These ladies are always so excited to see my dog. They take the time to care for each pet that walks through their doors and it's clear they love what they do. My boy Maxx loves these ladies and always comes back looking amazing.

Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't return any phone calls. Pretty unprofessional. We had been taking our dog there multiple times this past year and had been content with the grooming.I own a business myself and understand being busy and slammed with work at times, but have the decency and the common sense to at least return a phone call.7 phone calls and 4 messages over the course of 5 weeks? I'll take my business elsewhere, along with whoever else is looking for dog grooming.

Our babies had a great time being pampered and groomer here! They look and smell amazing. The two very kind people who groomed them were patient and accommodating! Would highly recommend. My Shilo Shepard is a bit more sensitive and shy around strangers and they took extra good care of her. Great place for a good grooming!

Absolutely outstanding groomers! I can’t say enough good things about them. Perfect haircut, very fair prices, and they only had my Yorkie for an hour and a half!We just moved down from Michigan in January and I needed to get my little Yorkie a haircut. He’s extremely skiddish and I refused to take him anywhere that quoted me 3+ hours - I’m not letting my boy sit in a cage all afternoon. At Dog Days, the groomer listened very carefully to all of my concerns and I sincerely appreciated that. I will absolutely be back!

The service here has declined over the last year. I have am older small dog who when she sleeps, leaks a little, so we keep a diaper on her. I have expressed the reason she wears it always. This last time, although I was told “she was barking” my dog was allowed to soil her diaper after being kept for over 5 hours. I won’t be taking my pet here anymore

Brought our little Susie in for the first time needing nails clipped and groomed. At all other grooming parlors we have always gotten called back because Susie cried so much she wouldn’t calm down BUT here, she enjoyed the attention and care, even the interaction with other dogs, feeling safe enough in their care. I’d recommend dog days to anyone needing special care for their dog! Thank you so much!!

I’ve been going to this groomer for a long time. My dog is a handful so I always sedate him. Anyway, I’ve been happy with the results except for this time around. They did an awful job - never cleaned his ears and he had dried urine on him. The cut was pretty bad, but like I said, I’m willing to let that go since he is a handful. This place isn’t cheap - the least they can do is let you know if they have overbooked, and don’t have time to do a good job. Also, the snide remark about my dog’s age wasn’t appreciated. I won’t be back; although I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t care. If you have an old or difficult dog, go elsewhere. That’s my honest review - from someone who never posts negative reviews.

We have been to soooo many groomers. There are so many who just don't care about the animal. However, Susan is fantastic and our dog loves her. It's always amazing to see her wagging her tail and pulling on her leash to get IN to the groomer.

0 stars!I just walked out of this "business". My experience lasted all about 2 minutes and in just that short amount of time I realized what a crock this place was. I came in to get my boyfriend's dog, Miles', nails trimmed. I walked in and all the lady did was come and take the dog from me and as she is almost into the other room she asked how he'll behave. Well, he has some wounds on his paws and he's been really sensitive about me touching them. Hence me going to a pet groomer when I can do it myself! It's a two person job, and while my boyfriend is out of town I decided to go to the groomer. So rather than giving me the time of day to explain this to her, I had a few seconds where I managed to say "I don't think he'll be good for you, his paws are sensistive right now" before she left into the back room. Then all I hear is dogs barking at Miles, and the lady yelling at the other dogs. Then 20 seconds later I hear her yell "NOPE!" and she came out saying Miles "lunged at her so it's not worth it" and she gave me the dog back. I was shocked at first, so I apologized for the dog "lunging" at her which seemed so drastic.Then as I walked away I realized exactly what the dog did, because he does it EVERY time I touched his paws in the past few days because of the wounds I tried to tell you about! But in the lady's haste, I didn't get to warn her or explain any of that. Plus strangers took him into a back room way too quickly where there were dogs barking in Miles' face - none of that sounds like a comfortable environment for a customer's dog!!!Miles is not aggressive, and will not harm people. I am 100% sure about that. He will nip at you as you try to touch that area because of his healing paws.So if a fast food approach to getting your dog some care, with a lack of customer service, no business ethic and little to no knowledge about dogs is your thing - then this is the place for you. But I will never go back to that ridiculous place.
