Do not get your propane refilled here. They conveniently tell you AFTER they refill your tanks that they charge by tank and not by the gallon. So 13 gallons of propane cost me $68. Save your money and go to Tractor Supply; 13 gallons would have cost $44 there. It's more the fact that they don't tell you how they charge than the difference in cost itself.

Great customer service!I am originally from the west coast. The dog food my pack was on isn't available here but Dundee Hardware can get it for me. It is the only place nearby that can. They now keep it on hand for me so I don't have to order it monthly.The staff is friendly and personable, too. They went out of their way to make me happy. I recommend them to anyone.

Their prices are absolutely over the top absolutely ridiculous I went in for hedge cutters they wanted $31 I went right down the road got the same exact pair for $11 I will never walk in that store again I guess they think their items are made of gold

That small town feel when entering the feed store. Guys are knowledgeable and have a variety of items for local farming needs. My only suggestion would be to supply FFA needs for shows during season so that we do not have to go to multiple stores. Overall, the country feel is the best!

I just stopped in to check on my dog supplies and deliver some Skin So Soft to a customer but I was greeted promptly and offered assistance as soon as I walked in! Very busy, well stocked feed AND hardware store! If they do not have what you want, I am under the impression that they will make every effort to get it for you!! Check them out in Dundee and also Davenport!

Very knowledgeable staff. Greeted upon entering and were very helpful. Has a lot of things for Garden, animal feed, plumbing, etc. Best place to get dewormer and flea and tick meds for your dogs. A lot cheaper than the vet.

Love love love this place. Good Ole country boys running it that are polite and helpful . As soon as I walked in he asked what I needed rang me and by the time I looked over the other guy was waiting by my car to load it up ! A++ service they def could've made me load it myself but I didn't even have to ask, definition of above and beyond. The store also had my hard to find chicken feed, Knights brand which is always a bonus !

I recently purchased duck feed from there. The employee's that works there are very helpful and The man brought my merchandise to the car. I thought that was very nice of him. I highly recommend this place. I'm going to support small business' we need them as much as they need us.

I use their self serve doggy wash. Tokens are reasonable for DIY wash. My puppy enjoys the warm water and it is generally decent, as for cleanliness.
