I was a little overwhelmed my first time here, but the staff took care of me. I was able to get three ducklings that are so happy to have a new home. They're so fun to watch and interact with.

They are very helpful with everything & there knowledge of everything is on point. I love going there always the cutest little baby chicks & even some specialty chickens, plus bunny rabbits too!! Its always a pleasure going there! If u haven't been there, stop in it's fun just to look around.

This place has excellent customer service, the staff are knowledgable & friendly. I have two small boys & it can be a challenge to get in & out, they actually offered to run my card & bring my dog food out to me. Think that would ever happen any of the big box retailers?! We'll only go here for our pets needs.

This place is fantastic. I go here for many things, but they are my Treager smoker experts. They are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and helpful. Anything you need in the pet supply or feed department, they have it and have the right advice.

This is like going back in time to a feed store. Reminded me of my great uncle who lived in Georgia. A lot of items can be purchased that wouldn't be available elsewhere. Propane tanks are also filled. I really enjoyed visiting this country store.

I love this feed store. They are very reasonably priced and have stuff for almost any pet. Every thing from horses to my pet squirrel.. Please visit this store. It's cool. Even have tiny baby chicks and little baby ducks... I go often.

5 star for customer service & 4 star for prices. I don't like all the chicks in the cages for sale either. Everyone is pretty knowledgeable here & friendly. I come here specifically for my pigs food, but usually end up buying other stuff too!

Sadly this store is going away due to rezoning (road changes). It has been a landmark and part of the community for over 20 years. There are not many family owned pet/feed stores around anymore. Not only will Harold's be missed so will the friendly service that they always pervided. Do not miss your chance to stop in before they close there doors for good. Many of the selves are already empty but what still remains has been marked down up to 75%.To the owners and staff, thank you for all your hardwork and service you have provided over the years, you guys will be missed. Wishing all of you the best in your future endeavors.

Everyone is very helpful....the guys are always there to help load heavy purchases and the folks inside are always happy to answer questions about what supplies are needed and give advice for different issues that come up with my critters. Most of them have personal experience and I'm so glad they are willing to share their stories.

People are very friendly here and the propane is much easier to get than at Camping World. At Camping World you have to park way away out front, go in, pay in advance, and then go back to your truck to pull around back to wait for an attendant. Here, you just park by the pump, go in, and they do the rest while you wait. This place was recommended to me for ease of service and I also recommend them for the same reason.

Some items here youll find cheaper than other feed stores. Great dog selection from Girth to Puppy formula they have it. Thier mealworms are always big and lively which is great for my chicks thier employees are fun and always greet you with smiles. Very Informative

I love Harold's. I can easily get rhings for my dogs and cats here and save money and not need a vet visit. My hubby and I do rescue so it gets expensive to take all these guys to the vet but Harold's carries a lot of items. They also carry Cyonara, which is one of the best products for flea protection in the yard. Their prices are reasonable and they carry higher end dog foods like Blue Wilderness

Live down the rd on MLK from this store. Was out of dog food at the time and was right at closing time and i did not have enough time to get there before closing. They offered to leave small bag of dog food to hold us over for the night by the front door to pick up. They go above and beyond and we have been going now for about 2 years.
