I had a wonderful time using their self service grooming station. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the product selection was great which was provided in the self service wash. They provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, the blower, ear wipes and perfume. My fur babies walked out of there looking and smelling like princesses 👑🐶 it’s by appointment only which I like because then you know you’ll get in when you arrive. I called in the morning and got a time a lot for the same afternoon. They also provided grooming services in house which I haven’t used yet but it’s definitely an option.

I have been bringing my dog Salem there for quite some time and I am always impressed. I am normally a last minute scheduler, but Josh always manages to find a way to get me in and the groomer Cara is amazing

Their self serve dog wash was great. Soaps, towels and other stuff like an air dryer is suppled. I used my own shampoo and conditioner. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Support local stores - especially when they go out of their way to go above and beyond.

Amazing small business, everyone there is so helpful and kind. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you for the recommendation of cat to help my cat come out after his traumatic event of being hit by a car. He got lucky and only need stitches and medications.

This is such a fun little shop just outside of downtown Dunedin. Loads of food and treats geared towards dog health, TONS of toys, and lots of just fun things. There's also a small but pretty sufficient cat section and even little spots for birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals. I can't speak to their grooming though. I was there for an event and the staff was so friendly and fun and the owner's dog even came for a visit! Would definitely go back.

Beats the paws off of the big box stores! They carry NO RAWHIDE and you will find this focus on pet health and safety. Keeps the pets safe from US. LOL.

Mike at Dunedin Pet Supply is a dog food wizard. I have a very fussy shih tzu. She will not eat dry food. She will not eat canned food. She hates them both. And with Mike's help, I learned she probably hates chicken. Mike recommended pork dog food. I just gave her some. She gobbled it down. Then we had a great walk. Thanks, Mike.

We had our seven month old pup trimmed for the first time. Our puppy stayed in the mud or stayed in whatever trouble she could find. You can see the before and after.David you did a great job with her and we will be back for the follow-up trim!

This place absolutely rocks. There was so many choices I was way over stimulated. If it wasn't for Mike's help I would still be there. Mike is super knowledgeable and helpful. There are many perks like buy 7 and get one free. I absolutely love this place and my Bostons love me even more for finding this place. Thank you, see you very soon. I highly recommend this pet store. There is no other like it.

If you want to support a small business with a large selection of quality, affordably priced products, and knowledgeable staff, this is the place! Josh clearly knows the products and was very helpful in suggesting the appropriate ones for my greyhound. An added benefit is the well-equipped pet washing station at a reasonable price. You owe it to your companion and yourself to make a trip to Dunedin Pet Supply.

I love their self grooming wash!! My goldendoodle has a lot of hair and their dryer is amazing! I also love that everyone there knows what they’re talking about. Great selection of toys and my dogs love their treats. highly recommend!!!!!!

Worst customer service we've ever experienced. Walked in holding our 2 puppies. We asked the woman at the counter if they were allowed in and she immediately gets snippy and says, "We usually require a leash." I informed her we would be holding them and asked if that would be ok. She said yes, as long as they aren't running around the store. (We wouldn't let our dogs run around off leash anywhere) We were immediately put off by her demeanor but decided to look around anyway. We needed a retractable leash. Price was $39.00. Found same one on Amazon for $8.99. As we walked around the store she kept asking us very aggressively if we needed help and we kept saying no thank you, we are just looking around. It's like she was following us. Very strange. After seeing all their high prices for everything and the terrible customer service, we decide to leave. Just then we see her huge pit pull mix walking around the front of the store "off-leash." That was it for us. We won't be going there again. Oh, the hypocrisy!

Absolutely love this place! Conveniently located neighborhood all natural pet store. Josh is the absolute best! So helpful and honest about the products! A true friendly neighborhood business, when you come in, you immediately feel welcomed! They host doggie events on every holiday and run unbelievable specials! Good pricing unlike some of the others in the area including the box stores. Love this place so much and highly recommend.

Love Dunedin Pet Supply! They have an amazing selection, lots of healthy treats for dogs. I prefer to buy low ingredient natural treats and they have so many. Happy to see the bakery section expanding with the adorable doggy donuts. I love that they stock many local brands and they support other small pet businesses.The employees are always so helpful and kind. They've offered to order products they may not normally stock, always have good suggestions, and are willing to help look for items.There is often a section at the front of clearance or sale items. Many stores seem to hide their clearance way in the back where you have to dig through stuff, but Dunedin Pet Supply has it right at the front and I love clearance and sales!My dog also loves coming here to sniff out her own snacks and toys.

The self wash for my 2 dogs is the best thing I found. I tried their they're new pet groomer And found it a little expensive for the 2 dogs. In comparison to the self wash.

Great, friendly staff with quite a large supply. They have many healthy alternatives as well for not only food but also training treats and snacks. I can keep my service dog in tip top shape without breaking the bank!

We are visiting the area from out of town and have been unable to get Primal goat's milk back home. Our pup gets even pickier when we travel, so I was ecstatic when I messaged via FB to enquire about this product and had an immediate answer. Several hours later we made it in and I was impressed with the selection and size of the store. Our boy was offered a treat at the counter, and it was a freeze-dried treat which he loves, not the usual Milkbone. If we lived here, this would be our pet store of choice.
