I have returned to shopping at Winn-Dixie since the store has been totally remodeled & upgraded. Selection is very good as is your checkout whether you use a cashier or self-checkout. Employees are friendly & helpful. A great place to stop & shop whether you need a few things or your family’s groceries!

Love the new look at our Winn-Dixie in our town of Dundee! The staff are always helpful and welcoming! Kelly is the smile we know we will see walking in the door. The ladies at the front show they really care about their customers and engage in conversations. The guys in the back have the best selection of meats and are eager to answer any questions.

Mission accomplished! I had to stop and pick up a few grocery items and was able to do it in a short amount of time. My experience was a good one since I was able to find all of the items and check out quickly. The staff was very helpful and polite.

This store has been remodeled recently and it is very nice. The store is clean, the aisles are tidy and it presents well in general. The cashier lacked people skills a little bit, but she was young; it'll come with time. Overall I enjoyed shopping here.

I went there later then normal. Walked in about 8pm and did my normal family shopping. Got finished at 8:45 went to get into a line to get my groceries checked out and paid for. One cashiers around. I asked which line should I get into for help with check-out. I was informed new policy after 8pm there is no check out assistance available. Only self service check out. Almost $200 later I was fuming. No notice anywhere that there is no assistance after 8pm. People need to be aware.

I hadn't shopped in a Winn Dixie in a while. Mainly because I used to do repair work for all retailers, and frankly, their stores were dirty and unsanitary. The employees were unhappy, and it showed. Advertised sale items were often out of stock. With the rising cost of everything, I agreed to step out of the tried and true. I am pleasantly surprised by the new look and cleanliness of the store. It's going to take more than one visit to one store to convince me they have made a turn for the better company wise but for now I'll consider shopping the occasional Winn Dixie.

I always get my medications from Winn-Dixie Pharmacy at Dondee Florida, because the prescriptions that my insurance doesn't cover, are a lot less expensive there. The place is always super clean, and there's no long waiting lines. The people that work at the pharmacy are the best, very friendly and professional.

Watch out for the old blonde lady with glasses that thinks she runs the store. My wife had a couple winning scretch offs. Long story short she tried to keep $15 of the winning money. Tried to talk my wife out of it a few different ways. My wife busted her every which way she tried. Pay attention. Karma will get her.

Best meat department in the area. This is your best low price, high quality option for steaks, burgers and all types of beef. look for the black Angus high quality cuts and low priced Fridays when on sale.In the fall of 2022 I was concerned when they did the remodel with all new refrigeration like Public's. Now that it is done my fears of higher prices have proven correct. The 8 piece fried chicken at the deli has greatly improved since last year. The dark meat version still seems to be cooked in too hot of oil. To me it still has a burnt smell. I guess I need to buy it and taste it again.All the fruit now looks so beautiful. Look again! They are using long term storage method’s that produce pretty looking fruit but stored too long.The employees are great so do not knock it just because one had a bad day.The BOGO sign says save $6 on two; Would someone please tell me how jacking the price on a $3.50 item to $6 and than making me buy two to get them for $3 saves me $6? It's fake and deceptive marketing practices. Still public's does this much worse.

I was shopping at the store today 12/29/23At about 9 am, I had the use the restroom I couldn't wait. I had to step around the cones to go in mens room when your associate knocked on the and made a negative and rude child about me using the restroom, I didn't see a manager around so I left because I couldn't wait, the worker should have more understanding towards the customer who should come 1st

They remodeled, to include self serve. Now , instead of opening a register, the associate is standing there doing loss prevention. Love Winn Dixie, don't love this store.Got the remodel, need new management team with people skills, these folk dont know how to speak to shoppers.

Employees are first rate and the prices are average for a grocery chain. They do have specials which generally are a bargain. It's also very clean.Why then only 3 stars? On my way to the vehicle, with a fully loaded cart, pushing hard, and not expecting it to LOCK UP immediately, without warning, I about imbedded the handle into my gut. This, in turn, further injured my already painful shoulder. Unfortunately, at this grocery store, some genius has installed anti-theft devices on the front wheel of its carts, which immediately locks up, without warning, apparently at a certain distance from the store. It then is stuck in the spot until you yank it loose. Idiotic, because any thief could easily lift the front of an empty cart and continue walking away with it. This inconveniences only the honest customers.

Great BOGO deals. Clean. A little help with items on the shelves. And at times need more cashiers at the front. Other than that I go there every 2 to 3 days. Always a good experience.

Tried for 2 days to refill my husband diabetic medication and no one would answer the phone. Then I ask for corporate number from the manager and they give me a Spanish phone line. I only speak English.

Took my neighbor who needed a handicap scooter. She specifically wanted the crab legs that were advertised.....all out of stock😢 and the handicapped shooter's battery died....no other charged ones available.

Not sure who the older Caucasian lady is that works customer service but she has horrible customer service skills. I have had two instances with this same lady. She seems angry and it definitely shows in her customer service skills. I refuse to go to this store any longer because of her. Store is open but evidently the customer service doesn’t open at the same time. There were other cashiers and personnel present but she looked at me and said customer service does open for another 10 minutes. She does even try to apologetic the inconvenience. Winn-Dixie y’all need to send her to classes on how to treat your customers. Maybe just send her to Publix and observe how they treat their customers.
