They don’t honor circle k promotions including my free drink I have stored in the app. Shouldnt be able to be a circle k if you don’t honor the promotions

I usually go in there in the evenings, and until recently, I've had no complaints. The tall bald guy is extremely rude and abrasive, insulting, and unprofessional. That was how my first and third experiences were dealing with him.Also working night shift is an awkward, feeble minded young lady who is rude and lacks common courtesy and manners. She carelessly drops change in customer's hands to avoid contact, and the change falls everywhere. Every time she hands me change, it falls. Tonight, she tossed me my change and, she didn't bother to or think about informing either of the other 2 employees that she randomly decided to count out one of their drawers and would be unable to deal with customers. Instead, she told me it would be a little over 5 min. I was buying an item that costs $1.06 and had the exact change. I asked her to sell it to me and when she was done, she could ring it up. No need for me to wait 5+ minutes. At this point, she hadn't even begun closing out the drawer. She refused and said for the 2nd time that "it would just be 5 minutes or so." Another employee realized I had been there for a while and politely and genuinely reminded the girl that she shouldn't be doing that since it's not her responsibility, and pointed out that her decision caused the costumer to wait. Of course the girl wasn't happy about that.It's one thing to have a bad day and slip up a little from time to time, but it's another thing to constantly be unpleasant. Some people don't realize that when it comes to work/jobs, their wants and behaviors come second to work, while on the clock.

Brenan the cashier was extremely nice and patient. I had 3 people in front of me and he asked every single person how they were doing and was sure to say “have a great day.” Kindness goes a long way.

Terrible attitude from cashier. Will not return. I recommend save yourself the displeasnt experience and go to one of the other two stores located on the other side of interstate.

Circle K charges you 5 cents more a gallon at this location just for paying at the pump with a credit card versus paying with cash.Congrats Circle K.....you will never get another nickel out of me again..!

Just went in there and the cashier asked if I was a Germophobe cause I was wearing a mask!?!?! Said the ones that are afraid are more likely to get it! Extremely rude and highly unprofessional.
