I have been shopping at My Natural Pet for several years now. I am so glad that I found the store. When my local store couldn’t get me what I was looking for I started to call around to different stores. A young lady answered, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few questions so she suggested I call Russ, the owner. When I called him I can not tell you how extremely helpful he was. Now keep in mine this was several years ago. He got my animals through the pandemic without having to change their food. This was a HUGE accomplishment! Fast forward to the present…. He is still the most helpful person I have dealt with. He is friendly and will always try to suggest different options for my needy crew.It shows how much he loves what he does because of his work antics and knowledge of all of the products he carries. His staff is awesome as well.Thank you Russ for always being there for my fur kids and me! Oh and hubby too! I can’t believe how you will catch him before he gets out of the truck with our order!You’re the best!

I was so happy to find this store. The owner was so friendly, kind and helped me pick out my pups new kibble with grain after she had been on vet prescribed food for her tummy. Happily this store is also cheaper than Dunedin Pet store and friendlier. The owner also said anytime I want to preorder her food I can call him up and he will make sure he has it on hand for me. If you want great friendly service and reasonable prices, only go to My Natural Pet.

Excellent for my dogs sensitive stomach. They really helped during the pandemic when we couldn't get Royal Canin dog food. They had a alternative and never went back!!! They have helped with all things and even toys!!!

I've been shopping at My Natural Pet since I rescued my dog about 5 years ago. I'm VERY picky about anything dog-related, because my dog is my baby! Both the previous owner and now the current owner, Russ, have been incredibly helpful. I have actually trusted their opinions over the advice from my vet, especially when it comes to what type of food you should feed your dog. My dog is both a picky eater and has severe anxiety and Russ has helped me find items that help with both of these issues. He has a great selection of long-lasting treats that keep my dog entertained on long car rides and during holidays where fireworks are involved (this has been a life-saver). My partner and I recently had Covid and started to run out of dog food while in quarantine, and Russ went above and beyond to help us out and actually had everything we needed delivered to our house...which might have been the kindest thing a person has ever done for me! There are tons of other items to check out, like supplements, toys, collars/leashes and even cute little outfits. I feel very lucky that this shop is in my neighborhood! Ziggy is one happy and spoiled bubba thanks to you, Russ!

The best.This shop has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff, huge selection of products and what they don’t have, they will order for you.Julie Is incredible..so willing to help and bend over backwards always..for everyone.Today when I walked in she was on the phone with a seller trying to make sure the customer checking out was getting the best price and applied discounts.I send all my groominh clients there and everyone comes back happy and educated to make the best decisions for their budget and pets needs.Personal service at a totally reasonable price.From Raw food to supplements to cans to kibble ..they offer it all and can explain exactly why one is a better option depending on your pets needs.

Sort of cramped, but a good selection nonetheless. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. A nice convenient location in Dunedin to stop by and grab a bag when the food is low. The place was kept clean, parking was easy and pricing was what I expected.

Poor Customer Service!! Our first batch of Bravo raw patties that we purchased from Natural Pet was freezer burned and quite obviously not sealed air tight. After speaking to an employee about the bad patties we had at home, her response was "Throw them away." No offer of reimbursement, even though we had just spent $25 on 5 days worth of food. At the time of our next purchase we explained the situation to who we think is the owner....who didn't seem to care and told me that sometimes the meat is discolored. Once again, no offer to even try and make up for the money we wasted on the first batch. Oh and did I mention, the expiration sticker had been removed from the first bag we purchased and that they tried to sell us an open bag at a "discount" which we didn't buy.Our last visit to Natural Pet was last night about 10 minutes before close. We were now trying to decide whether to buy the Bravo Chub Rolls over the Patties. Our main reason is that when we open the Patties daily we must wash each individual package before throwing them away so that our garbage doesn't stink. We figured if we were to only do this once a week when cutting up patties from the chub it would be much simpler. We also used to purchase the chub rolls for just under $19 which was $6 cheaper per 5lbs. When we questioned the employee working about ordering the Bravo chub rolls since there weren't any in stock, her response was that they were trying to phase out Bravo because, they weren't as popular as some of the other brands like OC Raw. My response was OC Raw is almost $2 more per pound for patties and we could save $60 a month with the the brand we were buying in patty form and nearly $40 more per month in the Chub form. She then tried to explain that this was inaccurate due to the fact that OC Raw had more dry weight and less blood. We pulled out the OC Raw and read the feeding guidelines that stated you had to feed the exact same amount as the Bravo patties. She then said "I'm actually trying to get out of here, because we're just about closed." I asked her to have someone call me about purchasing the Bravo chub and let me know if it was possible to order. She took my name and number, followed my wife and I to the door and with a dirty look, shut and locked the door behind us.The next day I received a call from who I think is the owner telling me that she could order the Chub Rolls for me but that she would have to check with the distributor for a price. I explained that we used to get the Rolls for $18 and some change, and she responded with "well you know, prices change and it's been awhile since you last ordered them" inferring that they would be more expensive. I then asked if they would still be cheaper than the patties and she said yes. I told her " I guess go ahead and order a couple of rolls and we'll see what they cost when we get them." I then called another local store who carried the same product and asked them how much they sold it for. I was politely told that they would have to order it for me because they don't keep it in stock, but that it would be no problem. The employee then took the time....only a few seconds to look up the price for me. She said it would be $15 a roll. I called Natural Pet back to cancel the order and explained why. She said "let me see how much I can get them for." Funny thing, since before she acted as if there were no way to know unless she contacted the distributor, which she never offered to do. Within a minute she came back with a price just under $15. Talk about Shady. I then explained how we were going to give a different store a try for our pet food needs due to the poor customer service we received at Natural Pet. She responded "Well, I've gotta go. Take Care" and hung up. Please read the other customer reviews and you'll find similar instances with their Aloof attitude and Callous demeanor.
