What a great experience! We spent the day looking at travel trailers at about 5 different dealerships. Camping World in Dover was our last stop of the day. We had the pleasure of working with James Parady, which is a very knowledgeable individual when it comes to campers. He took his time even though we showed up just before closing time and stayed with us through the process well after closing time. We found a travel trailer we both fell in love with, and James was able to make everything happen. I highly recommend checking out Camping World before any other dealerships 🤙

I had such a wonderful experience buying from Camping World. Our sales agent John helped us with everything, Will in finance was great, and our walkthrough with Stan went great as well. We contemplated buying private party but the service you get at this dealer is unmatched with so much support every step of the way. The people working in the store were also incredibly helpful making sure we got the equipment specific to our new rig.

First time visitors and have to say it was worth stopping at. We liked the size of the indoor and outdoor areas. Plenty of staff which were helpful. They have toilet 🚻 and an area to sit and rest if your going to be there for a longer period of time.

This would be a much better review if I felt like my wife and I were valued as customers after we purchased our RV. During our initial visit, our sales rep was very friendly and answered all of our questions. She took the time to show us many different units and was patient while we went through the entire process that day. We asked for time to sleep on it, and confirmed our desire to purchase the RV we selected within 48 hours of our initial visit to the dealership. As soon as that happened, however, it became impossible to reach anyone with questions. We had a period of about two weeks between verbally confirming that we wanted to purchase the selected RV (which we had already put down a deposit on) and having time to come in and go through the process of doing the walkthrough of the rig and signing all of the paperwork. During that time period, we had several questions, and could not get anyone at the dealership to return our calls in a timely fashion. On the day that we were supposed to sign paperwork, we took time off of work to come in at the scheduled appointment time, only to sit in the waiting area for almost another hour watching many employees walk back and forth. Finally, the service technician came and got us to show us around the RV and go through the features. He was wonderful! He did a great job of explaining everything and going over the features, and addressed the few minor concerns we had before signing papers. Then, we met with the finance department. Again, that person was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgable, and made us feel like we were valued customers. Once paperwork was signed, we set up to have the dealership store the RV for us for a couple months until we could make arrangements to get it to its final destination. Once again, now that we have purchased the rig (and already made our first loan payment), it's impossible to get anyone to come to the phone. I needed the license plate number for some paperwork. I was told that it had just been sent in (even though we signed paperwork almost a month ago). When I asked to speak to someone in finance to clear up the problem, I was cold transferred three separate times to someone who could not be bothered to answer the phone, even though I clearly told the receptionist that I needed to physically speak with someone (as I had already left a message with no reply).Long story short, I will not be working with Camping World again. They are very eager to take your money, but service after the sale is abysmal. Very disappointed.

After scouring the Internet with many calls to find a location that had a Forest River Timberwolf 16ML in stock that I could physically go look at, I finally found Camping World in Dover, Florida. I was able to schedule an appointment online or over the phone so that there would be no wait when I got there. Moses McDonald met us immediately when we got there. He took us directly to the unit we were looking for and answered every question we might have. Just to be sure that was the unit we would want and be happy with long-term, he also showed us around to other units that met the same requirements that we were looking for in our travel trailer . After establishing that the 16ML was in fact the one to go with, he professionally went over the numbers and cost. He remained persistent in meeting our needs to make the sale without being pushy or demanding, and we appreciated him very much. After coming to an agreement that same day, we signed paperwork and made an appointment to pick up the travel trailer two mornings later. I’ve bought many trucks, cars and travel trailers in my life and with that said, we strongly approve of this Camping World location, and especially Moses McDonald!

We were greeted by Casey Mcwerter and had a nice experience this morning at Camper World of Tampa. He showed us around for a solid hour. Our final decision is falling on the 2023, 42 ft long Raptor toy hauler. Hopefully we get the approval for financing 🤞🤞we are looking forward to it!

OMG!!! What can I say about Camping World... Not one bad experience!! Totally awesome crew, Katelyn was my sales person after a brief chat she knew what fitted me and she didn't disappoint. Selecting 3 different units to view and I fell in love with all 3 , but in the end it was one love for one unit. The onsite store is stocked with any extras you may need and fully knowledgeable people, like Tim who walked me thru and helped me get all the extras I needed. Shout out to Allen who did my walk through and explained everything about the camper in full details. If your a female looking for your first camping unit ask for Katelyn @Camping World.

I bought a new unit at another location June 27th last year. I had this location look at warranty issues in July and August of 2022. Along with that I had them install slide covers, washer and dryer and such. I went back and forth with them numerous times regarding the warranty repairs that were never completed “waiting on approval” As of August 13th I never heard back. I followed up myself on the 22nd and again on Sept 20th without any response. Now I am at the location I purchased at and this Florida location is refusing to take care of the quality of their work. Even so far as saying that It was never paid for, when I have documented proof that I have reached out numerous times without any replies whatsoever. What’s worse is the operations director Mitch claims he doesn’t feel it’s an issue. “ First I feel if there was an installation issue from August last year, the issue would have shown up a lot sooner. With that being said, the bigger issue is the customer never paid for the job. The WO is still open with a balance due and is set to be written off this month. With the install never being paid for I can not contribute to requested diag times.”I have added pictures that clearly show the slide toppers ripping off the top trim of the slide outs, along with trim inside being broken due to the slides jamming up and going crooked. One slide I had to take the bar off myself just to get it open and now it will not close all of the wayThis also doesn’t take into consideration that they left a piece of the awning off in August and never did the warranty repair on it which inevitably caused the awning to break loose and fall off! Again, that part being left missing was documented in August as well.Now the RV has been at the other location for over a week unable to be repaired due to the issues with this store near Tampa not taking responsibility.
