Cuban sandwhich are amazing..... BUT customer service is rude. Old hispanic lady gave me attitude when I asked for cuban. Said she was closing since she been there since 4am. It was 3pm.....!!! I asked her its 3pm? she then stated she can do it cold for me. So I said whatever I will take it home and press it myself no biggie. She probably felt bad since there were customers around so she ended up pressing and making it hot LIKE SHE IS SUPPOSED TO AND EVEN ON THEIR SIGN. Then after forced me to tip her-!!!! Said "I should get a tip. i made it hot for u so you dont have to press it yourself at home" Like its your job old lady??? and your sign says hot pressed cubans?So i threw a dollar in the plastic foam cup and left. Rather make extra drive to Strawberry Hut-!! That old lady needs to enjoy her life. Miserable

Been going the since they opened. This 7/21/22Thursday I went in to get gas and I told them 30 dollars on pump 6 and walked out. Came right back in and told them it was pump 8. The cashier came out with a receipt and told me that it didn't charge my card to come back in and run it again. In the mean time I seen this lady put her card in and pump her gas on 6. When I got home which is around the corner that they charged me twice so I called them and they said oh that's my fault cause I said the wrong pump. So I was not getting my money back. So I will be putting a call in to the BBB. To let them know how they operate. Not to mention they said they just had another guy do the same thing. I hado put 1 star to write a review. I use to love this place . Will never go there again and will let everyone I referred them to for thier Cubans not togo the anymore.

I'm a regular customer there who spends quite a bit of money there. Every time I go in and the young brown headed girl who works the cash register in the evenings (she was there tonight at 5:45pm). Every time I get her she is beyond rude and disrespectful towards me. I wish I knew what it was that made her dislike me. Everytime I have to de with her I drive home balling my eyes out. I wish she would just be kinder

I usually buy my gas here when we head out buy today it was 179 a gallon for regular so we paid with our debit card filled up got the receipt and it charged us premium price of 2.84 a gallon I know I did not use premium gas I never do. I will not be back to this store.
