Took my baby for bath, cut & tooth brushing, we are new to Florida. Got her back & she looks horrible. Nothing smooth about her cut, she was only there a total of 45 minutes. There is no way they bathed, dried & cut her hair also brushed teeth & trimmed nails in that short of time. She didn't smell clean & her breath was still not fresh. Very upset with this & spending almost $80 for a botch job. See pics

All I can say is wow. I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this visit. A Tender Touch did an absolutely incredible job. They were so caring and thoughtful of both my dog and I. We have been looking for a good groomer for at least 3 years and this is by FAR the greatest care and cut we’ve ever received. The customer service was outstanding. They really made me feel that he was in good hands and rightfully so. I couldn’t be more excited to have finally found our go to groomer that does a great job all around! Thank you!

My boy Chase needed a bath, and nails trimmed. His usual groomer is always booked, so I started looking. Two other places were also booked, and when I tried Tender Touch they were able to get me in the next day. Chase came back happy, soft, and smelling good so I am pleased. I will be back.

I don’t think my recently adopted 5yr, had ever been to a professional groomer. She was nervous and somewhat shaky. Luckily, the team at Tender Touch took time to make her comfortable and relaxed. Because we don’t know what experiences my dog had beforehand, TenderTouch was really patient and went out of their way to ease her fears.When her ears needed a bit more off, they happily took her back and touched them up. Communication be key. Asking me what I liked / disliked, etc and noting it electronically on my pet’s file.Making the appointment was easy and I appreciated the text confirmation, updates and pick-up notifications. My dog, Teddy is a very skiddish and nervous dog. Also, I am a very picky customer when it comes to anything that has to do with Teddy, ESPECIALLY his grooming. I have always had many problems prior because Teddy has a little bit of double coated fur but it grows like crazy. I’ve gone to every groomer in the area and they will either shave him too short or have trouble trimming has face or leave him patchy because his fur has waves. But not this place. I dropped him off, explained what I wanted and by the way he was ready in ONE HOUR (rather than other places they keep your dog for FOUR) and he had the best haircut i have ever seen. Keshia had groomed him and she did an amazing job. Also the best part is that they don’t put the dogs in crates or cages like almost every other groomer does, they let the dogs either play or be in a separate area. Usually when I pick Teddy up from other groomers he would be sad and depressed for the next two days. But not here, he was so excited to see me and happy I think because he is scared of cages and it was also so quick and everyone was super sweet! This is 100% going to be my regular spot and I recommend everyone to go here because I have a tricky dog and am usually a tricky client. Here is a picture of Teddy before grooming and after:

Great groomers! I take my golden retriever and shitzu mix dogs here and they do a wonderful job. Super fast, very friendly and very good to the dogs.

Everyone who works here shows real care and dedication to my dog. The curbside service during COVID-19 was efficient and fast. They always do a great job on my boy. Would highly recommend! This is the only place that my puppy can have a red rash free hair cut. Amazing place, amazing people ❤️⭐️🙏🏻😊 😘

Romeo has been coming here for about 5 years and he absolutely loves it. As soon as I turn into the parking lot he is jumping around and whining to get out the car and go in. The ladies have always went above and beyond to do a wonderful job. I have never been unsatisfied and it is a plus to see how happy Romeo is coming here.

I love this place a lot !!! The staff is always very friendly and they groom my dog exactly how I want. Senior dogs are their expertise. My 14 years old is very safe in this place. After remodeling the shop now it is more safe, clean and professional for my dog. Hygiene is very important for the owner and now they have a sterilizer for grooming tools. A Tender Touch Grooming & SPA became our favorite place for our doggies.  They did a fantastic job and I really like it here.  After remodeling now they have a nice welcoming area. All groomers are experienced and know what they are doing.New owner and the staff are always very nice and caring for our doggies.  The haircuts and spa service have always been great. They use special shampoos for skin allergies, dry skin…Pick-up and drop-off is also available for small dogs like our babies 😊Thanks a lot Tender Touch Grooming 😊

I love this grooming salon for my three dogs. They always do a great hair cut, are super quick and efficient, no more three hour waits like I have had to do at other places. They are done in around an hour. I love that the dogs are cage free, it is so much more less stressful for them and the prices are very good too. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2 Labrador brothers at the same time during their undercoat shedding time. One is 96lbs and the other 90lbs.They are incredibly sweet and friendly, but very strong and a lot of energy.The staff was so sweet to my dogs.I was running late to drop them off and the staff made me feel at easeMy dogs were so clean, soft, and deshedded When I picked them up (and smelled good too :) )When I picked them up, they were NOT crated! They were in their own room with openings so they could put their big heads to the front desk behind the counter for petting :)Granted, my dogs love water and people, and getting a nice bath and scrub can be a really fun, enjoyable, stressless time for them — often at groomers, it is not. I could tell when I picked them up, it was a fun time for them.Thank you for being so sweet to our big teddy bears!

Keisha and her daughter Tessa took care of an 15 year old elderly neglected dog we got in to our shop next to theres because the owner had a sudden death. They trimmed her over grown nails that were so long she could not stand or walk on her own. Now she can walk and stand on her own. They also gave her a bath. We have the shop next to there, D & J Records. We have people coming in frequently with praise for A Tender Touch Grooming. Now i why. They are great.

A Tender Touch is amazing! They treat our big guy with so much patience and care. Our dog has hip dysplasia and is very anxious and they take extra time and work hard to accommodate all of his needs and do so with love. All of the groomers treat Jax like he is one of their own! If you need a new groomer in Dunedin, stop looking! I was nervous bringing my baby girl, Empress "Emp", to a new groomer. She is 13 years old with terrible arthritis, severe calculus on her teeth, and dermatitis. A Tender Touch Grooming staff was thorough in asking my preferences and exceeded my expectations. And of most importance to me, they spent additional time with Emp to ensure her comfort AND safety!

Let me start by saying that A Tender Touch is the best in the area. I highly recommend this shop. The kind of job with love that they’ve been doing for a few years with my baby is just amazing. Took Lily to A Tender Touch today.She was very nervous meeting them for the first time but by the end of it all she gained two new friends. Very happy to be so close in Dunedin and even happier to have such nice people taking care of my fur baby the way they did!Highly recommend them and we'll be back!Back multiple times since and then just today... ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT. It's been atleast 3-4 years now and they've NEVER let me down.Always caring and understanding.LOVE THIS PLACE...

I took a last minute appointment at this place because my previous dog groomer was booked and my mini poo needed cleaning up immediately. The owner was so nice and I couldn’t believe she treated the dogs like they were her own babies. She knows her way with dogs obviously. Her business is down the street from me and I am glad I decided at last minute to go there. My dog looked so cute after she was done and she used a good shampoo on him that didn’t make him itch like my last groomer did. I found the price to be a little higher but it was worth it. She will now be my dog’s new groomer. She won my business.

Having a special-needs dog is difficult but the people at a tender touch treated him with amazing care! They took all the time that was needed for him and he looked amazing afterwards. Very reasonably priced as well. Would recommend highly!

We are so happy we found here! My baby was terrified of being groomed before we started going to A Tender Touch. Now he lays down and rolls over on his back when he sees the hairbrush and he actually falls a sleep while I’m giving him a bath. The brush she recommended I buy to use between appointments has made it so much easier to maintain his hair. My sweet boy loves here and is always happy and excited to see them which is why I am 100% confident they will always give my doodle the most gentle grooming experience possible.

Our 4 month old puppy had his first grooming and came out nice looking and very happy. The haircut was done pretty smoothly with no mistakes, will totally go a second time! @A Tender Touch Grooming very good service and fair price.
