The thing I like the most about Ace Hardware is that there are always knowledgeable intelligent people working in the store in every Ace I've ever visited. I love that you can order online or through the app and have your packages waiting to be picked up. I also love that they carry just about everything no matter how obscure and it's easy to see what they have and what they have in stock online. There's a great rewards program be sure to take advantage of it.

Walked in, red headed guy asked me what I was looking for. I told him, he looked puzzled and went to go try and figure it out on his computer. When he decided they didn’t have it, he told me so.After that, I decided to browse the store for other things. I hear him talking trash to another employee, saying I didn’t know what I needed. I run a business involving exactly what I was shopping for, bud. It’s not my responsibility to know your store and do your job for you, too.Won’t be back, there are other Ace’s.

I won’t be returning to this location again. Been goin here for over a year now…never had a poor experience but caught a serious attitude from one of the workers there named “Ray” very rude person. I won’t spend my money here anymore because of that bozo. Also some brainiac has decided to change all the aisles around in the store makes absolutely no sense at all it looks like the tv show ”hoarders buried alive” in there now. Kanes Ace hardware in Homosassa is way better that’s where I’ll be goin from now on.

Gotta say I love Ace Hardware in Dunnellon! Whether I go in person or call with a question, I'm always treated respectfully. That doesn't happen at all hardware stores as a woman. They will continue to have my business.

Usually you can find most items here, which saves a 30 minutes trip to the closest Home Depot. Price trends to be very high, but still worth it if you need it fast.

The store associates are so helpful. They come right up and ask if you need any help with anything. This is a rare thing in today's society. Usually you have to chase a stores staff around to try and get some help with something. But not at Ace hardware! Love this place and totally recommend this place

Ace is the place! If you've got questions, they've got the answers. Sometimes you'll save money at the big box stores but you'll never get the service you get at Ace! The knowledge they have is more than worth the extra few cents you may spend

Unbelievable service. The big box stores can not hold a candle to the service and assistance that this store has available to its customers. They are literally waiting at the front door to help you find anything.

Customer service is not this locations strong point. We have been trying to get a tuneup and repairs on two lawnmowers and can’t even get a call back or schedule a date for repairs. I guess this Ace isn’t the place!

Never been to an Ace Hardware where the people we so unhelpful! We needed minor assistance with a project and were straight out told they couldn't help without even offering assistance or suggestions. We like to support smaller businesses but are thankful Home Depot was nearby and we were able to get what we needed. With service like this it's no wonder the "big box" stores are doing so much better!

The second least helpful Ace Hardware I have visited anywhere in the country. The staff couldn't care less whether you find what you are looking for. I only rated it a 3 because the things I needed were there, I was just on my own to find them despite specific descriptions of what I needed and why I needed those things. Definitely not up to the Helpful Hardware brand we all expect from the company.

Moved up to Dunnellon from Miami. Thought I would miss Home Depot, but I found out how great a smaller store can be. They have almost everything I need, the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable and I can be in and out in 5 minutes. Thanis to Joey and Steve for all the help and assistance.

Don't use this Ace. I have a company credit card and buy a few hundred dollars of tools and plumbing parts a week they followed me around like I was a thief.I asked a young heavyset girl KT to order me an item and she said go on their website and order it myself.

Local business. As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted and offered assistance. Very well stocked for most every home and commerical needed repair. Additional lawn mower repair offered.

I wouldn't shop here. I bought power equipment, it ran horribly and didn't function as it should. Tried to return it a few hours later, and was told they don't return it once it's used. I wouldn't call it used, but ok. $437 for a paperweight. I'll take my business to a stihl dealership that honors their product warrantees. The largest issue of it all was the disrespectful attitude of the employee and the "manager". The employee said "I don't want to deal with this" and neither gave any explanation or any option to resolve my issue.
