I recently took my furry friend to Fancy Tales Dog Grooming in hopes of giving him a pampering session. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.Firstly, let's talk about the price. It was exorbitant for the quality of service provided. I expected top-notch grooming for the hefty price tag, but what I got was far from satisfactory. It felt like I was paying for the name rather than the actual work done. Fancy Tales seems to prioritize fancy prices over actual grooming skills.Moreover, the grooming itself was lackluster. My dog came out looking only marginally better than when he went in. The trimming was uneven, and there were areas where it was evident that little attention had been paid. It seemed rushed, as if they were more concerned with getting through appointments quickly rather than ensuring each pet receives the care they deserve.Comparing Fancy Tales to Pet Smart, I regretfully have to say that the latter does a far superior job at a fraction of the cost. Pet Smart's grooming services may not be as flashy, but they get the job done efficiently and effectively, leaving my pet looking and feeling great.Overall, my experience with Fancy Tales Dog Grooming was disappointing. The high prices simply don't justify the mediocre grooming provided. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't be recommending Fancy Tales to fellow pet owners.

Friendly! Happy people! Wonderful with animals . Reasonable fees! Very clean! My pup is 11 and he looks wonderful! I’m bringing his sister this week! 🐶🐶 Love this place!

Took my newly adopted cat to get his nails clipped. They were very friendly and the woman who did his nails was very quick and efficient, plus made sure my cat was ok with what was going on. I’ll definitely go to this place every time I need his nails trimmed.

Was so happy to find a friendly, convenient new groomer after my groomer of 7 years left.Samantha was thorough, gentle and....fast!Economical too! she does mobile grooming on weekends!
