Glenny and her team are so great at what they do. Their love and respect for the animals is apparent. I took our very small and young puppy in for his first grooming and Glenny explained the entire process to me as well as suggested we take things slow so the puppy wouldn’t get anxiety over grooming in the future. She was kind and patient with him throughout the experience. She even sent a photo of him to me a couple of days later! I love that I can schedule via text and communication is so easy. Glenny and her team took extra special care of my pup during his first grooming and texted me updates the whole time!We have been back twice and they are so quick to respond and squeeze us in! Glenny is so incredibly wonderful! Not only is she a lovely person but everything about her salon is to die for. Great prices, service, and super cute inside. You can tell she loves every single dog that walks through her door and takes the extra step to send them home pampered. This is the only place I'll be taking my furbaby, Milky, to get groomed from now on! I absolutely enjoyed every second of the experience and even though it was my first time going to White Fang, I feel as though I can 100% trust Glenny to make sure my anxious pup gets a fresh haircut all the while being treated gently and with extra care. I also appreciate receiving the updates on his grooming status and his behavior while being groomed. I love the holiday themed bandana they put on him and I'm not sure if they have holiday scented shampoo as well but he smells so much like fresh pine, I love it! I also really admire how clean and beautifully decorated their shop was when I walked in. They also have a small gate set up directly outside their door in case anyone's pup tries to run out of the shop, as someone who works at an animal ER, I love to see the extra safety measures :) Thank you Glenny & the White Fang Team!

I felt like my Yoshi needed a much more calmer grooming experience and was referred to Glenny. She was so amazing, almost felt like talking to a family member. She sat down with us and I was able to tell her a few behavioral concerns I had. She assured me that she would keep me updated. I felt super comfortable leaving Yoshi with her. As promised she kept me updated on his behavior and understood when he needed play breaks in between and the result was proof in her work. She was able to get a full groom in-yay! Excited to have such a great person whom I can trust with my Yoshi. I will continue using White Fang as long as I can 💚🐾 Thank you Glenny so much!!!

Glenny is the best! A bright, cheerful and lovely person who adores every dog that enters her cool and colorful salon. She is a very special person.We found her and her team through a friend who highly recommended her for our Pom Walter. He did not have a good experience at another dog groomer so he was a bit hesitant. You can see from his photo he’s always very happy to go see Glenny. After doing a beautiful grooming, every dog gets the celebrity treatment with a photo shoot! Glenny is a great communicator and we always feel like our boy is in great hands when he is at her salon. We highly recommend Glenny and her team. They do a a beautiful job and are a caring, sweet people!❤️

I absolutely cannot say enough about this wonderful lady. I saw her at a Dunedin festival with my dogs and she advertised that she worked with dogs with anxiety. I have never been able to take my dog anywhere to get her nails done except for the vet. We scheduled with her that day She was efficient had great communication using text reminders and offering me appointment options. and guess what? She got the job done seamlessly. My dog is happy and clean and doesn’t have horrible snagging nails now. I owe her big time and I will shout it from the rooftops that she is the best around for dogs with anxietyNot to mention, the place is really cute. From the gate outside to the clean and tidy marble tiled store with the cutest little pet bays with beds. Both my fur babies came home with the cutest little neck ties and very happy tails.

Melanie at White Fang has been with my not-easy-to-work with Shih Tzu since he was a tiny little guy. Archer has a special bond with Mel-although he knows her as Ms. Melanie 💙 I’m so happy she’s joined Glenny’s team!! The environment at White Fang is super calming, clean, and welcoming. Glenny provides a personal approach with friendly reminders and is always quick to reply to any questions. The customer service is top notch! If you want your pup to be loved during their “spa” experience, this is the place for you!

Glenny is amazing. Other groomers in the area are an “assembly line” atmosphere with way too many hours spent in a crate. At White Fang Grooming my dog’s experience is like a spa day! Undivided attention is given to my dog without crating ever. I am grateful a friend recommended Glenny. My dog always comes home looking and smelling amazing.

She was so kind and helpful over the phone and even more amazing with my sweet doxie, Bella. 3 Year Update...Journey Boy has been going to Glenny for 3 years now. We both highly recommend Glenny with White Fang DG, she is very friendly, kind and professional. Our Journey Boy has been to White Fang Dog Grooming three times now, he LOVES his spa day with Glenny at the salon. I was a bit nervous about going to a new groomer (I found on Facebook), until I texted and spoke with Glenny before the first visit. Once, I met her face to face - I was not nervous at ALL anymore. You can tell she really LOVES what she does and truly loves the puppy dogs. She is very knowable, patient, friendly and caring not only to the puppy's, but with the humans too. She has provided additional insight and knowledge to questions in general I had regarding my boys all around health. I love that she ask for rabies and bordetella vaccine to be up to date. This was a huge PLUS for me. The grooming salon is very neat, organized and clean. Bonus, she takes pictures of your loved ones and shares them with you. Plus, she is a private groomer, so the sessions are one on one!!! I even have a video of her and JBN dancing. I highly recommend Glenny and White Fang Dog Grooming.

After a recommendation, I brought my girls to Glenny at White Fang. Usually, I am completely restless as one of our dogs had a rough beginning in life and is petrified when she is not with her people. But before I even dropped the girls off, I felt completely relaxed with Glenny. We texted back and forth quite a bit before the appointment and when I dropped them off, I walked away with no worries.Throughout the grooming session, Glenny texted me pictures of the girls... it was awesome to see them so happy and calm!When I picked them up, they were GORGEOUS. My sweet Jeter was matted and needed to be seen ASAP. After calling many places, I got in touch with Glenny at White Fang Grooming. She was super sweet, informative and welcoming from the start. I knew Jeter was going to have to get shaved down, but regardless, they took INCREDIBLE care of him. The building is so cute and well taken care of, they have little “suites” for the dogs instead of kennels and my baby was greeted with so much love as soon as he walked in the door! All of these things give me such great peace of mind as a dog mom who hates leaving her babes anywhere. My husband and I actively volunteer with United Yorkie Rescue and brought our 24th foster pup - a sweet 11-year old Bichon Frise girl we took in from our vet - to Glenny for a full groom. Lizzy was miserable with a full coat of curly fur in this Florida heat. Glenny was super patient with her and made her look so incredibly good. Lizzy is now back at home and acting like a puppy now feeling so much better while she waits for us to find her a furever home. Thanks Glenny!
