Went to this location and saw the sale signs and proceeded to buy the big square planters. Ge to the register and the guy rings up 35 for Planters? I was like it says buy one get one 50% off the second. He goes over to shelf and then sees the signs up. He rudely says ohh that's old sign expired yesterday. I said so you won't honor it? He then says even more rudeness I just work here like he had no customer service skills at all.

Have frequented this store many times ..just recently the store has taken a nose dive ...constant line and now NO SELF CHECKOUT, due to scumbag thieves.....I'll go to WinnDixie

The staff are nice but the shelves are NEVER kept stocked. Piles of boxes all in the isles constantly!!! You can NEVER get half the items on your list because it is not kept stoc ked. It's frustrating because we waited forever out here to get a store in the Country but this store is not convenient at all. You are losing so much money from this store in this location only because you do not have a stock person!!!!

They had an outside display that slammed into my car. Have some damage on the hood and the grill because of it. At first they were very helpful and gave me some information to get in touch with somebody at corporate.. long story short, I sent pictures of the damage to risk management along with two estimates and they have a problem with any way it gets sent. Up until this point I’ve been nice about the whole thing but enough is enough! This happened on 11/2 and I’m still going back and forth over a tiny $1500 body shop bill. Tonight I went in to ask for an email address for the stores DM and RM and no one can even do that.. I’m not asking for a new hood nor did I go to the highest priced body shops in the area. Just want the damage fixed that they are responsible for.. I wasn’t even in the car at the time!

I was upset at first about this store being built in our rural, agricultural community, but they did a phenomenal job making it fit in visually (almost like a feed store) without an overwhelming presence. The staff there has been polite every time I've been in, and it has been nice to have a place nearby to pick up last minute essentials.

Very clean and they have produce here which is great in a pinch but the cashier wasn't pleasant. Also my frozen fruit bars were more expensive than at the one closer to me. I will give it another chance when in the area.

This is my third and last visit to this store. Again isles are obstructed with rows of boxes, empty shelves and no one stocking. I left with several things missing from the list because I didn't bring my box cutter to get them out.

This store is SUCH a disappointment. I know I can speak for all of Antioch when I say we were excited to get something local for quick store runs. This store never keeps ANYTHING stocked, the back shelves are always blocked by carts that never seem to get unloaded. Anytime I try to go grab something quickly, I remember why I just drive the extra miles to Publix. Milk has been spoiled before (was within date) the outside area is always flooded with the employees smoking cigarettes by the front doors, the trash is always over flowing outside and the employees hardly wear masks (although the big sign on the door asks me to do my part by wearing one) This store is such a disappointment with such poor service and I have no problem paying gas station prices or like I stated above, driving the extra few miles to Publix or Winn Dixie.

This store never puts stock on the shelves. How in the world do they stay in business when all the stock stays in boxes in the aisles? The dog food aisle has been empty for a week and the boxes of dog/ cat food is sitting where it was a week ago. Poor management at the very least.

I'd give this store 5 Stars,but they're having problems with keeping it stocked up.Same employee Numbers as other store's but this store is in a high demand area.Should have someone doing stock only.Assisting customers with locating items etc.

Employee Carrie was asked to help with check out 8 people deep in line. She decides to put products back on shelves armfuls at a time walking thru the line. Went to register with two people left. Poor customer service.

Over priced on a lot of stuff can buy cheaper at Walmart plus prices that show on shelf not the price an to pay 1 or 2 dollars more then what's shown payed 3.50 1 can of dog food were walmart 1.59 same dog food plus staff is rude and hS adatude would not recommend this Location

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However there doesn't seem to be enough of them.I have only been to this location a few times but they always seem to be out of a great deal of their inventory.

The old man would move faster if he talked less. I don't like his insincerity, plus, he says inappropriate things to women, but indirectly, and masking his words. He makes shopping there a displeasure. Everyone else who works there is very pleasant.

This store is a shining example of what Dollar general has become. Large clean buildings, cramped isles,and lots of inventory, but not a lot of selection. People are pleasant.

Very disappointed most of the time when I go there looking for basic items sugar buttermilk ranch dressing exedra never seems to be in stock even after a truck comes in think they may need somebody new to do the ordering. Don't see them being open in the future. Also Isles are very narrow not able to get through at all when there is a truck that came in but even other than that you have a hard time just getting a cart through too cramped

This is relatively a BRAND NEW Dollar General (DG) that was built this year (in 2020-I believe). I'll never forget the first time I stopped in. It was open less than a week at the time and I remember coming in & the manager thanking me and others personally for our business. ***Note: There was fresh fruit and veggies in a smallish refrigerated section when I went. I'm guessing here, but I'm sure it's still there. I'm thinking this DG probably teamed up with local farmers to supply fresh produce in this store. The whole Dover/Seffner area where this DG resides, is filled with strawberry and blueberry farms and other veggies & fruit fields as well. Onto the staff....The staff here is extremely helpfull, professional & friendly. This store is very well managed, clean and more organized than many other Dollar Generals where I've shopped. This is my favorite DG hands down! Good job guys!

They are always out of sweet tea...we're located in the "hot 82 degrees in feb " south..not new york..inventory management needs revamping...add more shelves for hot selling products

Its always good place to shop for certain items even though they have almost everything some items are really worth it & way cheaper than anywhere else but, then you get the items that are really pricey & that's always been my experience. I go there atleast once a week & go shopping so pretty good!!

Employees were arguing in the office. People could heard, while there was one person at the register. after ten minutes an another employee finally came out. The manager needs to stop personal things from happening again.
