Rented a van paid in full plus a $500 deposit. My father became unable to travel. I called to cancel more than 24 hours in advance. At that point and only at that point was I advised that my rental had a non-refundable policy. The sales person “missed” sending me the email for the rental policy?! The manager Billy was to call me back after she reviewed the tape of our conversation (which I requested). I was assured Billy would call me back with a resolution prior to close of business yesterday. I’ve called twice no call or resolution. Not very good business!!

We got 3 vehicles from them all cleaned and ready to go 90minutes before they were needed.Remarkable! Place we was getting from originally dirty as older there's was more up to date and setup was easy.
