, and Irene, in their own way give customer service a bad reputation for the store..The managers wonderful but these ladies have been unprofessional by calling out other cashiers in front of customers and reprimanding them in a very unprofessional manner, we don't want to hear you reprimanding your employees ladies! Keep that professional and in the back rooms please. You have made it a parent that you dislike a few of your cashiers and it's not like we don't pick up on what you're doing. So please keep it to yourselves or be professional at least!

Vicki, the store, manager and all of her associates make this Winn-Dixie feel like a real neighborhood store. They’re always on the floor willing to help customers for whatever needs that they need. They are all very professional and a nice clean store and offer a lot of discounts Winn-Dixie of Dunnellon, Florida number 1 to me!!!!

I am a "mouth breather." When I got to the checkout, I was so thirsty. I asked Tracie, the cashier, if there was a water fountain. She said, "Not since covid." She took off and brought me a bottle of water. Now that is service!!! She was so kind. I'll be forever grateful to WD!

Every and I mean every time or 9 out of 10 times I shop in this store I have bad customer service. It never fails. Decided to not go back to this store. Too bad. They have great fish market and great produce. Prices are a little high for produce unless you catch a sale.Seafood matches other stores in town prices or sometimes can catch a sale. Will buy most ofmy meat here. Thank God or hopefully theyGot rid of that very rude butcher. Seafood service was very professional.ce

I love Winn-Dixie!!!!!!! Everyone that works there has made my day better with kindness and smiles and always so helpful. Great produce so fresh!!! Meats are fantastic and hamburger is amazing. I also love the plant department and the specialty items in front of registers always have something that catches my eye and pushes my impulse shopping button ☺️ Thier pre cooked chicken is absolutely delicious too!!!!!!

There are some pretty cool finds here! And good deals for items on sale. The store was clean and I especially love the smaller carts to push in the store. It makes it easier to get around and enjoy shopping 🛍

It was clean and well organized. The fresh produce is too expensive, and some of it here and there was rotten.I don't like the fact they if it's a name brand BOGO free item, you are forced to buy both instead of being able to buy just one of the item and getting it half off.For instance, let's say, Ice Cream is $6.89 each, but it's BOGO free. You must pick two items to get the deal instead of picking one at $3.46.It's not exactly budget friendly for all people.

2024Now that they don't have the PHARMACY, I don't shop here as often as I once did. Prices seem to be getting higher each time. I guessing that is everywhere. Probably shop more convenient store now that the pharmacy team aren't there.HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDOver the other options in town. First time visiting. I fell in love with it. Was going to be my new grocery store. Then I got to the popcorn isle. I legit love popcorn and I'm somewhat picky about the type I buy. Was so disappointed to only see every kind of microwave popcorn ever sold (yuck!!) and one generic brand of kernels. Thought maybe they ran out of kernels, but there wasn't any empty shelf areas for where the good stuff would normally go. Sad. Microwave popcorn = chemicals and tastes nasty. I was so incredibly disappointed. Sadly I will have to still shop elsewhere.

Had great deals and pretty much everything we needed in one location. Was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for an item and was helped by one of the staff. We couldn't find the item where is was last located. The employee who helped me found the item and located me in the store. That is going above costumer service, just wish I could remeber his name.

I called this morning on passover to see if they were open the web page is unclear and they lmk they were open until 10 o clock. I was glad to get a thing I needed for a recipe today as Publix is closed but c’mon.. 10 o’clock? Let your employees go home by 2 so they can be with their families. It doesn’t reflect well on your company. We do pay attention to this.

This has to be the cleanest and friendliest Winn Dixie store in the State. Had the pleasure to meet store manager Vicki, and told her as much.It's like stepping back in time, and you can tell there is harmony here.Five Stars plus.

Love the Dunnellon Winn Dixie! It's comparable to Publix believe it or not. This location is always clean and pleasant not trashy and low class like alot of locations. I feel safe shopping at this location and am super happy this store is run so well! Deli is good, bakery is good, staff are helpful, registers are typically open and shelves are typically stocked well. Love all the deals and shopping experience!
