We have 2 cockapoos and had been traveling for 3 months. The girls were matted and full “stuff”. On a whim I called Pollys Pet Grooming, they could not fit the girls in but called back very soon to say they had a cancellation. So to get to the point…Nikki and Polly were wonderful. They were able to work miracles and for a very reasonable price. Safe to say this was the best groom ever!!! I highly recommend them, you won’t be sorry.

My baby Samson is a bit of a high anxiety client. He hates bathtime, and his face can be a no-go zone if he is frustrated. I love his Mohawk. Needless to say, he takes patience and a loving hand to groom. Thank you, Polly and Nicki. What a great team.

We've been using Polly's for several years. My girls are happy to go, and that's one of my biggest concerns. If my babies aren't happy, we won't go, and that's never an issue. They charge a reasonable amount and they always do a good job. During holidays, they dress them up with flowers or a bandana. It's super cute. I'm grateful to have them in our community.

I was working, so I asked my Australian boyfriend (the Australian part is relevant — just wait for it) to try and schedule an appointment for my dog for a wash among other add-ons. I’ve never been here before, but I heard great things about this spot. So to help me out, he called to try and schedule an appointment. He has a thick Australian accent. Well, before he was able to mention the reason behind his call, the woman who answered interrupted him, claiming he was a spam caller and to never call again and rudely hung up. He was just trying to book an appointment on my behalf for my dog since I was working, to help me. But I guess we’ll be going elsewhere. Terrible service. Hope the person on the phone doesn’t always address other people with accents rudely like this and hung up. Yikes!

We have taken our baby, puppy, to Polly’s Pet Grooming for the past 6 1/2 years. She is Trudy’s best friend. All dogs are treated with gentle, kind and loving care. Your baby will not be put in a crate! She uses rooms with half doors to manage personalities and separate them appropriately (but she still keeps an eye on them). Her gentle touch insures a great grooming and a happy pup. I highly recommend Polly’s Pet Grooming.

We went to Polly's Pet Grooming for our pup's first groom. Brenda groomed her and is fantastic with puppies new to grooming. She (our puppy) was happy to go and was happy throughout the process. We will definitely be back. Polly's was recommended by a friend that has a mini poodle so we suspected going in that it would be a good experience for our puppy and we weren't disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Just took our mini Australian Shepard to Carrie T at Polly's Pet grooming. Our dog is 15 years old with very fragile hips. We stopped by just to ask about getting her nails clipped and Carrie was so pleasant and caring with our dog that we had her fully groomed. She did an excellent job. Great customer service and the shop is spotless clean and smells amazing. Our older dog came back so happy and looks amazing . Great shop and Carrie did an amazing job. We will definitely be back. Great addition for our lovely Dunedin.

They were really great. My dog was very happy when I came to pick him up. He isn't always the biggest fan because he is scared of the hair drier but they managed without much of a fuss. They were very nice and convenient when I really needed some to take care of my dog. I am not from the area and my dog needed to be washed as soon as possible. I had the hardest time finding someone that would wash him that day and they were awesome enough to be able to get me in. I would defiantly recommend them if you are looking for someone who really cares about your dog.

WOW! A+++ My dog has never had cleaner ears before! They are super hard to clean as she plays in the dirty yard often. Her nails are cut perfect and she smells and looks beautiful. She even got a beautiful flower for her collar, that she is still wearing 5 days later!! I am so happy with her experience here, will definitely bring her back. Thank you!

This place deserves less than 1 star. HORRIBLE customer service, think twice before taking your dog here. I was looking for a groomer for my pomeranian and came across this place which had "good reviews " and I gave them a call. The owner Polly was extremely rude to me when I came in for a quote for my dog since she had told me she's not able to quote over the phone without seeing the length and thickness of my pomeranians coat. She had told me over the phone that prices start at $40 and when I came in she changed her story and told me she had said $50. She was extremely rude and unprofessional saying she had 12 years of experience and she was uninterested in grooming my dog ( btw she said 11 years of experience over the phone ). I'm glad she was uninterested because I wouldn't want anyone so rude taking care of my four legged friend. No thank you. Extremely disappointed with the experience at this place, think twice who youd want taking care of your pet.

They do a great job but they gave my boy puppers some very girly bows all because he is small. I did request a bandana at the beginning when I dropped him off, because i saw larger male dogs with them on .

My sheltie, Bo, is very shy with strangers, but somehow I knew he would be different with Polly. Bo had a wash and nails clipped, etc. When I came to pick him up, Polly told me he was the most kissingest dog she ever had at her shop and wrote that on Bo's card and that he was so well behaved with her. Polly knows dogs and I believe that Bo knew she would be nice to him. And by the way, Bo looked more beautiful after Polly finished with him.

The ladies running this salon were so kind. They treated my dog like their own. I was a walk-in for my dog's nail clipping and it only took 5 minutes! Fast and friendly. They even gave my dog a treat.
